This business is wonderful, staff is friendly and I applaud them for keeping not only their staff safe by having everyone wear masks. Its a geat place to have a party and learn to swim too. My family had two parties here 2 years in a row already for my little newphew. I am currently learning to swim at this school too :-) It is my first time and my first school to learn to swim. This place gave me confidence to learn to swim. Andrew is very patience. And the staff too, very professional and polite. I felt very peaceful coming here to lern to swim. Kathy the owner is so sweet and kind. It feels like a family here for me. I am so happy and so glad that I finally learning to swim and learning from the right folks at a very good school.

We absolutely love Aquakids! I wish I had taken my daughter sooner. After just four weeks my two year old loves the water, no fear, and is actually swimming! The instructors were so patient with her, fun and professional. We’ll absolutely be back next summer.

We chose AquaKids over two other swim schools we toured because we felt that the people were more friendly and informative, and because they had the slides to “reward” kids at the end of each lesson. They’ve done a tremendous job with our 5 year old and have been friendly and flexible to work with every step of the way.

Amazing place for the little ones to learn to swim! Great customer service, very friendly staff, and a clear family oriented business model. They are following all of the required COVID-19 guidelines, which is obviously a hassle. Recently someone posted a 1 star review complaining about having to wear a mask, which is completely uncalled for and out of the business control (as it is locally mandated). AquaKids Swim School in Flower Mound earns all 5 stars!

I absolutely LOVED having my kids here. I was worried my 3 year old would do more playing and not enough learning for my money. But I was so wrong! Elliot was so great to encourage learning while having fun with my 3 year old. She cried in fear to go under water but he continued to work wit her until she overcame her fear. Within just a few days she was swimming on her own and could get out of the pool by herself! Annah also was willing to jump in and help many days and make her feel comfortable. My daughter truly bonded with her and talks about her every day because of her positive and smiley face and comfort she brought. I literally did not know anything or anyone about this place prior to coming and I was so so pleasantly surprised.

We absolutely love Aqua Kids Flower Mound! The staff and instructors are amazing. They go above and beyond to make your child feel comfortable in the water. We have loved AquaKids Flower Mound! They have been great with my 3 year old and the staff is super friendly! Annah, the manager is great and will make sure your child is comfortable from the moment they walk in.We did 2 separate camps with Mr Elliot this summer and my daughter jumped up a level each time she went. She went from only using a floaty to able to swim 3/4 across the pool! Super impressed and so glad we chose AquaKids.

I have fond memories here. I used to be a swimmer here maybe 12 years ago. The pictures of the slides are so familiar to me. I’ve become a strong swimmer since coming here. It makes me happy that you guys are still making kids not afraid of the water after all this time.

We love Aqua kids! We have been coming here for 4 years and both of our kids are great swimmers. My son was able to swim across the pool on his own at 3 years old. The teachers are great and the schedule is flexible for missing days and make up lessons.

Best swim school! My 4 year old grandson was swimming on the second lesson. I wanted lessons to feel safer when he’s in my pool. Was on the verge of swimming but wouldn’t swim for me, but Mr. Elliot is great with kids. If you want lessons to swim, this is the place to go.

We have really enjoyed the 2 week summer swim lessons and our 4 year old is feeling a lot more confident in the water with her newly learned skills. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, amazing and patient instructors and the facility is so clean. Aquakids FM is the best! We drove 30 minutes from home to go here. They were super patient with my very stubborn and strong willed toddler. We have taken a break from swimming for the time being but cant wait to get back!

I’ve had the pleasure to work here the past 5 years. Starting as a busy, Junior in high school, AquaKids was able to accommodate my band/school schedule with work. They have also allowed me to come back to work during holiday breaks in college. The friendships I have made with co-workers are lifelong and I am forever thankful. I have gotten to know the Kline family on a personal level and they have been one of the biggest supporters within and outside of the company. I worked my way up in many roles here at AquaKids and thoroughly enjoyed coming to work everyday. I was able to not only work at Flower Mound, but also the other 2 locations. I can’t say enough great things about the manager, Annah. Updated on 12.5.2020 : Removing one star for non customer friendly outdated practices. We are leaving the country for a month and called to pause our billing and classes. We learned we cannot do this and that our only option is to unenroll our son, after 30 days. Therefore we will still be billed even when/if not in classes. We didn’t realize there are companies out there still running their business in such a non customer centric manner. Especially considering how long we’ve been at this swim school. Overall a good school but the contract is similar to an old and outdated gym.Original Review : Our son Idris started classes when he was 4 months old and he’s now nearly 2. We are completely in love with his teacher Danielle. When your baby is in the pool you have to have complete trust in the teacher, we do in her. Safety is the biggest concern with this school, followed by teaching swimming in confidence. Our little guy turns two in two months and can already swim unassisted and hold his breath. We’re so thankful for AK and will be apart of the swim school for the foreseeable future.

We had no issues with the staff or the facility. They do great with kids especially the younger ones due to the patience that they have and the meltdowns they handle with ease. The progress the kids had during the swim lessons in just a matter of days is astounding.

Have always had a great experience at Aquakids. My middle daughter is a very successful competitive swimmer and learned so much of her early swimming from Aquakids. My youngest has a moderate language delay and Andrew and the whole staff were phenomenal with her as well. My middle daughter recently lost her earplugs she needs for meets and was really nervous to swim without them (bad recurrent ear infections). Andrew and staff were already closing, but left a set of plugs outside for me so that she could swim a successful meet. I also appreciate how thorough and diligent Aquakids has been to keep everyone safe during this challenging time. Aquakids goes above and beyond and should be your first choice in a swim school!

Great place to get your kids swim trained. The staff is very personable and works with you the entire way. We had some unique request that they went above and beyond in fulfilling. They keep their class size very small so it’s almost like a private lesson. I will definitely keep my kids here the entire time they are learning to swim.Thanks!

Aqua kids,I just wanted to give a huge thank you and shoutout!My 2 year old finally made progress last week with his instructor and the deck manager. After two weeks of screaming and not going in the water he had a breakthrough and was even smiling at the end. I reached out to Annah regarding my son and she was extremely understanding and reassuring about the whole situation. She offered two sessions with herself to evaluate my son. Again I am so thankful and appreciative of you guys for acknowledging the situation and taking care of my concerns!

I found Aquakids on google, and didn’t know what to expect. Aquakids met and exceeed my expectations. The staff is professional, friendly and very responsive. The facility is really clean and the pool is great, they even have two slides :-) The instructors are all very well-prepared. My kids have been with Mr Elliot and he is fantastic. After only one week they changed completely, they can swim and are confident in the water. I really like how he explains movements to them and challenges them! This place is amazing and safe!

We love AquaKids. We started lessons for my daughter when she was 2. Shes 5 now and her sister has joined in as well. We specially love Ms Rochelle. Shes patient, sweet yet firm with them and thats exactly what they need. Both my girls were scared at first and cried(s) a lot but the staff has always been super helpful and encouraging.

I absolutely love this location. I’m so happy that we switched from Keller to flower mound. Management is beyond amazing. The place is clean and the teachers are incredible. The manager goes above and beyond and she is on top every detail at flower mound location. She is also constantly observing the teachers and the kids very closely. AquaKids has been the perfect swim school for my son. They are firm enough for the boundary-testing three year old but caring enough that he leaves feeling loved. His skills improve each week. Many weeks I get emails notifying me of new skills he has mastered. The goals are clearly stated under each class level so there is no confusion as what needs done to graduate to the next level. The 3:1 ratio is also beneficial to never allow boredom but provide enough rest time for his preschool body. AquaKids maintains strong standards for their students and their staff. I am very pleased with everything AquaKids has done for my son.

We love aqua kids. First of all I would say manager Annah is amazing and always available for any issues. Our kiddos going to aqua kids since one month ,already we see so much progress. All instructors are amazing . So far so good. Kids love to go every day. Only one thing I would add up is to add swimsuit extractor to drain extra water from swim suit. But this doesn’t affect us from going here. Would recommend this place for anyone who would love to send their kids

We love Aqua kids. With three kids (8,6, and 2) and two sets of grandparents that have pools, aqua kids and swim lessons have been a absolute must. My children have attending lessons here for the past five summers. The skills my children have gained have been instrumental in the piece of mind needed to keep any resemblance of sanity during the summer.My children currently have Ms. Christian and Ms. Rachelle for teachers. Both are amazing. Ms. Christian has an amazing way with my extra spirited child, that I’m quite certain has saved him from certain death by equipping him with tools to stay focused in and around pools. To say I highly recommended this swim school would be an absolute understatement.Highlights;- small class sizes (3 being the most) which my kids have usually only ever had just one another child in a class if not been the only child in a class.- slides which I’ve seen work in two fold, one being a great motivator / positive reinforcement to work hard during instruction and two giving kids some real life preparation for water slides they will come in contact outside of aqua kids.- there is always a deck manager, that is serving as an extra set of eyes, as well a go between if anyone needs a bathroom break during swim class.- super helpful admin staff

This swim school strikes the perfect balance between nurturing the swimmers and pushing them to their full potential. The results are fantastic. Miss Mary Ellen is a rock star instructor!!And the facility is a great venue for birthday parties. We have hosted our sons birthday there 2 years in a row.

A wonderful place to learn to swim and to better your strokes. We wanted our daughter to get her strokes better before competing on swim team. This was definitely the place. The teachers are kind and patient, and always offer positive encouragement to the kids! So happy we chose this swim school over others in the area.

My 2 young children have done swim lessons with AquaKids the last 2 summers at our community pool. The instructors have been amazing. They are detailed and enthusiastic teachers. We have also been to the AquaKids facility in McKinney with an equally great experience. My kids have taken previous swim lessons with other companies and they got better results with AquaKids. The customer service, reports with the kids progress and energetic staff have always been great. I wish more businesses were run this well.

Absolutely love AquaKids in Flower Mound! They have been very accommodating from the first call. My 4 year old, who has never had lessons before, has been coming twice a week for a month. In her age group they have taught her to kick and coast through the water, float, jump in and swim, etc. The progression is perfect. They’re working on helping them go to the bottom for toys and climb up onto floats. I love that everything they teach are the very skills you want your child to have around water and not just the ability to move their arms and legs to swim. My 4 year old immediately began applying what she was learning when our community pool opened. The staff is simply amazing. They are accommodating when scheduling classes and very informed and helpful. The teachers are so good. My daughter was a little apprehensive about having a male teacher, but they play around with them and she immediately warmed up. I can’t say enough good things!

Aquakids-one word: AWESOME! I have 3 kids attending. If you know my kids, they’re a handful. All the instructors are so patient. Because I have 3 kids, we dealt with multiple instructors. They also teach kids using different techniques that work well with each child. When we started, my kids would not put head under water. The teachers worked with them and now they’re more comfortable going under water as am I. Happy swimmers!

We had gone to another swim school closer to our house and it was a less than amazing experience. After that I had a hard time finding a place I trusted with our now three year!After looking into a lot of places I found Aquakids: Flower Mound. We were offered a free evaluation to see what class would be best for our little one and even a free class to see how he liked it.Our little one LOVES his instructor and is already thriving!Everyone there is SO friendly and facility is always clean!

My 4-year-old has been swimming with Mr. Zech for months and has progressed tremendously. He loves coming to the pool each week and swimming with his teacher. We love that he is confident and most importantly safe in the water!

Wonderful place for swim lessons! My daughters participated in 2-week swim camp for two years. The first year, they were 3 & 5 and did all right even with the great instruction, they werent quite ready. The next year at ages 4 & 6, the girls finally got it and were swimming across the pool by the last lesson. We observed that their teacher Breanna made it fun while also pushing them to the next level. The staff uses very deliberate, intentional, and fast-paced activities and drills - perfect for the age level - that really maximize the 30-minute lesson and increase the childs confidence as well. We love this place!

Love the small class size. All the staff was friendly and helpful! Ashton was a WONDERFUL teacher! She is extremely patient and caring. Im in awe of how much progress my daughter made during the two week swim camp. She had never been in a swimming pool and was scared the first day. By the end of the second week she was swimming by herself!! Ashton was so encouraging and appeared to truly care about the progress of her students. We have already decided to enroll both our daughter and our son for camp next year.

We took the kids to the flower mound location for aqua kids 20 year celebration! Kids had a blast had plenty of stuff to do. Bounce house! And of course swimming! The facilities was nice. They had plenty of life guards to watch the children and their own safety equipment! Was very well put together! Def will go back and recommend that u do to!

The lessons at AquaKids have been excellent. They have a structured lesson plan for each class and session so you know exactly what your kid is learning and where they are in their progress. There is no wasted down time as class sizes are small and instruction is so personal. We thought we would try somewhere else cheaper and closer to home but instantly regretted it and came right back to our class. Thank you AquaKids for making classes fun and teaching our son to be safe in the water.

Ms. Breanna is a great teacher. I put my 5yr old in 2 swim camps back to back and from not knowing how to swim she was able to go to Elementary 3 thanks to the attention and encouragement provided. Will recommend AquaKids to others especially with the size of their pool and also the slides which are so much fun!

My daughter took private swim lessons for a month, then joined the AquaKids swim team. It is a great program that teaches kids to refine their strokes, and allows them to compete monthly in a fun, stress-free environment.

Aquakids was fabulous. My now 13 year old Took a private lesson and her teacher was great and worked on her form and movement. She really enjoyed the lesson. My now 5 year old took lessons for a bit and the instructors were always so sweet and encouraging. She loves to swim. Now we need to go back to work on her form!!

Love the AquaKids swim school at the Flower Mound location. My son used to be afraid of water and don’t want to take any swimming lesson. We had been try several places and it has not worked for him. This summer we tried AquaKids again, my older one took swimming lessons here 2 yrs ago. This time we met Miss Madison and she is so great and has lots of patience. She helped my son overcome his fear of water and he loves to go to the class. I definitely recommend AquaKids for a swimming lesson.

Maddie was a fantastic swim coach for both my 2 and 4 year old. They are so much more confident in the water after their swim camp. I am so glad that I enrolled them. Maddie was patient, kind and encouraged them to improve each lesson.

They have an amazing staff that cares abut your childrens well being. The event that they had over the weekend was so much fun. There was swimming bounce castles and music. I would definitely recommend this swim school.

We love AquaKids Flower Mound! My 5yo has been a beginner every summer as she was never into swimming lessons (not that she’s never done it but she’s never liked the lessons). Now with Ms. Breanna at AK FM, she is able to swim from one side to the other with confidence! It’s only the beginning of her second week of the swimming camp and she can’t wait for the next class every day! Also, I love their customer care as a whole team. I was having hard time finding a class schedule that’s compatible with my busy schedule and the real time chatting browser popped and offered assistance. Then they immediately opened a new class that would work with my schedule. You definitely want to call them before giving up when you can’t find the class online. Can’t say enough great things about AK!!!

Miss Christian is a very good teacher. She is genuine, kind, patience and good with kids. My 3 year old daughter took swim lesson last summer but she was horrified. We signed her up with Ms Christian this summer, she was very happy and wanted to go swim everyday. My daughter progressed every lesson. Unfortunately Ms Christian left Aquakids in the middle of summer for a full time teaching job. We were sad to see her go but happy for her at the same time. Both of my kids been taking lessons at Flower mound Aquakids for 2 years and i am confident to say they have a really good program with well trained staff.

I’ve worked at AquaKids since I was 16! The staff are all incredible and really care about the kiddos! The lessons are organized and well-paced. I highly recommend AquaKids to anyone looking for swim lessons with compassionate and experienced teachers.

I brought my 20 month old today for her first swim lesson ever. The staff was courteous and the facility was big. Although my girl cried at times during the lesson, the instructor (Daniel) was great with her. He was very patient and tried many different things to make her comfortable. We recently visited AquaKids in Flower Mound for their 20th Annual Celebration and it was so much fun! We had a great time and everyone on their staff was awesome and super friendly! I have lived in the area my whole life and grew up coming to AquaKids as a kid but haven’t been to this location in a while! I can’t wait to bring my kids here and get them into swim lessons!

Everyone is super nice from the moment you walk in. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of the lessons. My son has been going about 5 months, and he loves coming to his weekly lesson.

We have had the best experience at Aqua Kids Flower Mound. Ms. Breanna has been amazing with my 6 year old son. In the span of his two week camp with Ms. Breanna he advanced from Elementary 1 to Elementary 3 and we could not be more pleased with his results. He loves her and looks forward to going everyday. She has been so accommodating and really worked with our schedule to find a class time that would work for both of us, even giving up her break to allow us to come at a certain time. Weve been bringing our 3 boys to Aqua Kids over the last 7 years and just love it! The staff is very professional and they do such a great job of teaching the kids while pushing them to get better! The instructor to child ratio is perfect, so the class sizes are small giving the kids great one on one instruction. My wife and I highly recommend Aqua Kids!!

Breanna is awesome instructor in aqua kids. My daughter was in her advanced swim class and she is very good with kids and my daughter enjoyed swimming and improved her swim skills.

A couple things to note. We came from California and fell in love with the swimming instructors at our old swimming school so to say we have found another swimming school “home” so quickly here in Texas is saying a lot. I have 3 kids all at different stages and the fact that I have seen so much progress in such a short amount of time for them speaks volumes. There was a bit of class changes from the time we started but I think it’s just from the transition from summer to fall but in saying that, I can see that every teacher we have had I can say has been great for my kids. We have been to places in the past where I question the way they are being taught or if the actual lessons are worth the cost and by far, I can say nothing but positive things. I love that the pool is indoors and they make it very comfortable for you to observe your kiddos.They are willing to work with you and although we have to temporarily pause the membership, they have made all of this very easy for us to do and I pray to be able to resume our lessons again very soon because my kids absolutely love it here.So I would say Aquakids is both Parent and kid approved for this family.
