Stayed the night with my husband recently. We booked the luxury king room and the room was wonderful. It was very big a spacious and plenty of room to lounge around or walk around. Everything was clean and accommodating, the bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice. Our only complaint was that despite the bed being very comfortable the pillows were not comfortable at all. The pillows are very firm and not very plush. You just feel like your head is up way too high when laying down and it hurts your neck. Other than that it was pretty quiet and the views of the fog rolling in that morning were lovely.Also just as a note, there is very poor cell phone reception here. We literally had no service most of the time staying here.

I had a room with the jet stream jacuzzi bathtub, with a separate tub. What was supposed to be an overnight trip turned into a 3 day stay. Extremely nice, personable, and professional staff that accommodated my stay very painlessly. Im definitely going back. Nosh had salads to die for and the went above and beyond also for me. Im very picky about my food and I have NO complaints. My husband was very pleased with his green apple shake. Definitely going back

Overpriced rooms. Girl at the front checking for masks was unfriendly. Hotel check-in clerk was unfriendly. And wouldn’t take our card Bconnected card so we didn’t get credit for the hotels stay. Tight machines. We lost $600 in an hour. Will never be back. French Lick is SO MUCH BETTER.

Didnt stay long enough to make a good judgment of this place because hotel was fully booked. I was there 3 hours, and machines seemed to be up and down. They do allow smoking indoors, so thats a plus.

The hotel rooms are super nice and some have really good views. The bathrooms are luxurious if your in a deluxe room.The restaurants are pretty good. Food was good at the sports bar and buffet is good too.Nice golf course with its own little restaurant.Casino is nice too and chances of winning are pretty good. But the House always wins. The Rewards and promotions arent that bad either.

The rooms were comfy, practically sound proof and clean. It was Sunday and was not over crowed. Funny as it may seem Im not into mindlessly slots. Draw, Black Jack, and thinking games are more interesting to me. Even sadder I can not spend a lot of money. So what the heck why am I there? Family Birthdays celebrated.

We have been here several times and we love it! The rooms are very nice and clean. The view is always the parking lot but with the casino and shopping, we spend little time in the room anyway. The Nosh coffee shop has great apple danishes and coffee with very good prices. You have to check it out if you go.

Lost all of our money but had a great time!! All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Not rating a 5 star due to the fact that you can smoke inside so its super hard to breath in most spots. But otherwise great time :)

We have visited this resort several times over the years and have had a mostly positive experience. In recent years, its obvious that resort/casino has started to deteriorate. Furnishings are older, carpets throughout the hotel/casino are very worn, slot machines are not maintained, etc. However, this last trip (November 10-12) we stayed and were very upset about our stay. The first room we were put in had barking dogs in neighboring rooms so we asked to be moved. The second room they gave us had bedbugs! I woke up with welts/stinging bites all ove hands/arms. Upon taking the bed apart, we found a couple of actual bedbugs and reported the issue to management. They sent someone from security to take pictures of the bites and took what bugs we found. They offered to wash/dry our clothes. Clothes were returned in sealed plastic bags. I was under the impression would contact us in the next days about the incident - but weve heard nothing. Meanwhile, we have our luggage - stored in plastic bags - still stored in our garage due the fact were scared to bring them back into our house! Not planning on returning to Belterra ever again.November 24, 2020 - So after originally posting this review management reached out and asked me to contact them. I did even though that would be the 4th time I tried to get a response from them. I emailed the address I was given within a couple days.....still havent heard a word from them so evidently they arent too worried about customer service and poor reviews.

Our favorite place to go for a night out! Its relaxing and fun but can be exciting too! We love the variety of new slot machines and old favorites. We can generally play for a long time without breaking the bank. The casino staff is helpful and friendly. Overall Belterra has a cool, clean atmosphere that we cant wait to visit again!

It was So nice to get out and enjoy yourself, safety precautions are all in order. The rooms are fabulous, the food delicious and a beautiful presentation. The gambling facility is wonderful And just so many different kind of machines. While youre there within the hotel there is shopping that you can do, and the prices are quite reasonable. We will be back real soon, just a great experience all the way around. The staff is very personable, and are glad to answer any questions you have with a smile on their face that is sincere. You always feel that you are the most important person there, And are always checking to see if theres anything else that you might need or required. The security in the hotel has a camera all through the hallways, which makes you even feel more secure.

Went there for our first anniversary July 13th went to check in at front desk told us our room was not ready they were sorry to please wait for 30 minutes and come back up went back up after 30 minutes room was still not ready check in was at 3:00 didnt get room until 5:00 I thought they might offer us a complimentary drink to sit and wait but was not offered anything guaranteed check-in was supposed to be 4:00 it was very disappointing knowing we paid $310. for the night and couldnt Even go to our room when we got to hotel once we got to our room I called down to speak to manager but the front desk women kept giving me the runaround and wanted to know what it was about I told them I wanted to speak to the manager about it they kept putting me on hold and then back to them at the front desk so I never got to speak to one The room was nice and clean though The casino was nice also just thought front desk could be more professional on the way they handled this

One thing that I like the most is it is still a boat.It might be me but, I really dont care for 1 floor for everything.Break it up on the decks and have more no smoking than smoking, that would be awesome.Update to my review..Just visited French Lick Casino and I like it but , I still get turned around and dont remember where I was on a slot. This casino was so much fun. The slots are where we went to mainly and they had a nice variety. I enjoyed the boat aspect of it. It was different. We stayed at the hotel and it was cheap considering. the room was beautiful and it was spotless. The stadium sports bar and grill had amazing food. I had a quesadilla and it was phenomenal. My fiance had a burger (per usual) and it was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back! We came to celebrate our engagement and it was definitely an unforgettable night!

Had a great stay! Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere so there isnt anything else around. We spent the day at the pool (which was packed!) but very nice. The pool bar was very reasonably priced. Our room was clean, so no complaints there. Casino is very smokey, but had a good variety of games. We ate at the Stadium Bar and our meal was very good. Overall, a great place!

At Christmas, Belterra had a deal on gift certificates so I gave one as a gift. Ended up going with the individual. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning staff was courteous and polite. My only issue was front desk staff not being available at checkout. Waited in a log line of guests with none behind the counter for about 10 minutes (before I left).

I usually enjoy this casino. This visit was extremely dirty. There was trash on floor upon entering, the windows on the doors and elevator mirrors clearly had finger prints on them and none of the ash trays ar the machines had been emptied.During these times of epic spreading of illness. This uncleanliness should not be present.

Never been to casinos in this area but the hotel looks like a nice place to visit online so passing through on business we decided to stay. We ate at one of the two restaurants that was open last night The Stadium and enjoyed our burgers but it was a very limited menu. When we got to the casino it was very smoky in there so to my surprise hardly anyone was wearing masks because they were smoking. There were no cocktail servers and it was hot, especially with masks on for the people who were actually wearing them, so now you’re trying to play your machine on the extremely limited selection and having to get up and walk across the room to get a drink in which they give you a tiny little cup of Pepsi. I did very well on the Buddha games so I was happy with that. After getting to my room at 4:00 am there were guys standing in the hallway drunk and told us they were having a bachelor party So they kept us up all night. We called security and they asked us if we wanted to move at 4:30 in the morning and of-course we didn’t because we were tired and weren’t the ones disturbing anyone so the man at the front desk said to mention this to the check out clerk in the morning. At check out there was no record of anything but the clerk reluctantly gave me a $20 voucher for food here! Wow what a deal for absolutely no sleep! Why would they even put someone next to a bachelor party? The worst part of this trip is I paid $210 for this room and a resort fee with nothing open on this resort! I’m leaving a very unhappy customer and feel very disappointed in a BConnect property and from the unsanitary measures that you are taken in this pandemic was frightful and I pray my family and I aren’t leaving with coronavirus from here.

They have no food at 3, dont warn you about being put on a pet friendly floor and you could spend 220$ for one night only to hear a barking dog 80% of the time. Even with a mask the smoke smell is horrible and they need better ventilation

My family and I are very religious people and I bought my grandchildren to your motel for a mini vacation. I have never been more disappointed disrespect and upset then i was on 10-8-2020 around 6:30pm in front of your nosh. A young woman with black hair shaved on the side wearing glasses was rude disrespectful cursing and just mean. I will never be back to you casino resort again and i will tell all my friends and family about this horrible visit and if i was you i would get rid of the women before you lose more business

Hotel stunk of weed all over every hall in the hotel. People next to me were parting and tried to open the access door to my room. I Had to request to be moved to another room. Packed up and moved rooms. Asked hotel security why they let alone of this go on and all this weed smoking. He had no answer but I could tell they didnt care. Very disappointed in a such a nice resort. Have been coming here for years but watched the decline in the clientel. Doubt I will go back. We will see if French Lick or Evansville do better. Cant smoke cigarettes but weed is totally ok?

One Star is for the PHENOMENAL steakhouse! Absolutely perfect! One star for the room. It was nice and clean and perfect for the time we were in the room. One star for the gentleman that works the golf Pro Shop. Helpful and provided great customer service. Unfortunately that was the only good customer service that we received from the time we checked in until even after checkout. The front desk crew was rude, never once had a server in non-smoking section of the casino come back for drinks, went to get a snack at Nosh about 5 minutes before closing time and were told they were closed. I won a decent amount in the sportsbook and went to cash my ticket at noon when it opened and were told, give us about 10 more minutes, we arent ready to open yet. 30 minutes later they finally opened.Good Customer service in the service industry is usually a given. This was the complete opposite and will keep us from going back. There are other places to spend our money.

This again makes no sense since our rooms were next to each other they just want the two that we connect and they simply moved one of our families to another room that connected the problem would’ve been resolved which shouldn’t of been a problem since the rooms adjacent to us were an occupied!And they could have honor this request. This is not good customer service.We even offered to pay the extra cost to move into a suite but we were told they could not charge us to a better room situation. What??? Is my response why would you not let us move and do a larger suite at a higher rate… Again no explanation but they did go back and speak to the mysterious manager in the back room.We paid for non-smoking rooms but the room stunk just like their service!OK so I need to update my review. After being unable to resolve her situation with the hotel we opted to just leave two days before check up time. When we went to the counter to let them know we’re leaving we were met with a totally different person and entirely different attitude. A young woman by the name of Dorthea was very helpful and got a manager for us. The manager, Amanda, was very gracious and helpful. She apologized for the inconvenience and miscommunication. Amanda I’m sure she would get us a refund for the two days we won’t be staying here. We left completely satisfied and truly appreciate the experience we had today!

Enjoyed the spa tub while watching football on t.v.!! Good food at the restaurant in casino area. Even won a couple bucks!!

Always a blast when we make the trip to Belterra. Beautiful rooms, great service and lets not forget the casino. Nice to see tables with people dealing, not computer screens. My only issue is the smoking, but it is what it is. There are non smoking rooms, but they are a little limited. You wont regret coming to Belterra...unless you run out of luck, otherwise well worth the trip.

The casino was like any other except only so many could be used to maintain social distancing. Card tables were open.I stayed on the 6th floor of the hotel and the room was clean for the most part. 2 pillows had stains and the sheet had some spots on it too. I used the top cover and left others under me. If you like a stiff bed then thats your place.The staff for the hotel and casino were friendly. I ate at the Fieldhouse restaurant which like a sports bar. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was great and the fries were good just to much salt and pepper for me. It was very affordable as the total was $15. They had a restuarant for the high rollers, something 17.All in all it was a good one day get-away.

Love this place. I have lived within 30 min of this casino my whole life and wish I had spent more time here. Lots of great stores, food, and relaxing things to do. If you are into sports it is an excellent place to just go watch a game at the bar. Atmosphere is amazing. Thank you for such a great place to go

My first time ever to a casino, came with my husband and they turned him away because he had a matricular card for his ID. I can open a bank account, police accept those cards but a casino wont. I wanted to cry because i really wanted to play since i have never been and i will not be returning to this casino. I looked all over the web page and there is nothing stating what they accept. Im very disappointed!

Just an absolutely beautiful golf course!!! I love this place . Great conditions, the layout is awesome and the staff are extremely helpful and polite. You feel like you are all alone out there on the course. Highly highly recommend it if you are in the area and definitely worth the drive.

We didnt stay here for the casino, we just wanted a nice motel to stay in for a few nights while visiting the area. I have stayed in many hotels, and this was one of the best. Right off, the remote was missing, so they brought a new one up, not hours later, but minutes. The bed was so so comfortable and the pillows were amazing. You ever have one of those mornings that you wake up and dont want to leave the bed because its so comfortable and you just want to stay all snuggled under the blankets? Probably not in a motel anyways, but here, that is what every morning was like. My husband had to lure me out with a coffee. The bathroom was great too. Lots of counter space, great tub and the shower was amazing, great water pressure, nice and hot with no sudden changes in temperature....yep you guessed it, my husband needed to make a 2nd trip to the coffee shop. The place was clean and staff was all nice and helpful.

Went to Belterra for the restaurants, decided on the buffet, which was great. Steak & shrimp was excellent. They custom cook the NY strip to your liking. Went with another couple and just relaxed, ate, & had a good time. We dont gamble but who says you have to just because your at a casino.

Moved here from a Holiday Inn express while on an extended stay for business hoping to upgrade. It seemed like most negative reviews were by people who were mad about losing money in the casino . Not impressed. The decor is in poor shape. The faux gold trim on everything is all scratched and tarnished. My bedsheets were stained. Even the lampshades in the hallway, Ill bet 90% of them are damaged. The kicker was having to run my tub faucet for over 5 minutes to even get water warm enough to step in the shower. The front desk just said there was nothing they could do about it. I realize that service was restricted for the covid virus, but my other hotel would at least service on a reduced basis. Here,they would not service my room at all, even when I explained I would be out of the room every day for work. If you are the kind of person who would sleep in a refrigerated box to gamble, you wont be disappointed.

This is a luxurious casino and hotel surrounded by beautiful country. There are many friendly and helpful employees. At the stadium, there are concerts and events. Many popular music artists play here. Their food is great and the atmosphere is inviting. This is definitely a nice place to visit!

I get we all have to follow the rules that are set in place, why not open up the dining area the buffet was in and have all the cooks cooking out of there and the bar area, so they can seat more people, i mean you would make more money with more seating and people would not walk away when they are told it will be 20 minutes and ends up being 45 before they get a call.

Excellent casino out in the middle of nowhere, literally in middle of cornfields on the Ohio River. Not easy to get to in my opinion; you’ll need directions for the shortest, quickest way in if coming down from central Ohio. Believe me! We used directions from Laurenceburg, Ind to casino. That’s where you need them. Beautiful hotel, but quite a hike getting around inside and getting from rooms to casino. Couple hundred yards. If you can’t walk or have major problems, get a scooter or wheelchair. Two floor casino is actually a boat seamlessly connected to hotel. Not crowded Sunday night and slots payed good for us! Bars and restaurants available in hotel and casino, some as late as 4am. The Grille snack bar downstairs at the casino is EXCELLENT. There is nowhere to go outside the the resort: Nothing around for 25 miles, literally. No shopping malls, gas stations, restaurants, etc. Nothing. So bring snacks to snack on. Room was great, reasonably priced, fridge, coffeemaker. No microwave. Highly recommended. June 2019. EDIT September 2019. Third return trip since June. Tried SEASONS Grille, dinner buffet closed Monday and Tuesday night. Basically sports bar with open kitchen and excellent food. Prices about same as rest of dining areas, very good selection. Was comped a king deluxe room. Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, TV in there also, toilet in separate room with a phone! Same quality room as always just more amenities. Was great!. And of course will be back. Only complaint is that unlike Rising Star casino up the road, Belterra will not let you use the luggage carts. Must use a bellman, while Rising Star will let you use them.

I received a nights stay, $50.00 food credit and $100.00 in Spa services for my Birthday. I was very impressed with the lobby and the decor. The room was very nice! The room was a good size with a big comfy chair and a desk and best of all was a big king size bed! Let me tell you about this bed....! It was without a doubt the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on! I slept as sound as a babe! Waking up was difficult to do! Also on the lobby level, they have this incredible little dessert/bistro called NOSH. The selections were incredible! Every scrumptious sweet you could want is there! Everything we got was to die for!! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we went ahead and stayed an additional night! Oh, we also went to the Casino and played the slots! I won $224.00 on PENNY SLOTS! We had an amazing time and we plan on going back real soon! Bravo to the staff at Belterra Casino Resort for a wonderful job!

Nice getaway resort. Nice restaurants, a mini mall, spa, golf in season. The hotel room was perfect, quiet, clean and stocked. Hot tub ($20 up-charge) and shower, tv in bathroom. 2 ottomans! Loved the view of the river. Katrina was very helpful checking in and called the spa to check on openings for a massage.The spa was very nice, with secure lockers, workout room, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and full service for manicure/pedicure and massage. The 50 minute massage was very thorough.Free covered parking that you can walk to, fast elevators, business area where you can print....Forgot toothpaste and they brought us a couple dental kits! Awesome.The casino was not that smoky....was a Thursday but I didnt wreak after being there. Didnt notice if there was a no smoking section. Gave us $15 for first time player. Won a little.Stadium restaurant had a nice vibe, pro service and great food.Wish they had concerts here more often.Only neg is that it is kind of a pain that I had to present a hard copy of the voucher for the stay. They used info from the voucher to book it then had to have hard copy to check in....In todays digital world this is not friendly. A bar code is a bar code.

Great customer service. Helped us find our meeting room and had snacks drinks provided. Havent actually been into the casino for a night...but would be interesting.Highly recommend for big meetings!!!!

Everyone was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The big problem for me is the smoke. You cannot get away from it. We searched for no smoking area and there is only one room for non smoking.
