If I could give TEN stars I would!!! We celebrated a very special 21st birthday party for my twins at Pinheads and Alleys Alehouse. We were greeted by some very bubbly young women who were very professional with taking our temperature and getting us seated. Even though we had a larger party, we were still seated next to each other in two tables. Our server Anthony was amazing and very prompt. The Music Bingo DJ was very fun and helped make dinner even more festive. When we moved to the bowling side to get our lane reservation, the employees running the shoe counter were wonderful to work with! They played some fun requests for our group. The bartenders were terrific!! They kept an open tab for our two lanes of people and it was seamless. Thank you Pinheads and Alleys Alehouse!!! We really had a wonderful time!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Pin Heads for the first time, today.. I pictured another old, stinky, over priced bowling alley in my head and when I walked in, I thought I was in a nice high end family fun center!! The food was delicious, the staff is so nice and helpful.. the one thing I didnt like about it.. the arcade.. the arcade is confusing for me let a lone my 6 year old.. theres cards that get money put on to them, seems smart, swipe the card at the game and thats it!! Well no it goes on point system that does not make sense with the American dollar.. each game we tried was 12.50 points to play ... Is that $12.50 per game? We found out that that is not the case, but a point scale for an arcade the hosts 3-¹³ year olds to play.. way too confusing for them and we lose money, which means Pin Heads gains that money.. dont think internally but something to work on.. thanks again

Pinheads is quite simply the best! Pricing is very fair and the food and drink specials are exceptional. Orange pin bowling is awesome. If you get a strike in certain instances you get a free half hour of bowling or some arcade time. Last time I went with a group of 4 we won 4 times. The arcade is great. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came here for date night last week and it was so fun! We just played arcade games, but want to come back for the food (it smelled so good) and bowling. I 1/2 price for arcade games on Thursdays is a good deal, and they have great prizes to choose from. We took home a Pikachu for our daughter :)

Most likely to give 4.7 stars. Was a lot of fun and kids enjoyed it a bunch. Food was really good and staff was friendly. It would be nice to be able to get shoes beforehand so you dont waste time while your getting into your lane. Plus with 5 kids its nice a lane only costs $25 an hour. Overall great experience but need a few more lanes.

So, been regular customers for a while. Came in to watch KANSAS CITY CHIEFS and you don’t have the right channel!!!! We are very disappointed! You need to have all games when you are an entertaining establishment like this one!!!!! So very very disappointed! Came in for lunch and the game!!!

I liked that you have a safety measures in place but please Enforce them. Patrons were not abiding by, i.e. not wearing a mask as instructed by City of Fishers and Indiana State Law except while eating, drinking or bowling. Although I believe its possible to Bowl while wearing a mask... Periodically you should make announcement reminding patrons/customers to protect others and themselves while enjoying Pinheads...

Little more expensive than I was expecting but such is life sometimes. Pizza and breadaticks here are surprisingly good! Great selection at both bars too!

I had an AMAZING TIME! Food was good, games were fun! Service was great! The only problem I had was when I went up to order marissa took my order and then yelled at another worker! I was not happy with what she said to her. The other girl was doing great!! Other than that this place is amazing and I recommend everyone to try this place out !!

Best night of my adult life. This place has everything - sports, bowling, arcade, music, and beer. Sherry and Sam in the arcade are the pinnacle of customer service and are willing to help everyone. Best food from any boing alley. All the fun of an amusement park without the lines or wait.

We have been enjoying alleys food for some time . The sandwiches are always good, the salads are good the pizzas above average.They recently added two steaks to the menu.I was apprehensive, but today I ordered the ribeye, Much to my surprise it was an excellent steak and tasted awesomeHats off to them and the menu they created.I will order it again.The staff is always awesome.

I frequent this place regularly and, though I am new to bowling, really enjoy darn near every part of this place. Their food is crazy good especially the pizzas. I have bowled in the regular lanes and the private suites and all are super fun.There are problems with the lanes every once and a while but they are quick to reset/fix thing and you are right back to bowling.Finally, they even have outdoor volleyball courts that are a ton of fun for a big or even small group. Bonus: Since they have very tight fences around the courts, the chance that the sand court is full of cat poop is next to none.

Alex is a great bartender! Go see him at the tiki bar on Wednesdays! Great service, food and fun with volleyball, arcade and bowling.

My waitress was Lola and she’s PHENOMENAL, an absolute sweetheart. She went out of her way to make sure I was okay and ultimately made my experience here a great one. She’s the best, hands down. Make sure when you stop here you ask for her, and TIP HER WELL, she deserves it!!! ️

I came here once and all the lanes were full with a few hour wait for the 2 lanes that were open to the public. The other lanes were all reserved for a league or leages, even though most of them were vacant. Today, I came here with a friend and we had every lane to ourselves, save for one. It was great! We bought a round of beer and an hour of bowling. Then we ate some nice tacos, and bought another hour bowling. All in all, a nice day of bowling.

I cant say enough about how wonderful our experience was here, having my sons birthday party in the private room. We had over 20 people attend and everyone loved it and had a great time. I cant remember the young mans name, possibly Trey? Anyway, he was a huge help! We thought he was amazing. Thank you for everything. My family is thinking if renting the private room in the future for a family bowling night.

I’m giving two stars because I was told one thing on the phone when I called and another once I got there . Marissa at the front desk was rude ! It was my daughter’s birthday and she wasn’t happy. Also received my 4d Experience cards after being there a hour in a half later to which we didn’t even use because of a storm . Wasn’t happy with my experience and it was our first time !

This has to be one of the coolest places ever. I always feel like a teenager again while in here. Theres so many fun things and the food and drinks are AMAZING. Definitely recommend going here for a 1st date type of night

Was fun nobody hardly there great place to have fun with friends

Food in the restaurant took forever. Over 1 hour for appetizers. Food was clearly left under heating lamps and caused more than a few bathroom breaks. Seriously, diarrhea for multiple people on the group. The management staff compd half of the food bill, which was nice, but the damage was done. We wasted almost 45 minutes alternating bathroom breaks. The bar in the bowling alley is insanely slow. How do professional bartenders not know how to make more than one drink at a time? I havent seen a less productive crew before. They were fighting with the manager and couldnt make drinks while talking trash. Both the Trevors were awesome. One was a manager and tried his best, the other was putting on a bowling clinic.

My girlfriend and I sat in the restaurant. I ordered a large and requested they be fried hard and they were not. I sent them back and the waitress apologized for the mistake and promised they would be remade to order. The manager then came to apologize for the inconvenience and reassure me the mistake would be corrected. I was then given $20 in credits. All I wanted was for my chicken to be prepared to ordered, it was when it was returned, but they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I felt they genuinely made an effort to make sure I was satisfied.

Clean, safe and soooo much fun!

Pretty expensive like Dave and Busters. It worked to kill an hour. They wont let you pay to up your kids tickets like other places so dont plan to get something nice unless you are spending a fortune. They do have a fun bowling alley.

The food is delicious and service is normally great. We never go for the bowling but sometimes play the games. Its the best arcade around the Noblesville area by far.

The staff were outstanding and friendly, the place is really nice & clean, even our 2 year old loved bowling! The arcade part was a bit overwhelming with littles who are visually sensitive (so many monsters & zombies ), but they still found a few they could play. Definitely a place wed go back to sometime!

The worst service ever. Went there on a Friday. Apparently didnt have enough servers working so had to get the drinks ourselves. The thing about this is that you lose time on the bowling lanes. So technically by the time we got our drink we had lost 18 mins in our hour. When you ask for extension got a rude no. Never ever taking my team here again. Horrible experience.

Had dinner with family members, 9 of us. The food was amazing! I shared pulled pork nachos and the grilled wings,both were very good. My husband had a salad (dont know what kind, he was at end of table, but he snuck a wing and said one of the best hes had!!

A small but busy bowling alley. We were able to get a lane after a bit of a wait. The lanes read differently than the usual bowling alley I play at. Im not sure if this is due to a lack of oil, or something else theyre doing to their lanes. We still had a good time taking the kids bowling. They had a blast.

Fantastic ambiance, great place to hang out if youre indecisive about playing at arcade or catching a game with your friends. I had a vegan burger, couldnt put my finger on it, but they found a way to make it meat-like without it being the impossible burger. I dont know how they did it, but its very similar. (ask for ketchup though)

We had a family bowling last weekend. The bowling alley is great, the system is very easy to operate and funny for kids. But I have bad experience with the food service. Food was good, but service was pathetic. I ordered three sodas and it never came. After waiting for quite some time, I went there again and reminded them. They said it will be given shortly. Again it never came. Finally the kids went there and got it. This is very bad service.

Nowhere to park. Had to park across the street. Half the games in the arcade are broken, but they still take your money.UPDATE: Pinheads reached out to me to find out specifics on my visit, and really went out of their way to take care of me, a patron who had one poor experience, and resolve the issues that caused it. I appreciate their willingness to right a wrong, so Ive changed my review to 5-stars because even though I was disappointed with my initial experience, they have really WOWed me with their follow-up since.

I went for a womens event and it was wonderful! It was held in a private room in the back of the game area. The accommodations were beautiful, and the service from the staff was on point times 10! It felt as if we were at some fine dining establishment!! We were able to purchase a taco bar as a part of our experience and it was amazing! At first, I snubbed my nose at the choice being tacos, but these were not your everyday ground beef tacos! I would absolutely recommend having any type of event at Pinheads!

Super clean and modern. Beautiful design not so crowded that you feel uncomfortable but definitely some wait times to bowl. Cosmic bowling on the weekend nights is fun. Great customer service. Allys Alehouse food is delicious and drinks are good. The cafe for bowling has great food too. This is worth it for date nights or family time.

Fun venue for parties and good food, but if your a serious bowler, the lanes start to get pretty rough later on the evenings. I dont believe they reoil the lanes much on the weekends especially.

This place is perfect to bring your family. There is something for everyone of every age. We bowled and played games in the arcade. We also had their pizza which was very good.

Ive been here twice now. Never bowled but have ate and drank. Both times the service was excellent. I cant say enough about how personable our server and bartender were. I was truly impressed with the customer satisfaction. We had the Chicken BBQ pizza. Its was very good. We had the Turkey and Moscow mule to drink. Both were made perfectly. I would recommend to any one!

My son loves it here, and it is fun, but good grief its expensive. I cant stand feeling nickel and dimed when Im trying to have fun with my child. and their prize shop is a joke. 200 tickets for a candy bar?we ate at the in house restaurant and the food was pretty good, although over priced. I had three fish tacos (surprisingly tasty) and my son had a burger with Tetris tots.overall a good time but come prepared to empty your wallet.

This was my first visit to Pinheads, and it will not be my last. The place was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and just great. Everything was very clean, from the lanes to the restrooms. There are signs up in the restrooms giving customers a heads up to renovations coming, which was nice to see the care to communicate. The food was delicious, I had the pulled pork and fries and would recommend. The price was right as well. It does take a little while to get the food, which would be my only complaint... But the service and taste made it worth it.

Good service, nice alley and a cool arcade. There tends to be a long wait if its busy, but usually its easy to pass the time here.

The kids love it but it is pretty pricey. Ordered one of their tacos - would not have been so bad if they could have given a soft shell that you could actually put the filling in. It must have only been 2 to 3 inches in diameter.

So pretty straightforward as a bowling alley and arcade, btyt the surprising thing was that the food was really good.

I love pinheads! One night we decided to go to pinheads for all you can bowl for $10 on Friday nights, and we have gone back nearly every other Friday for months! Its a great value, loads of fun. We love not only the bowling, but the arcade has so many options to play as well. The food here is also so much better than what most people think of when they think of bowling alley food. Its also very clean, which I appreciate. if youre looking for a place to go for date night, family night, hanging out with friends...really anything, pinheads is an awesome place and we have a great experience every single time.

This place is incredible. I take a group of people here about 3 times a month and the alley is so welcoming. The food is excellent, the place is clean, and the staff is beyond accommodating. They are super busy today, running around like crazy, but they dont seem phased. I just want to say that this is one of my favourite places in Indy to hang out! Thanks for all the hard work that goes in to keeping this place one of the best alleys around!

Love Alleys!! Great food, great atmosphere. However I got there on Sunday and they they don’t have NFL ticket, had to go across the street. Gotta get the ticket!!!!

We checked this place out on a Saturday after 10pm. The bowling was cheap 10$ per person til close/1am. The atmosphere was great. Had a DJ playing music . We had about a 20 min wait but there’s arcade games and a bar (they had a live band that night). So the wait was painless. It’s clean, updated bowling alley. Good times!

My son and I have a blast on our guys night together. With 4 girls ruling the house, this is a fun getaway for him and me. Highly recommended!

Nice place. Clean. Fun for kids and adults.

A group of 15 people came to this location. My sister was not feeling well and was targeted because she later her head on the table. The manager by the name of Trevor who was a kitchen manger stated that she has to lift her head from the table or she has to leave. She has not bothered anyone nor was she disruptive. We were paying customers who purchase plenty of food. He didn’t have any other reason to ask us to leave other than she had to lift her head from the table. What kind of establishment that serves liquor and has several guest that are drunk and belligerent and distrust other guest asks a woman who isn’t feeling well to leave ? I felt target due to us being African American woman! We come here quite often but after tonight I will never step a foot in this racist establishment again.

Just an absolute blast! Tons of games for young kids like a dave and busters. Two bowling alleys out door volleyball super nice staff. Just a well ran establishment!

We came in tonight and what a wonderful birthday experience! I’ve been to pinheads before but the service by Rissa was astonishing! She greeted us with a huge smile and informed us on the wonderful drink specials! We couldn’t have asked for better service from her! All in all it was a great experience but she went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of! Thanks Rissa!

AWESOME Environment and great food (team Holy Rollers)

This place makes Dave & Busters look like Chuck E. Cheese. Ultimate adult hangout spot. Clean and modern design. Food is always delicious. Arcade is filled with new games, and the new 4D arcade game is unbelievable! Drinks were made well, live music on the weekends on the bar side is a nice touch. Had a small issue on one visit, but the Manager Kathy handled the situation well, and we keep going back! Whether Im there with friends, or the wife and I are having a date night, its always a good time!

Pleasantly surprised with their menu after thinking it was just pizza. I had a simple hamburger and it was really good. Every time I went back to bowl a frame my fries would disappear!
