The operators of this community have little regard for the folks that reside there. Recently replaced the natural gas system and made a huge mess throughout construction. When the project completed the management left the residents in a muddy mess. Then told them it was the residents responsibility to stabilize the construction work.

The entire trailer park has no gas lines for families since July /2019. People living under poor living conditions. Having no hot water and cooking/baking and no heat. The parking isnt really accessible and limited around trenches.

I live here and I feel like the owners are just trying to make us pay for everything wrong with the roads and broken homes. We have so many pot holes and have way to many speed bumps for such a small area.

We love this place. My Grandma has lived here for quite some time so we visit her often. The construction bugs us be we dont care cuz were hanging with our FAMILY.

Streets need repair, and owners need to clean their lot area. Other than that people are friendly and pretty much to themselves.

Great place to live. Very quiet family friendly area.

Nice and quite great view all around. The speed bumps may get to you sometimes but theyre there for the residents safety.
