The staff at Mary Janes is fantastic. They are warm and welcoming, and they ABSOLUTELY know their stuff. They have a great selection of kratom and their glass is not to be believed. Overpriced cheaply made pipes shipped from China and the e-nails while supposedly high end are 3-4 times more expensive than the nails offered at Ashleys pipe shop in Tacoma.

Beautiful art glass store, it is a treat to just look at the amazing works of art here, Very high quality pieces that dont break easily. The staff is knowledgeable and will do almost anything to make you happy. Thats why I always keep coming back and spending more here.

Went in looking for some kratom for a painfull knee, didnt have a clue on what to get. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right blend.

They have a great range of glass for anyone. I only went in for a dabber but they have some wonderful pieces for people who want to spend a good chunk of change.

Overall too expensive for something basic. They have amazing pieces but they are way too overpriced for the pieces they are selling. And their basic selection is priced like the artistic pieces should be. I bought one of their bubblers and its by far my least favorite piece. Cheap glass and no thought put into the design. Save yourself the trouble and dont settle for a franchise trying to squeeze you for every dollar you have, go to a flea market and find something awesome for half the price or less. [And probably better quality too]

I dont go for the glassware. They do offer some harder to find items. For what I shop for, prices are on par with major online retailers. Friendly staff and they are very knowledgeable. Being open til 11 doesnt hurt either.

Very nice people, super helpful and have a decent array of Kratom. They dont have a credit card machine but do take cards but have to call it in to their other store for processing which is kind of a pain, especially of youre in a hurry.

Way over priced they are making huge profits on everything in the store and they dont give refunds even if its new in box never used. I would recommend going to any other smoke shop. And the prices will be 10 percent of the price of Mary Janes. If you shop here you will feel like a fool. I learned my lesson. Hopefully this review helps other people. Dont believe me? Go look at the prices for yourself.

Nice place, , Kratom is priced way to high though, 4 times the price as other stores. There is anotherstore I found in South King County that sells 500 gram bags of Maeng Dah (sp?) For 100$. Good quality too, cant tell difference between MJ and this store I found by accident.sure cant beat the price

We have come to this store 3 times and will not be back.1 gentleman was knowledgable, they all inisist on selling natural herbs. I think they must have some stock or share in it. We spoke to two younger ladies who seemed to have smoked away most of their ability to function in everyday situations. We were sold a disposable vap pen for $18 and we we tried it the battery was dead. We returned it a few days later after we went through troubleshooting. The info on the vap pen, the name of the company and contact info all led nowwhere for the brand. Phones continued to ring, no one ever answered. So we returned the item to the store, where a young girl seemed suspicious of us. She didnt seem to believe it didnt work, after her dragging her feet to help (the store was empty btw) she eventually called someone and was told to exchange the item. All the while going slower and slower, answering other phone calls. She chit chatted with her friend about lunch, over the phone so I know it was not business related. She offered us a replacement and told us it was the same price but a different model. After we finally agreed to swap it out, we ended up having to pay more because she didnt notice the price differnce. After we got home we tried it. It lit up but never worked. I ended up wasting $25 bucks at this place and after my last encounter consider that a somewhat cheap learning experience. I will not be going back there to be treated badly or waste my money again.

Was a regular customer until they denied my 5 year old access to the restroom when she really had to pee. In Washington state there is a law about bathroom access. I wish businesses would get that.
