*Management is rude and very unprofessional. *The manager and his family members eventually harass the renters.*Management favors the owned home residents.*The owned home residents are not trustworthy as they report false information to management to cause hostility.*Management does not report issues to the main owners of the community and act as though your issue/repair request is not a priority. *Management does not enforce the rules to all renters/residents nor does management follow the community rules themselves (dog not kept on leash).*The rules of the community are changed often and the documents are copied and pieced together from prior editions.***This is community is poorly managed and maintained.

Management is rude, unprofessional, and acts as though you have inconvenienced them with your concerns. Rules are not consistently enforced amongst all residents (some residents are allowed exceptions, while others are issued violations). Maintenance and repairs are cheaply done, with no sense of urgency and at times incomplete. Poorly managed community.

Went here for a garage sale. I dont know much about the Subdivision park.

Horrible trailer park do not accept therapy or service dogs what so ever kick you out during the holidays and tell you do not come back try to tell you you cant even come visit your girlfriend that you need to fill out an application and pass a credit check to be even welcomed in the park meanwhile they have scheduled to sex offenders living there tried to tell me my therapy dog was Over 15 pounds I have photos of Of other dogs in the park roughly Wayne 40 to 50 pounds and a German shepherd one trailer behind us do everything you can to stay away from this place horrible people do not respect people with their Therapy and service dogs

Bill is a bad manager he harasses the residents, he told me when I got evicted I wasnt allowed on the property but since my mom lives there he would make an exception, when I was over visiting my mom he saw my dog which was inside her house and told me my dog is not allowed on the property cause he is to big, when I bought a home in there I got really sick, come to find out the bathroom wall was all mold this was 4 months after I moved in, I showed him and he said it wasnt there before, hes a liar.
