Beautiful park, always clean and quiet,

Very challenging when its your first time trying to locate the space your visiting. And its a distance off the 5 day on the 126. Guess with time the navigating will get easier.

Should not be a family park. No place for children to play.

The only reason why i gave this place a 5 star rating is because my Aunt Uncle live there.

QUIET ATMOSPHERE

Mr. Doo Doo Butter might consider another place to live. No place is perfect, but this park is VERY nice. Helpful onsite management, and the park is nicely maintained. Not all residents have kept up their properties, but onsite management is continually reminding us of our responsibilities to take pride in our homes. I would recommend El Dorado Estates in a heartbeat. Remember... life is often a mirror ... what we offer, we receive....

It has a very nice pool and spa for its residents and plenty activities in the club house. Beautiful family park!

Maintenance personnel take all the side jobs in the park ,and they also do these jobs while being on the clock so they are being paid by star management plus whatever they are over charging these nice people. They take advantage of the elderly, steal things from vacant homes and sell them to people in the park which is not right. Laundry mat closes at 8pm when before it was 10pm pool closed half the year its ridiculous if people pay year around for that pool them why cant it be used year round .

Friendly neighbors, great management parking available for guest and playground for kids. Theirs also a pool and jacuzzi. Inside the they have pool tables and they also have bingo night every Friday in

Look for the 2 story mobile home... it really does exist here!

My moms lived here for 30 years. It was better before it became a family park.

Excellent older park. Clean and well maintained. The residents are open and friendly as well.

Easy to spot by highway. Not easy to find friends, its a maze
