Danny was awesome! Very helpful getting us parked and set up in our rv. The park is very quiet with a nice childrens playground.

Incredible community in the heart of town! The owners are wonderful and so helpful. As a single female I feel exceptionally safe living here. It is an active community with many daily walkers. The expectation is that everyone is kind to one another and you feel that with each person who stays here. The lots are a great size and well manicured. The owners upkeep everything in the neighborhood so well. Trailwood is a true treasure in a fantastic location! I highly recommend either for a short term or long term stay.

It is a very peaceful park with a very friendly landlord, Danny was very helpful and very friendly a very good man.

My daughter and I stayed here for over two months recently and we couldnt have asked for a better home away from home. Danny was very helpful, friendly and kind. The price is very fair.

Cant believe we havent left a review yet! My bf and I stayed here in 2017 for several months while we both worked. Great price, never had any issues, management was great and helpful, easy access to the major highway, trash and recycling was picked up regularly, and the spots were large. Would stay again if ever in the area.

This place is amazing, a big lot with water, trash, electric included in the price. Danny the owner is amazing, he helps you set up, he keeps an eye on your place 24/7 and he comes by and takes the trash and recycling bin out to the curb for you. You are centrally located in Fayetteville, close to eveything you could possibly need.

Absolutely loved my stay there! The owners are some of the best people you could ask for. If I ever need a place to park my RV in Fayetteville again, Ill definitely stay here as long as they have room.

Ridiculous the way they treated us. Non-legit eviction notices and what not. Judged us hard for three years. FYI Hayes youre not better than anyone because you own/run a trailer park. It is just that a trailer park. Good job running us out straight into an actual house:)

Trailwood is a clean quiet mobile home park. There is a play park inside and the manager is very nice. I would stay here again and highly recomend it!

We have lived here for over a year, and we love it here. Quiet, safe place. Landlord is very helpful, reasonable and very nice. Overall its a very nice place to live at in Fayetteville.

My friends have an RV here and love it. Theres lots of room on the spaces!

This is a great park. Always kept clean and mowed every week. If you forget to sit out the trash barrel, Danny will do it and most of the time he beats ya to it anyway. Very quiet place and no rif-raf. We love it here and will definitely return when my wifes nursing contract is back in the area. Great owners here. Never rude. When I was backing my 5th wheel in upon arrival, Danny was there to help me get set up, including putting in the pvc pipe for my sewer. Just cant say enough.

I think it should be against the law to change so much for a spot to park your rv and its just plum evil to do so ..... so I am going to try very hard to change this cause there is no reason someone should be so hateful to people looking to camp ......
