DEFY is a great place for adults to do exercises with their kids. Most gym have a play area for children under 12. DEFY offers parents a chance to workout with their children.

Defy is the best trampoline park I have ever seen. Highly recommend because when we was there they were cleaning and the never stop cleaning. The employees are fun and funny and they do a good job at keeping kids safe.By the way I am going today with a friend.

We have been thoroughly enjoying the trampolines they have a great atmosphere and staff too. The establishment is clean and super kids friendly. Excited to enjoy our winter at Defy so the kids can burn off some energy while staying happy and healthy during this cold weather.

Kids loved it and had a great time. Highly recommended to get the kids out and doing something. Staff was constantly cleaning the areas and were very nice.

Very unethical in their monthly membership billing and cancellation of said membership! You talk with staff and manager about cancelling and the manager takes all your information and tells you it is taken care of.? Then they continue making withdraws from your account and then when you return to find out why you are told it wasn’t done in writing and you can not get a refunded your money. Last time I checked if your paid employee “as a manager” tells you he will handle it and don’t worry it is done, I say then I have done my part.In addition, the fees charged are way out of line for what you get compared to what they sell you a membership for if you do automatic drafting out of your account. My opinion is you would be better off taking yourself and your children elsewhere, they have waivers for guest to sign to not hold them responsible for injuries etc. Believe me talk to any good attorney you’ll learn the waivers aren’t worth the time that was spent on creating them.

Literally watched a child fall last week, and the employees was watching. I’ve seen multiple fights out there, and no employee supervision! How do you except to have good service when you got 16-19 year olds working out there?! Fights breaking out absolutely insane I wish I could give defy in Florence a ZERO !

The kids and I enjoyed ourselves when we were able to go.

My Nieces love it there. So far so good. Place seems to be busy all the time. Price is 16.00 an hour per kid. I think you can buy a monthly pass for just over 20

So thrilled they are opening a park in Florence!! Its more than just a trampoline park. It has variety of fun and physical activities for all kids/adults of any size. Definitely recommend the membership as well as it is a great deal. DEFY always keeps their park super clean, along with friendly staff to ensure safety and an action packed time. So awesome, keep the kids active!!

The park is awesome! The staff on the registers and in the park were always attentive to myself and the other guests around. The memberships really sound like a great way to save money on some family outings. Not only that, but the place is always clean, so much so, that I actually constantly saw a staff member picking up trash, checking the bathrooms, and evening vacuuming the carpet. Awesome edition to Florence!

Nice, well-designed, safety first operation. Well staffed. Plenty of eyes monitoringing guest safety. I was there for a childs birthday party and staff members were very helpful.

I had a B-Day party there for my 10 year old son on Nov.23.. First of all when we arrived, utter chaos..Restrooms not working, water all over floor..kids walking through it, with socks on, very unsanitary..Kids and parents had to go next door to use restroom..Our party room appeared to be in a storage room. No privacy, people kept coming in and out..For almost 300.00, I expected more than 2 tablecloths, a few paper plates and cups..2 pizzas, one was wrong, and two 2 liter sodas..That was the extent of decorations.I was highly disappointed...The only highlight of the day was the hr jump, but most kids had memberships so we didnt lose anything.I am considering canceling my kids memberships..

Florence has got to be crazy excited for this EXTREME park!!!! There is so much to do that even my non athletic and uncoordinated self has an amazing time!! The community and family feeling you get from this company is amazing️ Be a part of this movement guys!

This place is a great addition to the area! Safe, fun place for kids, tweens, teens, and college aged! Even fun for young Grandmas like me! The Management is very caring and has w ill raked hard to make this place safe and enjoyable for all!!

We had a good time, it was our first visit. I wish they sold smaller time increment blocks, like 30 minutes.

Wife and kids have been and enjoyed it. Went today and it was pretty crowded. Stood 2nd in line for 30+ minutes and watched people walking straight to the counter. Then was told when we were next in line that they were only taking cash. I know they cant help the system going down just disappointed after watching an unorganized check in.

We surprised our kids by taking them last week, we went with the membership and they have been every day since then. Great place to have fun on a hot, cold, or rainy day. Memebership is the way to go because a hour just isnt enough time. Thank you Defy for coming to Florence!

I love the trampoline park and the variety but there needs to be a section JUST FOR KIDS. Because every time someone tries to do a flip or something the little kids WILL NOT get out of the way!

This is a nice place for the Florence Area. Was there Sunday afternoon, September 29. For the people that were there the place is already too small. Need staff at each event area to maintain some type of order, older teenagers should not be playing dodge ball with 7 & 8 year olders. Hopefully in the near future there will be an area to buy something to eat, water or sodas.

Potential is there. The pros are great variety for jumpers of all sizes. Tough to get bored so quickly over an hour or two. Pricing is about average for jump parks. The place is clean. It’s new so it should be. We’ll see how that holds up over time. Now the cons. The rules are stated to not run bla blah blah but no one really enforces the rules. Workers are around but look bored and disinterested. Secondly is the check in process should be fast for members. There is a membership line but it’s always full with someone joining. Why have a separate line that’s always taken. That’s a long process. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes or longer for a member to get a band and go jump. This process needs to be fixed, fast. Lastly, not really a snack or drink section for jumpers to use. The Pepsi machines take your money and defy is in no mans land when it comes to walking to grab a snack. Overall a solid value and good time. Room for improvement for sure. Time will tell.Update 10/09/19:Updated from a 3 to a 4. Employees have found there legs and have an order to checking in quickly. My kids still love the place. They are under 7 years old, and they never get bored. We normally got M-F around 2 to 3. It’s not usually business. I hear it’s busy on weekends. That’s not defys fault. It’s a good thing for defy. I’d give defy a 4.5 if I could. The .5 is simply for not having a snack stand.
