Great venue for concert or athletic event,Staff was professional and courtess,the female manager was just delightful to work with,Event Security and Florence Police Dept was very helpful and professional and welcoming to our guest

Convenient, easily accessed convention center with clean bathrooms and a number of restaurants and shopping options nearby.

Went to the gun and knife show. They had pretty strict covid guidelines and enforced them.

We enjoyed the food truck rodeo.

Second time coming for events. Both times we had a fantastic time. The staff is very friendly. Parking is FREE. Every seat is a great seat.

Boyz II Men concert was great. Security lines moved quickly. Concessions ran out of prepared food a few times. Maybe they should have a separate line for those who only want a drink. Overall, it went well.

Went to food truck event, no signs against dogs but wouldnt let us in after traveling to visit with our dog.

I visited the Florence Center for the very first time to see a rodeo which was awesome! It was clean and spacious. The ladies room was clean too which is important to me. I have one siggestion.Grab rails in the handicap stalls.

Concerning the pandimic going on right now they did a wonderful job with the graduation.

This is what you would expect from a convention center, but maybe not what you would expect out of Florence. It was really nice and clean and more than enough room for any of your needs. They have plenty of parking and several convenient hotels and restaurants nearby.

What a wonderful surprise to find such a awesome place in the middle small town like Florence. The staff is very polite and the content of the show we were attending was fantastic. The menu is very well maintained.

Ive always loved this place... Kinda sad we dont have hockey anymore. We attend the gun and knife show yesterday and it was great! Got some cool t-shirts there

Jingle Market is the best! Great variety of vendors, staff available and nice. Loved the layout - last year there were shops up upstairs, one level better. Good flow, good food. Well be back next year!

Went to spring carnival wasnt many rides as in previous years some of the popular rides werent there otherwise was still good kid friendly

Awesome time ice skating... It was a little less festive then it was last year as far as decorations and lighting...but we made the best of it with music only and had a good time anyway!!

Great space for events. Was here for the South Carolina Senior Games indoor archery tournament. Lighting was not very well positioned for such an event though, but there was ample space for the shoot, with bathroom right across the hall.

Small intimate venue. Best seats are the balcony seats.

The security and ticket staff were very friendly, the bathrooms were very clean and the signs helped navigate really well. Everything is set up and managed very professionally and community friendly

Nice place for big venues. Great updates to facilities recently. Easy access to the interstate and hotels.

What a terribly dangerous decision to host a carnival in the middle of a pandemic. You are hurting our community and putting dollars in front of lives.

You should be ashamed of yourself. Events with 4000 people during a pandemic.

Went to the food truck rodeo hosted here and went to Budda’s bbq & burgers and made the right choice I got the Budda nachos which is nachos , Caso, hommade bbq, and great sauce on top. Well worth the money you get so much food. The best nachos Ive ever had and some of the friendliest people to ever order from, definitely made the right choice by choosing their truck and I highly advise if youre in the area to make sure that you try them out. Being a food truck you can look them up on Facebook “budda’s bbq & burgees” and see where they’ll be next ! There from NC!

Visited facility for the reptile show. The staff were taking temps, lots of sanitizer stations, and plenty of spacing for visitors and displaying folks for social distancing.

The Florence Civic Center is really cool! When things come to town Florence Center is the place to be. Today was the car haulers parade starting at the Florence Civic Center and I took my grandkids out there she had a ball taking pictures and fun things for her to do. Thanks for the outing Bruce Graves & family.

My grandson and I had a really great time at the Florence Centers State Fair!!! The games, rides, food and shows were awesome! Fantastic atmosphere! ;)

The building is clean and comfortable. It offers various places to sit. The bathrooms are modern and clean. I should know since I was there all day for 3 days

Easy to find with lots of parking. Any seat is a good one. Small enough for the sound system to make the artist sound great but big enough to give you that mega concert experience.

This arena offers a variety of activities for the whole family, and has made some significant improvements to facilities.

My visit to the Civic Center was for a job fair. My students were excited, their first time to the center. Beautiful facility.

This is an advantageous site for Florence and we are lucky to have a facility this size to host our many Events and sports. There is plenty of parking and various places to dine.

Had the best time and loved how our special needs children were treated

Facilities are nice but arena is on the smaller side. They need to invest in new speakers for the whole arena and staff to direct traffic after events because its the worse part of participating in an attraction.

Good for midsize convention, not too big, makes it easier to get around once inside. Great location, well maintained, convenient parking. We enjoyed our first visit there.

I loved this place because the 7th District African Methodist Church held their Conferences there and is Modeling our New Convention Center after the Florence Convention

Everything was nice & pleasant.Just need to do something about floor seats. If you that much money its right stage get bumrushed with other people who didnt pay for floor seats. You guys need to better on security & making people stay where they pay.

We were there to see the circus. It was clean and the employees were nice. The people sitting behind us let their children kick our chairs, put their feet on our backs, spill drinks down our backs, and more. One of the employees there noticed what we were going through and went and removed us from our seats and took us to a better location after intermission. Other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. Will be visiting again.

We were there for their Jingle Bell Event and love it. Over 200 vendors. This being the first year they did a fantastic job. Cant wait until next year. Truely a place where you can do all your Christmas shopping. Plan on spending 2 days at the event. Also it was not over priced.

Went there for the JW convention. And it was great and a joy to be there. Parking was really good getting in and out. Seating was comfortable.

They updated outside but inside needs work. Looks like a high school gym.Acoustics are not clear so expect distortion depending if its a concert.

Place is ok seating is less than comfortable. Bathroom is dated and toliets are well past there prime of replacement. Cigarette burns and Marks are all over the seats making bathrooms appear dirtier than they are. Please update this place.

We had a great time!But some of the employees wasnt nice very bad attitude.

Shows have been great. I feel as though the venue does a poor job hosting events. Such as canceling on short notice or changing times of events with little heads up. Resurrection tour was suppose to start at 8pm. I found out at 5pm that the time had been changed to 6pm

Nice location that we had for our convention for Jehovahs witnesses..the parking was much easier than our past location in columbia at the colonial life arena

Bathrooms are suitable and upgreaded, spacious place. It needs improvement on the seats, their too narrow and rather uncomfortble. Plenty of parking space.

A lot has changed. I like it. I would have given five stars, but I had to play find the maze parking for the event.

I was at the Florence Center Corey gun show hosted by Mike Kent. MK shows are always a pleasure to visit. Facility itself is a typical Convention Center, clean and for the most part Pleasant employees. Coffee is expensive and the food leave something to be desired.

Handicap ready. Dad was able to scooter around easily with plenty of handicap spaces. Thank you for hosting the world horseshoe tournament

We go there all the time for events they have some good events we went to the food truck roundup thats a good bands and was free to go you just purchased your food so down and listen to the Bands
