Fantastic family atmosphere!! Wonderful friendly knowledgeable staff that is at your service! I would highly recommend this skating rink! This was a one time experience. The admission was reasonable and the customer service was fair. The establishment is in need of a renovation. The skates are in need of great repair.

Please update the facility. This can be an AMAZING place however they have really let things go in regards to remodeling. Parents spend big money on entertainment for their kids. This is the only skating rink on this side of town so try to monopolize on that by investing more into building upkeep.

Poorly kept skating rink it needs work and the skate rentals are soo raggedy with ripped strings, ALL the lockers were broken so we couldn’t store our personal items and ALL THE GAMES WERE BROKEN!! the DJ was also pretty TRASH we won’t be back

This place is a DUMP. I had my daughters birthday party here this past weekend and wasnt made aware that there wasnt running water until I walked in the door and an Employee asked if I read the sign on the door. I didnt because someone opened the door for me because I was holding a cake. Obviously since there was no running water that meant that the restroom wasnt operational and were nasty & smelly. I was told that the toilets could be plunged. The concession stand was not open. We had pizza from Papa Johns. I was given 1 FREE pizza which I was appreciative of. As I was setting up I notice that the floor and carpet was very dirty and needed to be vacuumed (the party was at 5:30 and they opened at 5:00). There was No Way it was clean before we got there. It was EXTREMELY COLD in the building. It was in the 30s this night. One of my guests complained to an employee and were told that the Owner would have to be contacted about adjusting the heat and they like to keep it cool for the skaters. All my guests were wearing their coats while skating which was ridiculous. Usually I read reviews BEFORE I book a party but this time it slipped my mind. Im sorry that I didnt do my homework. Mostly all the reviews I have read say exactly the same thing. The owners response is Pitiful by saying that this place is FAMILY OWNED and not a Corporation. To me that means the FAMILY doesnt take Pride in their business. This establishment needs lots of work. I will be spreading the word about this poor excuse of a skating rink!

It’s a large rink bigger then most like cascade and skate zone. The staff are nice kinda slow but nothing bad and have amazing skaters

I was there last weekend i had alot of fun because i got to skate alot and eat pizza.

They should close this place down. It was 68 outside and 80 inside. Humidity was a all time high. The floor was dirty. The skates where old. The food was burnt and the speakers where busted. The music was sorry. Never I will go again. They even had the nerve to post a sign about renting for a party for 399 for two hours. Please save your money. Its not worth it.

Not good!!!! Very hot no Ac it was 90 degrees today. I did not even skate and my everything was sweating. The price is crazy!! 6 dollars for entrance if you have skates 8 dollars if you donot have.There should be a no oxygen discount. The young men that work there are very nice. The music sounded as though the speakers were blown. I would like to go to this rink it is convenient however, it was not comfortable sitting there. I will wait til they get it together.

The place was extremely filthy, as we drove towards the building it look like a ghost town. We payed $15 for pizza which was horrible, and the lockers were a mess as well as the restroom. I only wish the owner would renovate and fix the arcade games. All in all, I wouldnt recommend going till it is renovated.

Facility is filthy! The woman in charge called police on me because I refused to pay for children I did not invite. I plainly stated on invitations that siblings were welcome but they would be at the expense of the parent and not a paid guest.The party was suppose to include 2 pitchers of soda. The two pitchers were not the normal gallon size they were quart size.The pizza was suppose to be ready at a specific time via her contract yet was not ready until 30 minutes later and was only placed in the oven upon my query after it was 15 minutes late.They advertise a ticket grab in the booth with the fans which was not in working order.This woman running this place is rude and does not care about maintaining a good reputation quite the contrary.I tried to reason with her and she just rudely turned her back to me inside her little booth.DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF HAVING YOUR CHILDS PARTY HERE!Utterly embarrassing!

The customer service was amazing but the place looks and feels like it hasnt been updated since 1984.

Despite what the other comments say this rink is awesome. Most of the music is upbeat. It is very kid friendly at the beginning of the skate session but gets more teen/adult oriented at the end of the night. It is one of my favorite places to skate

The kids enjoyed skating. But needs serious cleaning and updating in the building. The ladies restroom was not not usable at all.

I called to see if I could bring in a birthday cake and buy food. It was last minute so it was too late to book a party. The Lady who answered the phone stated it would be $30 to bring in my cake and she didnt staff the concession stand. We would only be able to get pizza and soda. No thank you!

They need better skates. I traded in my skates about 3 different times. This place seems to be on its last leg. I wasnt that crazy about it at all. I was thete for a bday party and Ill probably never go back there again. I didnt know it existed prior to and now i know why. Spend your money elsewhere until they upgrade there skates, rink, restrooms, and food price list

I had my daughter birthday party here earlier this month on a Sunday and the entire experience was a DISASTER! Lets start from the beginning. I had been trying to contact this business for an entire week by phone leaving several messages and via email, all with no response. Finally I was able to actually speak with someone on the phone that Friday to reserve her party. Big Mistake! My daughter party was scheduled for 2:30 but I was told that we could arrive as early as 30 mins. Day of the Party: Upon arriving I was told that there was two birthday parties scheduled for the same time so just pick any table that was decorated in the party section however no one escorted my family to the area (weird) I have had several parties at various venues (skating rink, bowling, amusement parks and so on so I know that normally when you book a party you receive a party host NOT HERE) The table setup that was provided was a plain white tablecloth, plain white plates, cups, and napkins not festive at all. Lucky I purchased those items before her party. I quickly changed out everything and was ready to party! Now, time for the skates. The skates were very poor quality and most did not even have a liner on the inside. I was told that the party package included two medium pizzas of my choice and a beverage (Great....NOT) I had to go ask the lady at the front if I need to place the order when we were ready to eat and she said the pizzas was cooking. I ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni pizza came out first then the cheese pizza came about 7 mins later BURNT! When I took the pizza back to the concession stand the girl quickly told me that she would bake another one. I decided to stand there for a few minutes and noticed that the pizzas were frozen box pizzas from Kroger. I wanted to purchase a third additional Pepperoni pizza because the pizzas were so small that the kids attending were still hungry. Unfortunately there werent any left and I had to settle for a cheese pizza....whatever. At this point I am so disgusted with everything and the only thing keeping me calm was the fact that my daughter was enjoying herself even though her and her friends had to keep their coats on the entire time because the building was SUPER COLD! Cold to the point that I had to pull throw blankets out of my truck for our guests.....Ridiculous!! In addition to paying for this party which should have been discounted I ended up having to purchase 8 cups of hot chocolate just to warm family and friends up. May I add the hot chocolates took forever to make because they were using a regular household coffee maker to make hot water therefore we were only able to receive 2 cups at a time. Lastly, I asked the an employee around 2:30 why was it so cold and their response was the heat takes some time to warm up. About an hour later it was still extremely cold inside so my sister went and asked another employee about the eat and was told that the heat isnt working at all! Im sure the heat was out that Friday when I called to reserved the party yet I was not made aware of this issue. I ended up having three families leave the party due to the fact that they had infants and i was too cold for the babies to be there! THIS WAS THE WORST PARTY EVER!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone its horrible!!NO HEATNO DJNO PARTY HOSTBURNT FOODIf you are considering this establishment for anything DONT DO IT....RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!

It is good to see the place is open. Its the only place for kids to skate. Could use some cleaning because gum has gotten on my daughters skates often.

Music is extremely dull, a lot of songs that older people may know and an not enough new music. The inside is falling apart and then employees look like they dont want to work there. Honestly i understand that not everybody feels the same about Dazzles as a skating rink but its not 1990 anymore, its 2017. Would yall rather lose 5 older customers that probably wont come back anyways or lose 10 younger customers that wont come back an will tell their friends not to come either ?.... Changing the music alone would help bring in more people.

This is THE WORST PLACE EVER DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE EITHER. No water according to the employees, absolutely no customer service, concessions were closed, no arcade games on for the kids. They freaking suck. No A/c Except in the center of the rink. Oh and SIGNS EVERYWHERE FOR NO REFUNDS. They make sure to let you know that. Will never come here again. Bathrooms were dirty and you share a sink with boys and girls.

I did a birthday party here for my 8yrs old and it was the most embarrassing experience ever! We were placed next to a bathroom that you can smell when you entered the front door, the lady at the front, aka the manager, was very rude and made several comments to my guests indicating that the place was horrible even for her. There was no soap at the bathroom, but a tiny bottle of hand sanitizer, there was no food at the concession stand, we were served hot lemonade, and the place was HOT! NEVER AGAIN! 1 star is too much, but Google said I had too.

Helpful team, good music and a great time. Reminds me of Sparkles of the early 2000s in Riverdale.

Far a skating pretty good experience..... But i have a 11 yr old and a 4yr old my youngest wanted to play the games they didnt work none of them, the lockers to put ur items in had no keys so I had to take our shoes and jacket to the car and she wanted my to pay to come back in because on the door it say no in and out but they had no keys for the lockers but again skating was good

They had NO running water!! I asked if we could still use the bathrooms, the lady in charge said that every once in a while, she goes into the bathroom with a plunger. I guess to clean out everything in the toilet. I was told that I could go down to the bowling alley and use their bathroom. Concession stand wasnt open. It was super cold in there. Its December and it was freezing indoors. When asked about the heat, they said that the heat was on and the owner doesnt like to turn it to a higher setting. Ridiculous! When asked about giving the money back, they said that they would have to speak with a manager. It looked like broken equipment was stored over to the right side, not in a closed room but just sitting over there. Poor establishment. I wouldnt be surprised if it was shut down soon.

The rink is horrible. carpet was wet and was filthy. They didnt have any soap so i know the employees dont be washing their hands before preparing food. They need to shut that rink down. Fr . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE.

This place should close down for rebuilding. There was dust hanging from the ceiling, plumbing issues, the concession stand wasnt open, and the carpet was soo dirty, it felt like youre walking on gum. The place is not sanitized.

Very nice skating rink. They played very nic music. The only problem I had is that they allowed these people to smoke from that that machine looking thing. They should have made them go outside. Atleast they werent allowed on the rink doing that. Ive been going there for about 5-6 years and its still a good place to go skating.

I had to give a review after my most recent experience. Dazzle gets 1star but really should get none. We have been going for over 10 years and hosted many parties before the new owners took over. However, yesterday we were having a party and had the WORST experience. The owners daughter was extremely rude, disrespectful, discriminating and unprofessional. Their only concern appears to be with profit which they will lose from regulars and/or future customers . Im warning those who plan a visit to just make other plans.

It was absolutely terrible. None of the games work, and the staff doesnt do their job. They burnt my food, and the lady in charge refused to give my money back. Once I finally got my money back, she had a terrible attitude. I dont recommend anyone going to Dazzles. Hit up Starlite!!!

Despite what other people might say about dazzles skating rink it is a family oriented place and has old school and fun music to skate to Ive been going therealmost every Saturday when I get a chance because everyone is so nice to you and family inviting .so like the famous thumper off of Bambie said ..if you dont have nothing nice to say dont say nothing at all.:-)

Dazzles is ok, I have a son that goes there all the time. But there are a few problems, the places isnt clean, the floor is very dirty, most of the skates are in terrible condition, the games dont work an I dont know why, if you have a skating rink thats for younger kids youd think to keep the games on. They also play the same songs constantly, I mean ide hear a song then ide hear it again about 15-20 mins later. Needs ALOT of fixing up. Hopefully changes will be made soon.

No video games or those little walkers to help you skate. Just plain and basic. Thumbs down.

The children here throw bottle caps on the skating floor for other children to fall. They play with the exit doors. Alot of them are unsupervised. Never really a huge crowd. However its closeby and about $9 per child on saturdays

The dazzles in fayetteville is awful. the floor sucks and the music is to slow. the dazzles is not that fun and you should go to Sparkles skating rink in Smyrna, DO NOT GO!!!!
