This was our first escape house experience. I was skeptical about it at the beginning, but it actually turned out to be a lot of fun. It takes a clever person to understand many of the scenarios, but the challenge was really quite interesting. Id say four to five people maximum, as any more could be crowding while searching for clues. As for the staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, and they even offer tips during the event if you become stuck and cant progress. They accept debit or credit cards, but the price is discounted when paying by cash. No forward appointment or reservation is necessary, but it helps if youd prefer a certain room at particular time. Overall we had a great time and will definitely try a different scenario with them soon.

I was very impressed by the owner here. Hes very friendly and seemed really passionate about his craft. He designs the rooms himself and does a great job with it! My girlfriend and I started off with his log cabin room and barely managed to do it in the time limit. We had a great time and will definitely come back!

We took a group of Boy Scouts to do some team building and had a great time! Staff was very helpful and both groups enjoyed the rooms they were in. I’ve been to escape type rooms in other areas and this is definitely the best! We highly recommend them!

We visited here with friends this past weekend and had a blast. You can tell the owner clearly loves what he does and a is genius in my opinion at designing these rooms. We will definitely be back. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to visit here. Bring friends! We were a party of six and it was great fun.

Thank you Florence Escape Rooms for a fun filled night!!! I can personally say that I have done the Log Cabin Room, Espionage, and Sound Escape. Each room is so different and unique in their own way that it makes for a great experience each time!! I plan on doing the Biohazard Bunker soon!!! If anyone is looking for something fun to do in Florence I highly recommend Florence Escape Rooms!! Also the staff is wonderful and so fun!!!

Very interesting & unique experience. First time ever at a real escape room and staff were extremely helpful and patient with us. Took our eight year old with us and the staff astutely noticed his apprehension and kept things upbeat and not scary. The room was pretty tough. Luckily they helped when we stuck and we were able to escape right before our hour was up! Thanks to this awesome place for a wonderful experience!

This is the best escape room Ive ever been to. The owner is super awesome and to hear the things he has planned for the future is awesome! We as a group did The Cabin it was a very fun and challenging experience. I definitely recommend this to everyone. It is great for parties, team building, or any functions you have going on. Escape room florence will take care of you!

Bobby always brings it. Weve done several Escape rooms and he really takes the time to make theme really involved and very creative. Its hard to pick which is my favorite but weve done them all and each one has uniqueness that goes above and beyond your standard room that you get at some of the other chain location Escape rooms. I cant wait to see the new one that is in the works!

First of all let me say that the owner Bobby and his staff are absolutely awesome. They want to ensure that you are completely satisfied and that your experience is a positive one. It is evident that Bobby is very passionate and takes alot of pride in running his business. We are novices and we failed miserably trying to Escape the Winter Cabin. Nevertheless, we had a fun time with lots of laughter. The Escape Room Florence was highly recommended by some of the locals, and we are so happy that we ventured out of our comfort zone. We cant wait to some of our other family members to try another room here.

Ive done a few escape rooms now, but this one is far and away my favorite! We did the Sound Escape room, and not only was it beautifully crafted, it was tons of fun as well. Plus, its a wonderful epresentation of the local history with the famous music studios around the Muscle Shoals area. I definitely recommend it to anyone interested!

Came here for my last bday, my family had so much fun, we lost by just a smidge, but we plan to try again!

Incredibly professional. Super Fun. We had made a reservation, and they changed their hours, but kept our reservation even though we were the only people there. That is just awesome. We all had a blast.
