Needs double gates. Equipment gates blew open and my dogs got out. Need lathes fixed. Otherwise good park dogs love it.
Great place to take your dogs. Stays pretty well cleaned and maintained. People that visit pick up after themselves and everyone and their dogs seem nice. The only issue is there is a dip in the middle that is some sort of run off and it collects a lot of water. It makes for wonderful shade but muddy dogs as long as you dont mind it.
Its a nice place for my kids to burn off some energy. Glad they cleaned up the graffiti
It gives a pretty big fenced in area for my dog to run, and the trees give them plenty of shade if needed.
Its clean, has doggie bags free, if you forgot yours and its big enough.
My dogs Bear and Prudence (aka Prue or Jaws Jr) and my mothers dog Snoopy had a blast very large area fenced in with trees and a small ravine for dogs to run play and have tons of fun with their human pets. Only thing if you have a dog under 15lbs be sure to watch them. The gaps under the entrance gates is a bit big. Pru who is a Dandy Dinmont Rat Terrier mix was able to just walk right under and Snoopy who is a Jack Russell Rat Terrier was able to belly crawl under.
Nice place to walk in the rain.
I didnt take a dog, but the fun that the dogs and humans have,is great.
I really like this park. The trees in the middle make it feel like camping kind of. My dogs love it.
The major downside to this park is the play structure is the only shaded area. Its great for kids, but as a parent, I usually want to say no to this park. The kids love it, weve had great experiences. Theres also no safe way for us to walk there. While its within walking distance, we have to drive, because there are no sidewalks to walk on from Donner Trails
Easy access. Dog park, kid park. Playground and jungle gym. Large field for soccer or baseball
My dog chip can tell when we’re getting close he starts shaking uncontrollably he loves it there and there’s usually a dog or two to play with
It has private areas where i can be what i want to be and nobody to know.
Lots of room and space for dogs to run off and i love the fence around it but when it rains it turns into a swamp
A Fenced in hill area with a pond and trees in the middle. Had hopes it would be sectioned off for different size dogs but it wasnt
Love the park. It has nice playground section for kids. Soccer nets. Long field. Beautiful
Nice park with friendly people and dogs.
Loved the setting today with the snow and all. Place was deserted so it was just me and the fam.
Such a pretty little glen. Dogs love it.
Very kool always a great place for socialisation for your dog/doggies!!!
We had the park to ourselves on a chilly evening. If it had been nicer out, wed definitely have stayed longer. No real parking to speak of.
Its a nice little spot. For ages 5-12 years old, but Ive been bringing my little one here for years. Three age appropriate slides: one for toddlers, one for kinder and up, and one for anyone really. Huge softball, football and soccer fields, a fenced in dog area with pretty cool lookin trees my little one loves, bleachers for their horse shows, benches and tables, cool little exploring area (as my LO likes to call it), with decorative rocks, trees, logs, benches and critters, annual carnival and I continue to see the city making upgrades to the area as a whole. Depending on the time of day it could be beautifully peaceful or jam packed full of kiddos. My LO always makes a new playmate there, surrounded by a nice neighborhood, nice area. Bleachers overlook a bit of the city and the trains passing through. Always clean-all around nice park.
This place would be better if it had swings for the kids.
To many goat heads and ankle breaking holes. Otherwise okay. I prefer Green Valley. Its not easily accessible to the disabled.
I take my son to play, its not just a dog park, they have a kids play area.
Nice spacious park with lots of activities and other events.
My muts love this place easy to get go and always open and its huge
I would rate this as one of the best dog parks available in Fernley friendly people decent dogs and a nice place
The dog allowed portion of the park is on the opposite side of the park from the kids area. Spacious and well fenced, if your dog isnt a jumper.
Really hard to find. Great name because it looks so out of town. Couldnt really even find how to get in. Disappointed.
Great little park but the mega red slide in the playground is death. It will take your skin off due to high turbulence when you fly down it
Beautiful and peaceful place to take your fur baby.
It was okay good place to walk the dog.
There was a large play structure next to the soccer fields. There were some trees to provide shade. The bathrooms were port-a-poties. The park itself is very spread out. It was kind of hard to find the soccer field itself.
Lots to do from playing baseball to horseshoes! Plenty of shade!
Good for family picnics and to letting your dog run and play
My great grand daughter loves the playground
Gran-babies & the pets love it!
Always a fun place to run my dog. Its quiet and clean
Nice place to walk
Great park...had fun with Rayray!
Grate place for kids of all ages
Decent spot to let the dogs play
It is big and not crowded but dog owners tend to leave their trash around the dog park.
It is wide open with many options including a dog park
Has a baseball field and also hosts any carnivals that come to town. July 4th fireworks are set off their. A very enjoyable park.
Lots of room, lots of offerings like rodeos, circus, fairs and fireworks.
Loved it, very clean.
Nice and clean park
Located at the far east end of the Park property, opposite end from ball diamonds, and tucked all the way back against the southern boundary. No close parking (closest being parking in neighborhood on street against the Parks southeastern boundary). Off the 50 youll use standard parking for football/soccer fields and walk across said feilds to the Dog park. Less traffic than Green valley dog park. Water, when we get the rare heavy systems, can puddle in the unimproved center and create standing water or a muddy mess.
Well its flooded again maybe theres another dead body stuck in it the dog didnt fish anything out
Nice park for dogs
Awesome
I have no clue
No facilities no trees not much of a place to visit
For the dogs
Nice
Ok place...
Great
