Staff was friendly and according. A staff member actually went to the back from the register to find me an item I was bummed they were out of. (Snakes in the grass) It was July 3rd and the place was packed! You have no idea how much her service meant to me. My 2 yr old niece LOVED those snakes as much as I did as a kid!! Melts my heart! Thank you so much.

Aside from unexpected extreme high demand for independence day 2020, this store is always well stocked and clean. The staff are Pyro-enthusiasts who can recommended products based on your likes. The manager is super friendly and helpful, as well. He goes above and beyond to make things right if end up with a defective product.

Store was pretty empty with product the day before the forth of July. I guess thats to be expected? The woman helping the cashier was aimlessly chit chatting with customers while the line extended farther and farther back. I was on a time schedule guess thats my own fault. I would think a business would try to get people out the door as fast as possible so they could capture more sales.

My son and I visited Phantom fireworks in Florence KY the first week of July this year, 2020. We were met by very knowledgeable and kind staff, eager to assist in any way possible. We were able to redeem every single coupon that we received from their USPS flyer, which saved us $200 over our 2-day visit! The friendliness of staff, the locations manager who helped me with a receipt question, who promptly awarded me with a complimentary gift for my trouble, made our annual visit to Phantom Fireworks, all that much more memorable.

Went afternoon of the fourth. Completely sold out of EVERYTHING. Still letting many people into store, even though there was nothing for us to buy.

Went in here to get fireworks a few days before the 4th of July and was very disappointed that they had nothing on the shelves. As I was leaving I asked a manager if the Phantom Fireworks would be the same at the store low on product in Ohio....he proceeded to tell me he is never seen it like this in the 20 years he is work there it is a nationwide shortage because stuff is not coming from China. His words!! So we decided to drive to Indiana and the first place we stopped at was Trevs fireworks & Halloween superstore and was not disappointed at all !! They had their shelves packed full of merchandise!!! So many fireworks to choose from. I will be going there from now on not Phantom!!!

Dont ever shop the day before the 4th, lol. Staff was friendly and helpful. Didnt have to wait in line to long. Even tho shelves were bare still got a few things.

Phantom fireworks is professional and full of all kinds of fireworks. Morters, assortments, novelty items, rockets, smoke bombs, snakes, sparklers and fountain varieties. Always friendly, always some sort of sale going on. Explosive.

I Bought gift card online for 300 to get the free 100 dollar item. Everything is 50% off because they double the price of all the fireworks so they can pretend to give you a 100 dollar gift when really its 50.. to make things better I go and everything is sold out. Every firework I was looking for was gone, but I was stuck with a gift card. There are no 100 dollar items in the whole store and the 100 dollar item has to be 100 dollars. So they give me this crummy box firework that they selected as the 100 dollar item. It is in the system as 79 dollars but they are marked up and probably not a 79 dollar firework, plus you take the 50% off and its a 37 dollar gift probably more like a 15 dollar gift. All around bad advertising bad selection bad customer service. Noone wanted to answer any questions except the people at the cash register which took 20 mins of holding everyone behind me up in line. Terrible experience and a straight rip off. They also dont give gifts for people who spend a certain amount even though that was advertised as well. I will be going back to Indiana next year to somewhere with no false advertising, a selection, and people who can actually help with selecting fireworks.

Liked the variety of sparkles.

Last year there was a big variety. This year, the isles were empty, unfortunately. Staff said it was because of the sale they had going on and they unfortunately didnt know if/when it would be restocked.

Customer Service always on point and very helpful

Everyone was professional and assistant with anything we needed help with. The help us create our 600 dollar 4th of July show. Walked us through and helped us pick what fire works to start off the show and end with. All came to 600 dollars but felt like a billion dollar show when we watched it with or family and neighbors.

Normally very nice staff and they offer incentives to premier customers. One guy in the whole store, we were the only customers, did not offer any assistance when we were trying to make decisions. I know its off season but have never been treated like I was a bother. Boxes coming apart as we were loading in car.Will probably make the trip to Indiana Phantom from now on. We have been customers, spending high dollars for 20+ years.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to answer all of my questions and have really good recommendations.

Friendly females but one male there is not very nice but thats life i guess. They have buy 1 get 2 free on all fireworks which should be how it is normally and no matter how much you spend now you get no free fireworks which sucks. Fireworks are way to expensive.

The coupons, the BOGO... cool. Makes me feel like Im getting a good deal. But for what I spent, what an underwhelming feeling. The 12 squared boxes at $99 gave a better show than the $159 huge ones. I was so excited by the mere size of the higher cost ones, I was like, You ready for the big ones now? *fart*... I later left not wanting to mention how Id spent that much more on the ones that got the least applause.One $149 box boasted 18 shots, and I think it did 4 or 5 tops. Pouring water on what I was sure misfired, to diffuse it, felt like I was pouring money into a fire pit... not to mention the anxiety of going near something that didnt ignite.Just so disappointed tonight. I get the high cost of fireworks in general, but the stinker tonight felt more like Phantoms inability to perform by far. Might as well buy a bunch of mortars before thinking the big, expensive boxes are going to give you something more special.Let this be no reflection on Phantom Fireworks employees or the Florence store in general. The brands fireworks themselves make me wonder if I shouldnt have just gone with 50 small things versus the much fewer high-cost items. Im almost convinced theyre tagging higher costs on garbage overstock with the illusion that its somehow better.$$$ = pew pew... pew... pew. *fart* :(

I have never actually purchased from Phantom Fireworks in store so today was the first time Ive ever ordered in store and the floor was flooded with purple it seemed that every corner you turn there was somebody waiting there to help you with whatever you needed and then I ran into mark krummen and his shadow Tori Wilhelm-olsen and I gave them a Specific Instructions about what kind of fireworks Im looking for due to a family members medical condition and that she couldnt really look up so I needed a wide assortment of stuff for on the ground and front of her and for fireworks to shoot in the air at the bottom of our street so she didnt have to look up too high and I had forgot my coupon so Mark let the worker at the register that I went to whose name was Brad stenger he let him know that I had forgot my coupon and they had one extra spare coupons so they allowed me to use it I went in there with exactly $100 that I wanted to spend as my budget and with the sales peoples help and some help with the register guy I managed to get every Spectrum needed and I was only $0.13 above my budget they hands down 100% did an amazing job and I will definitely be returning in the near future

If your buying your fireworks from phantom, stop. This place doubles the actual cost of the product and runs it as buy one get one. They are forcing you to buy 2 of the same thing at true retail. So the reviews in here that say 800 dollars in fireworks for 400, what a steal!! isnt right. They actually paid the actual cost any other store would charge (most cases less, and better product) and not force you to buy 2 of the same thing..... As a local Cincinnati area pyrotechnician, I suggest shopping elsewhere until Phantom gets their act together.

I have mixed reviews. One is there are so many choices. Great place to get your fireworks. There is no dont about that. Number two is when I was taking my little boy to karate next door, it looked like an employee came out side to run off some geese. Well his running them off consisted of throwing rocks, trying to hit them with a stick, he even went onto another property trying to get them away. My question is why? You did this for about 30 mins. Your car was the only one in the whole parking lot. Shouldnt you have been inside doing some work? What was the reason for trying to get rid of them? I have posted a video also to verify what I was seeing.

I have always had great luck with Phantom Fireworks. And if by chance something doesnt launch they will swap it out for you. And their deals are amazing. Let the cashier know if youre military, they do discounts.

Terrible place to get fireworks, guy acted like we was a nuisance the whole time we was there. Guy was mad that we came in while he was mopping even though it was during store hours and told us to make sure we wiped our feet off before coming in a rude tone.

Never go to any Phantom. Prices are high and you can get better items for cheaper at another firework store. Example: I can buy a shell kit for $199.99 BOGO, great I have 48 shells. I can go to another fireworks place and pay $80 for the SAME EXACT shell kit, then continue to purchase several cakes and fountains and really put on a show.Phantoms pricing ties up more of your money into just a few products whereas other stores are less than half the price of phantom and they give price point freebies as well. That means you can buy many different items for your show rather than the same stuff.

Open year round, which surprised me a bit. They have random sales all the time, so call and see what they have going on.

Didnt purchase anything on this particular visit, so I wont attempt to review products. The showroom was clean and well organized, and the layout made it easy to navigate the store. The employees were kind and helpful, and there were alot of them standing around ready to help customers.

I am an experienced pyrotech and you have to remember that you are only dealing in class C fireworks. To get the most diversity from your shows you have to shop at a variety of stores not just one. That being said Phantom has the best website, selection and dont let the prices scare you they are very competitive. The staff are extremely professional without any hard sell and provide great recommendations especially for those who do not know what they want. There are many stores that do not update their websites which is a shame but you should always call first. Even stores that say closed for the season depending on how much you will spend are more than happy to meet you and open the doors, just ask. My only disappointment with class C is the limited effects they offer and I highly recommend to shop around not for price but for effects. Blow em up and be safe.

Due to Kentucky law Im assuming they cant sell the best fireworks. The fireworks that I did buy all worked appropriately though. The reason for the three stars are for the customer service and how expensive the prices were. The customer service was below average and not helpful.
