Nice and clean with great staff. Newly expanded non smoking area. Great food options with multiple restaurants inside the casino. During the reopening around Covid the casino disabled every other machine to ensure guests could respect social distancing. I enjoy this place!

I like the atmosphere, they shut down multiple machines to enforce social distancing so it wasnt so stressful as well as doing facial scans and temp checks at the doors, so there were not many loiterers like the casinos in my area. And the cafe had amazing steak and great servers. So pleased with my visit and dinner I brought all my girls back the next day.

Their homemade made to order pizza is over loaded with an abundance of toppings and its like a deep dish Chicago style crust and the large is more than enough to feed family of 4. Cost is affordable as well $20.00 to $25.00 for large. Highly recommend Hawaiian and Taco pizza.

Went to the steak house for my husbands birthday. Excellent food and service. I would go again. Four stars instead of 5 because I asked an employee at a cashier desk if there were any advantages to having a players card when dining in the steak house. He replied, No. Later, I found out from the manager of the steak house that we could have received a $13 credit if we had players cards. Seriously?

Good little casino with friendly staff and clean rooms. Rates for the stay and play golf very reasonable. We will be back.

When we were trying to go to the hotel they made us walk around with our luggage theyre the casino we got there six minutes before opening time about time we walked around theyre already letting people in the front door the first impression wasnt very goodand it seemed like after 6:00 or 7:00 the roulette table specifically went from minimum of $5 bet to $10 bet the other thing I did not like is that they didnt have any refreshments like other casinos have for an example soda water and hardly anybody walk around offering drinks so when we try to make reservations at the steakhouse they didnt have our reservation for 5:00 p.m. but the receptionist was very kind and she was able to give us a table which we were very thankful for as it pertains to dinner at the steakhouse I would at least give it four to five stars your customer service was great and the food was amazing

Very nice resort casino. They do a good job with the masks and social distancing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Being your own pillow, because theirs are not very good. Very pleasantly surprised at their steakhouse. I think it would compare favorably against Seattles best.

I like this casino overall. Some of their people could use a refresher on customer service add the smoke gets to me after a while. But the Steak House is AMAZING!!! Great service and great food!!!!

Food quality here was really good. Although the lunch selection was very limited for the price. It was not very busy at all when we arrived for lunch maybe that is why. They did explain to us that the dinner selection is very different. Maybe we will try that out. If lunch was a bit cheaper, then we would return, but at that price for the limited selection we cant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and all in all it is a nice restaurant.

GREAT FUN AND THE CLOSEST THING TO A VEGAS STEAK THAT I HAVE FOUND AND PERFECTLY RARE FROM END-TO-END this steakhouse to me could rival anyone the atmosphere is a diamond in the rough even though its out in the middle of nowhere minutes to shopping and minutes to the beach and minutes to the golf course I recommend this as a perfect PLACE TO GET AWAY SO I RECOMMEND GOING TO THE SILVER REEF CASINO EXIT 260 I-5 NORTH

The hotel and restaurants were exceptional. I do have to make note of their machines in the casino, however. I believe they have close to a thousand slot machines with only 4 of them video poker. I cant understand why they would only have 4 video poker machines. Dont waste your time gambling here. Go to anywhere in Nevada first. Nevada caters to gamblers where this place does not.

The pizza is fantastic, room was great but im not sure worth the money. Not much around the hotel so we were bound to the resort. We visited because my mother in law loved the deals for people who sign up to the rewards program but we havent received any yet, this is my second trip down. Overall enjoyable enough to come again.

The hotel is very nice ! We stayed on a Saturday night which is also all you can eat Dungeness crab night and it was amazing ! And we Actually came home with more money then we left with ! Highly recommend !!

I really enjoyed my time at the casino it was my first time there they gave me a 5$ towards any slot I wanted to play on the house and 5$ with 5$of my own on any table game which was fun and 5$towards anything from the restaurant there the place was nice staff was friendly it was really fun I definitely recommend going to the silver reef casino....bring lots of friends and hit up for good times good luck

We had requested a cott and they had told us its an extra $15 dollars.. they shouldnt expense that kind of thing because when they never know for what reason. I understand that its probably for covid but it just doesnt make sense to us

We stayed the night and did dinner for an anniversary. Stake house Had the worst service I have ever had. Waited 45 min. For someone to come to the table. Manager stopped by brought us an app. Waiter finally showed up to take our order asked us 4 time what we were having and got it completely wrong. Manager ended up serving us. She was the only reason we even stayed ended up comping our meal and spending time with us. Will not be back. Sorry Vickie! Thank you for trying to help.

Fun place and good lunch.. excellent server.. the social distancing protocol and the staff wiping and cleaning to insure low spread of cv19 was excellent .. and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The hotel was clean and well maintained, but the pool could use more attention. We went down for the adult swim at 9pm and found dirty towels scattered around and the last 4 clean towels available. They did come clean and restock while we were in the hot tub. The pool towels could be larger and the hot tub was full of foam. We stayed in the North tower which was very quiet until our neighbors came in at 3am and proceeded to turn on the tv with volume blaring and tried to talk over it. Sounded like they were in our room. Most of the sound was coming through the passway doors between the rooms. The staff was all friendly and efficient. Less our noisy neighbors, our experience was good.

I have been a regular guest at the hotel many times over the last decade. I own a small business in Custer and I used the Silver Reef as a home base. I once spent eight nights in a row in the hotel. I liked it very much. It was my my go to place.Tonight they kicked me out of the casino. They said I was inebriated. That is ludicrous. Not even close. I was winning and having fun, I was tipping everyone. I was having a good time. Ask the dealers.. Ask the cocktail waitress. Ask the gentleman who cleans the bathroom. I tipped him too. I was winning and so was everyone else.But not anymore. I will never be back.You guys blew it. I have spent many nights here. The last night I will stay here is tonight, Feb 18, 2020.

The $27.99 All You Can Eat Crab was horrible! The Dungeness was spindly, not very fresh and long waits for refills. Food quality here has declined considerably.

The Emerald Suite was amazing. Fantastic tub!! View was nice because you could see greenery opposed to buildings or parking lots. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very restful experience. My husband liked the very large tvs. You can only use the elevator if you have a room key and I appreciated that safety feature. The staff were profesional and accomodating. I would definately come back.

Its nice to have a non smoking area but it should be the other way around. The should have the main casino be the non smoking area & have the small section be the smoking area. Smoking in there is HORRIBLE during the corona.

Due to traveling during COVID, a lot of the services were out. However, the stay was good, the staff friendly.

This place is delicious. There is a variety of food to choose from. From salads, meats, fish, and delectable deserts. I recommend coming here on a Monday, its Italian Night. The only issue is the amount of time you have to wait. Id recommend making reservations, or suffer a 1-2 hour wait. But overall, its perfect!

Check in process was a hassel and had to get a manager in order to complete a basic check in. Rooms are adequate but not great. Casino is mediocre. All in all for the price it is definitely not worth the trip up from Seattle. There are much nicer places that our closer.

Nice, clean, spacious casino. Lots of unique and exciting games to play. Seemed to have more slot machines than many other casinos Ive been in and Ive checked out many. Staff was nice. The buffet was affordable and had many delicious items. I especially appreciated how the staff served the food with a smile. There was one gentleman in particular that came around to each diner and asked how everything was. He seemed genuinely glad to know that the customers were enjoying their meals. Nice touch for a dining establishment.

I meet up with my best friend and my brother. We all had a great time. Granted it was Valentines weekend so the machines were a little tight. But had a great prime rib buffet that evening and great time at the tables.

Whether its to stop and sample the restaurants or to try your luck at the tables this is one of the best places outside of Vegas.

Im not a smoker and am affected by the smoke in a not good way! Think I was there for a total of 3 minutes. They do have a non smoking area but you have to go though the smoking area first.

Plenty of slot machines and table games. The buffet has got some great deals too although the selection can be very limited.Seniors lunch buffet is $5 on Mondays! I highly recommend the baked goods at the coffee shop. Its hard to narrow down my favorite items, lots of delicious goodies. Huge sizes and well worth the money.

Since they reopened it seems less crowded and more room. But a lot of things remained the same except the hours that they are open that part sucks.

Make sure to bring tolietries and good coffee as the room has 1 bar of soap and some cheap arse drio coffee. Also, will need to bring milk and bacon/sausage as the free breakfast is free for a reason. Econo Lodges have better contiental breakfast.

The casino was stifling! We waited for 2 hours for the buffet and it was awful. The hotel wouldn’t let my husband check in until I had got there from work and then the ‘pillow’ top mattress was a foamy on top of the mattress. No tub like advertised. It’s a mini tub, maybe 6 inches high and 4 feet long. The TV remote had blood and white substance on it (semen). It seemed like they didn’t have enough serving staff to deal with the amount of people. The poor servers were slammed and it was impossible to even get a bottle or water. 20 people deep line at every bar. For staying at the hotel there was no ‘perks’. We stay here every year on Valentines Day and it’s getting worse every year. Very disappointing.

Amazing experience! My company rented the event center for our holiday party. They set it up exactly as we requested and the decorations and table settings were perfect. Our employees loved the food and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating. Best holiday party weve had in years!!

Room and food was excellent. But when it came to the staff in different locations of the hotel and casino .My friends and I had some issues and complaints. Bar tender was unfriendly and not helpful at all. There was a staff member constantly following us around and staring making some of us very uncomfortable. Pool closed at 11 and we were reminded by a staff member every other minute its almost time to get out. Made the pool and hot tub experience not so relaxing or fun. Then to top it off in the morning walking to the breakfast buffet we were stopped for our ids. Didnt think we would need ids for a breakfast buffet so some off us didnt bring our ids made our friend go back up to the room to get her id for the rude employee to just walk away and not even ask for it when she came back. We sat there waiting for them to return to see several people and familes walk past to come eat and not be carded. And we could tell they were talkig amongst themsleves and on their headphones . And constantly staring and laughing at our group. For paying to stay there and be treated so poorly and harassed by employees i dont recommend. Paying all that money to be treated like that. The memories will always remember but same with the horribe rude staff.

Its a casino.. They will take your money. But in a friendly fun way. Good happy hour prices and a clean environment. Could use a better ventilation system to neutralize the smoke. Over all probably the best casino close to the border for us Canadians.

The food at the steak house was out of this world. The service from Jay rocked. Marci our bartender was awesome too. Rooms are so so. I expected more but overall its a pleasant place to visit.

We love the silver reef. My husband and I go there from canada. Two days at the reef unwinding makes us feel like we have had a jump start for work and life all over again.We have seen faboulous entertainment , great rooms for the night, memorable New Years Eve celebrations, and awesome food.I cant wait until canadians can cross the boarder so we can come to the reef and have a great night or two!!!Missing you all

Its a horrible place and they do not do their jobs correctly and they also have a power trip complex !!!! Security is a joke and need to learn their facts before they think they know everything, for example allowing an individual into thier casino one day and then not the next day is obviously abuse of power in which case is wrong and needs to be addressed!!! I do t recommend this casino to anyone that wants to enjoy themselves!!!!

The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows to small. the food we had a the restaurents was good. the slots were very mean to us. the employes that we encoutered were very nice and helpfull.

Its a Love/ Hate relationship. You win some, you lose some... But I have a good time regardless. I like the selection of slots, much more than the skagit! Open 24/7, very nice dinning, resort, etc.

Its a great place to go whether you win or lose it is amazing experience and always great food especially the panasia ultimate fried rice. Gotta have it, gotta love it it is amazing and the slots are fun and table games are nice my moms a table games dealer so she likes her job. It has to mean something!

The buffet here is very, very sad. If you are expecting a good quality buffet with lots of variety and pleasant ambience, do not go. Only gave 2 stars because the pasta was actually decent and the cook was friendly.

Best clam chowder anywhere around Bellingham. And its all you can eat with a salad for $8.95. No tax either.

Was a pretty good time considering first outting since the stay home order. They limited the number of people,provided masks and sanitizer as well as using a facial detector device to take everyones temp before entering the building. There also only using one entrance(the main).
