It is awesome that they allow RVs to live there year around. But it does need some major placement organization and sewer upkeep.

It sucks

I lived here for a close to a year. The people that run it are good people. It doesnt suffer from the gentrification of other locations inside and around the city. All of my neighbours were friendly, most everyone in the park will wave back. I never had any of my possessions messed with, and I cerntainly have never heard any gun shots. The ocational couples dispute, yes. I will absolutely return here.

Very dangerous unkempt park. Stayed 3 days and left. There was a shotgun blast at end of our 5th wheel at 10:00pm on the first night. Second night someone tried to open our trailer door. Third night someone tried to pry open our truck door. We left! Dont take your family there!
