Just moved in and the landlord has be so nice and is very responsive when I need her. The maintenance team has made sure that everything I needed fixed was completed timely. Very minor repairs were needed and the place was clean when I moved in. So far Im impressed with the services since my first impressions were better than some of these reviews are saying.

DO NOT MOVE YOU OR ESPECIALLY A FAMILY HERE. IT FLOODS. Rude manager that just took over, if you prove her wrong with MO state laws and regulations she will act like a child because its her say over the state apparently. She wont fix half the things wrong within the home. Want to talk to the owner? Good luck, hes either none existent or dead because after asking to be contacted by him for a year now Ive never had so much as a letter sent from him- the manager literally wont relay needing to be contacted because its obviously about how she treats the tenants around here.. Better off being homeless than wrapping yourself up with the new manager, she is something else.

They dont fix tenant issues. It has been 2 months since I brought my issue to their attention. I have messages from them showing that they think my issue doesnt need fixed when we agreed prior to signing a lease that it does. When asked for a estimated date of a resolution they tell me as soon as possible By far the worst place I have ever lived!

I like how they are dedicated to the appearance of our homes and yards

The management is always very nice and the grounds are kept up well

Its a great neighborhood with slow speed limits and decent neighbors, the lake in the middle makes for a relaxing walk or fun recreational fishing. There is also a deli/gas station at the front of the subdivision which makes any necesseties or (maybe even not) a wlaking distance away.

Hard to find street names. Phone service didnt even work here. The GPS street names didnt match either. I guess they changed their street names?
