This place is so much fun! The staff is all super cool, helpful and friendly. Everyone was very encouraging and wants to see you succeed and have fun. All of the courses seem well put together. I felt incredibly safe doing the course on my own using the automatic double clip system. And if you do have an issue or get scared, a guide will scurry up a tree ready to help you faster than you can say “I want to get down”. You can spend as much or as little time there as you want with the choice to continue or stop after each of the 5 courses. I definitely recommend wearing some work gloves or similar. Bring your mountain bike too because when you’re done with the ropes course, there is a SWEET bike park right next door.

Extreme is right! I made it through their Red Adventure Course, but only barely. I gotta give it up to those that complete the Black Course. This is a great outing that youll never forget. The Green and Silver courses are extremely fun and easy...but just you wait. Next comes the Blue course that is probably the longest out of the five. Be sure to take the optional route using the Cargo Net. My arms were definitely feeling it by the time I finished the Blue course. The Red course starts off with two easy zip lines, but theres nothing easy about the rest of the Red course. By the last obstacle, I was hanging on for dear life. I had about 5 feet to go but could barely muster enough strength to make it to the platform. I called it quits after finishing the Red course, but would love to give it another try if Im ever in Flagstaff again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Be sure to treat yourself to some gelato at the stand near the office...you will have most definitely earned it.

From the moment our group of four walked up to the building our experience was great. Our adventure happened on October 25th at 9am and our demo crew was amazing, addressed questions and ensured our safety, before advancing us to the course...KUDOS to that team. When out on the course the crew was great at offering tips and encouragement. Ryan, one of the crew was fanatic, as he made his way up to bring one of our group down. He had such grace, kindness and support of the whole group. The rest of our group made it to the very end...THANKS RYAN for your wonderful tips and support! We are looking forward to our next adventure with your crew!!

Such a fun place to spend an afternoon! I’ve been twice. Tips: wear/bring gloves (they have some if you forget), wear a camelbak/bring water and sunscreen. Try to go on a less busy day (Sunday or weekday) so you can go at your own pace and not be stuck waiting for other groups. The equipment is great and the course is safe, height wise and covid wise. The obstacles and courses are progressively more challenging. The guides are helpful and encouraging. Overall a very fun experience and I’d like to do it for time next time!

INCREDIBLE!!!! I have done quite a few adventure and high ropes courses throughout the US and even some in other countries. In my opinion, FlagX is the BEST of all of them for the price you pay!! My husband and I went here at the end of our quick weekend getaway. We loved it! Everything was well explained in the beginning during the instruction portion and by the time you are headed up for your first ropes course you feel confident on how to menuver around! Each course has fun and new little challenges that are fun to figure out. A huge suggestion would be to get the gloves they offer, both our hands were pretty tore up by the end. Especially my husbands who is a small 67, 230lbs ;) If you really want to get fancy I believe they offer a water bottle attachment which would have been nice to have water with us the whole time. I would definitely recommend this to those who are looking for a little guided adventure all the way through those who are very adventurous and want a challenge!

This place is amazing!! We had such an awesome time here! We started with the Adventure Course @9am, and completed 1-4 of 5 levels, then we had a quick lunch at noon and took on the Ziplines! My arms were so tired when we got done!! Probably not the best idea to do both courses in one day. But we did it! And we Rocked it!! We will be back soon!

Oh my goodness what a great place for a 1/2 day adventure. Ive been twice so far, with a 2 year span between visits. They continue to make improvements to not only equipment but to customer service and the attractions as well. Both times we visted, we chose the adventure course. It involves climbing up into the pine trees and traversing an obstacle course. You must cross suspended bridges, navigate suspended logs, ladders, tubes and zip lines. There are four courses, each of them color coded, and each one gets progressively more difficult.By the time you get to the black course, your muscles may be shaking and if youre afraid of heights, youll need to summon your courage to keep going. But your reward at the end is the coveted black bracelet and the right to purchase some bragging rights swag. The young guides are super professional and you will be safe as long as you follow directions. If you get in a pinch, they are right there to rescue you. Definitely worth the investment of time, energy and $.#copyavengers

We had such a great time! Two adults - finished most of the courses, one of us finished black. Kids ages 7 and 10 both enjoyed the kids course and the ability to go through multiple times. We spent most of the day on-site, bouncing back and forth between kids & adult courses.Bring food with you - not a lot on-site or nearby. Clarification from experience - each adult course begins and ends, you can take a break in between (which I misunderstood from reaching the site!) Staff was super helpful and encouraging, very aware of safety both physically and during the pandemic. Highly recommend!

Super fun experience. I’m afraid of heights so took this on as a personal challenge. I only finished one course, but the staff helped get me through. My daughter finished 4/5 of the courses. The staff was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood the safety features before we went out on the actual course. While on the course, the staff made sure everything went smoothly. They were supportive and friendly. Would totally recommend.

We had a great time! We only did 2 of the 3 available courses because of how physical the zip line courses proved to be. Even so we did 15 zip lines. My husband and I THOUGHT we were fairly fit, but after going up and down rope ladders, crossing hanging bridges and the zip lines themselves our biceps were shaking a bit. We loved it though.

It is as safe as can be while being super fun and high up in the trees! Zoom from trunk to trunk and balance your way across gaps that you would die trying without the guides in place for you. Get ready for your muscles to really start feeling it before the black route, but not much is more satisfying than rope swinging into a net and shimying over to the next ledge. Definitely bring/buy some gloves, and make sure you go on a nice weather day.Covid 19: very aware and safe. Need a mask in all public areas but may remove at the obstacles when within your own group.

SO FUN! Me (50) my son (22) and Nephew (12) did the zip line course and had a blast! STEVEN and NATE, our guides, were amazing! We all felt safe but also encouraged to have fun. The organisation from the time you arrive to your last drop is great. All safety protocols were followed each step. There are 49 (or so) stops on the Zip line course. The hardest spot was a certain ladder you had to climb, but other wise the bridges were pretty stable for those who have a fear of wiggly things up high. The zip lines were easy enough to cross with only a few that any of us really fell short on. It was easy enough to pull ourselves the remainder of the way. No one had to be rescued. So, if youre looking for something to do in the outdoors to get a away from insanity a bit I recommend this 100%!I should mention...please bring cash to tip your guides...They DESERVE it! I wish I had known... Have fun! and many THANKS to Steven and Nate!

Very fun experience! We did the adult adventure course, and we passed the red course but werent brave enough to keep going onto the black course. The guides were all super nice and helpful (unfortunately I dont remember any of their names) and one of them even cheered us on when we got past a particularly difficult course. Even though it was completely booked on the website, there werent very many people wandering around. This course is definitely not for the faint-hearted, and out of the 8 people in our group, we were the only 2 people to beat the red level. Its all self-guided so theres no guides going with you (theyre on the ground) and once you get past the green level, you basically have the entire course to yourself. Definitely will come back and try to beat the black course!

The best place to have an adventure with your family. Found a groupon with under $100 for 4 people. So worth the money! There are 5 levels to complete. After each level, which increases in difficulty, you have the option to give up, which, with regret I did ( just because 4y ago I had an brain surgery and I didnt want to push the physical boundaries and sress). They are quite safe, you lock yourself in 2 points, and actually 3 points when you are coming around ziplining. One point lock is permanently, so at any given time you are locked at least in one point to the cable. My family completed all levels and had a blast! They have a different kids course , so you wont be stuck behind a scared child. Haha, I cant say that about adults. I saw few men that had to be rescued from the top of the trees. Yeah, if you want to give up in the middle of the level, away from the ladder, they are coming after you to lower you down, but you loose the right to go again with no money refund. If you make it to the end of any level, you go down by the ladder, by yourself, take a break if you need, and go up again to complete your round. I strongly recommend bringing water with you. Keep them near by the course, get down, drink, get up again. Better off, bring something that you can attach to yourself like a water backpack or bottle with attachment system. You gear has lots of loops that you can use for the bottle. The course is very demanding. Better and harder than Tree Top Adventure, Lake Tahoe CA.

Flagstaff X utilized smaller groups for covid19 and had everyone wear masks for the training session. Each family or group of friends stayed at least one platform apart from other groups. My husband, 3 sons and myself enjoyed the challenging obstacles bridging from tree to tree. It was a good workout and a great way to spend several hours. Seeing her finish was a memory i wont forget. Now my son he is 11 almost 12 and afraid of heights. We had to force him to do this. But by the second obstacle he was 100% confident and even said he would do the big ones higher in tree next time. There is no way for the kids to ever unclip themself completely. The system in place works of magnetics and will no open to unclip unless the other clip is clipped.I onnnnlly wish they would have had the kids do a trust fall in the begining.I think it would have helped my son and daughter know that this is alll that can happen if i fall.Otherwise the instructors were amazing. And so sweet and was gentle for the kids that were struggling and silly and goofy and that big brother or sister to the kids who were doing the obstacles to easy!
