I brought my grandsons for the first time we had a blast ,lots of room for birthday partys. We would Definitely. Come again.

Kids 10 & 7 loved it and managed to spend $27 in a short time, but had a great time

I played Mario Kart Arcade GP at American Fun Center.Also I played Mario Kart Arcade GP on my Wii using Nintendont.

I did not have very high expectations, however I will be going back. This is a much better place if you want to drop $20 on a fun afternoon. I would not stop in just to spend $1-2 on a game. I only enjoyed the arcade part, however they have tons of inflatables, VR, good golf and other stuff. We will try the day pass for inflatables next time we go. The staff here was great, he very much made sure that we were having a great time!

Excellent food

Kids loved it. A bit crazy I think it would be better if there was a few more people to work in this place. But all around a decent place for the kids to have fun for the day.

Smaller kids love it! Older kids, have a few things for them to do, have glow putt putt, bowling, glow pool table balls, etc.

Expensive. Crazy expensive. 5$ ...for 15 measily tokens. It Does NOT get you far when quite a few games they want 4 tokens just to play . CRAZY. and the machines dont always shoot out tickets.Glow golf is a cheap junky course. Beware

Cool place my boys had lots of fun

This is a giant place half full of bounce houses and arcade style games its definitely an upgrade. There is a lot of space on this old department store for kids to run and play

Losts of jump houses for the kids to play on. A decent number of arcade games for both tickets and just to play. The upstairs area was a a mix of glow in the dark putt putt, soccer ball pool, and mini bowling.There was also a life size booze ball and hungry hippos bounce houses upstairs as well. It felt a tad empty because it was so large but decent over all.

What a huge difference with the new owners. Was worried about giving this place another chance but Im glad we did. Family had a great time at a reasonable price. Staff was so much better. Will definitely be a regular stop for for our family!

You need there big connect 4 back please...putt putt needs to be harder...to basic,prizes need to be a lil better

We decided to save our tickets because they were out of prizes and when we go to redeem them we cant because the ticket is faded? And they had a copy but the lady tells us they dont keep a copy but it clearly says duplicate on our receipt. Plus the bounce houses have hugh holes in them that they try to cover with duct tape but its falling off and kids can fall into the hugh hole. Its filthy in their and customer service is horrible. No wonder all the stores are closing in the mall.

It has some really cool games but only one staff member... And a bunch of the games were broken/ wouldnt give the tickets earned so u had to go get the employee ...

I know tge New Management is going to do amazing things with this place and make it the top rated Fun Center again. Show support and bring your kids for an awesome good time.

The new owners are amazing!! My children and their friends went nuts over the bounce houses and I was able to sit and chill at the counter chatting with the family who owns it. The price beats any Ive ever seen and the fact that the employees truely appear to love kids and watching people smile is worth every cent! I watched the owner and his staff constantly give away tokens and or toys just to see kids smile and parents were practically hugging him. They just dont make places like this anymore! The games were flashy and fun, my kids have begged to go back after school almost every day! Honestly, this is my new weapon, if they behave and get their chores done, we spend their allowance (and mine) every Friday!! Thank you So much!!! You guys are the best!

The customer service of the game room staff is pretty much none. Had more than one occasion where their responses to lost tokens was by giving me no refund or stiffing me with my inserted amount. I cant comment on their games since they dont own them, but if you come across an Alpha Tech, go to them for help instead of the game room staff.

Best bounce house ever!

My friend and I threw a party for her 2 year old twins yesterday. First issue was their birthday package says neach kid that was at the party gets $2 coupon for next visit the owners mother who was very very disrespectful said “we don’t do that anymore we only give that to the birthday child” I told her well that is false advertisement because it is part of the birthday package and if you remove one of the advantages of this package then you need to also lower the price of the birthday package. She got loud and disrespectful and was waving her hands in my face and I told her she had one more time to wave those hands around!!!! Second issue is a young girl that works for them gave us two birthday return passes because like I said the party was for twins. She got all upset because we weren’t suppose to get two and I said what is the big deal they are babies and they are twins and the tickets are only worth $7 a piece. She said “not my fault she has twins, and if she paid for one party she only gets one return pass. We are loosing money by giving two” I said lady you are crazy you are not loosing money because how many times have you had a party for twins or triplets???Then she yells at the poor girl that didn’t know any better that gave me the passes. I told her I’m not giving them back and it is what it is!!! Get over it!! So then she tells me I have no idea what it’s like running a business and they have sooo many other bounce house facilities and how much money they making but they can’t keep workers because their turn over rate is high!! And she crying about a $7 ticket and my friend paid $225 and 7 kids she paid for didn’t show up and they don’t even give you any money back like most places, and they give candy for prizes!!! This place is a joke and won’t get far with terrible customer service. Do not waste your money here for a party it’s trash!! And they only give you 15 min to decorate and a hour 45 min to have the party area!! Everyone knows the customer is always right even when we are wrong but her son needs to fire her because from the complaints I have seen and heard she can’t control her mouth and is disrespectful. And after I let her yell at me about a dumb ticket yes I had some disrespectful words for her too as I was leaving and don’t take it back. You can’t wave your hands and yell at a paying customer and seeing as my daughter had her party there last year I have contributed to their business so I have every right to have a say so. You guys need to get it together and improve a lot of stuff. I give this place -1 rating with vomit omoji!!!!

I live this place my family and I go every chance we get its great that you can walk out with a receipt with the number of tickets you have won and bring it in to add to the next time winnings and keep adding untill you choose to cash in your tickets!

This is a terrible place to go . Half the games don’t work and they don’t have a ticket counter so they weigh the tickets. I have over 1000 tickets but they weighed in at 340 . When I told the lady she was wrong she yelled at me and asked me to leave because I was being rude and disrespectful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We purchased a Groupon for here, so the price was great. We spent most of the day there and the kids loved it. With that being said, we spent over $100 - which is fine, considering we have 4 children. First, I was disappointed in how incredibly minimal and poor quality the prizes are. We are talking about tootsie rolls, suckers, and dollar store necklaces for anywhere from 5 to 70 tickets. When our 3 year old went to play her 40 ticket whistle, it didnt work and she was very upset. My 13 year old took the non working whistle up to the counter and asked if she could have a replacement since it didnt work. She was told by the older woman working that the prizes arent guaranteed and that they would not replace the whistle for her. When my 13 year old told me that, I decided that I would attempt to speak to the woman. (This was also after I pulled the little plastic Poppy ring from her prize bag that was covered in frosting as if it had been taken straight off a cupcake and put in the prize bin. Disgusting...) These whistles probably cost them 10 to 20 cents and Ive got a sad 3 year old that played for nearly 4 hours to get enough tickets for that silly whistle. I approached the older woman and told her that we had spent over $100 that day and if she could please replace the whistle that only cost them a few cents. She told me the same thing she told my 13 year old. I told her that was ridiculous. That we spent a lot of money and our children played nicely and worked hard to win tiny prizes. That my 3 year old just wanted a working whistle. She got loud with me and told me that shed replace her whistle but that we better not come back. Better not come back?! I told her she had terrible customer service. She continued to try and get loud with me so I packed my kids up and we left. Unfortunately we have 6 passes left for here and would have easily spent another $200 at this establishment in the near future had this woman not treated us this way. What a shame.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. Rude employees yelled at my daughter for sitting down for a second. I will never spend another dollar in that place.

Horrible customer service!! The ticket counter machine doesnt count right and the employees and assistant manager in training are rude. Also the games are in poor condition. Worst arcade I have ever been to.

This place is a joke! Sister booked a party and get her and the place is closed. Finally got a hold of someone from the other location and they called someone in. Rudest lady Ive ever dealt with. Cant believe she works with kids. She was disrespectful playing the blame game, asked for management # and she just laughed. This place needs to be out of business. Apparently shes married to the owner. What a joke.
