Hal does amazing work! A truly talented ARTIST. He has done full custom sleeves on my husband and I. We travel from south Georgia up to see him and its 100% worth it. I flew down to Fayetteville from New Hampshire last week just to get a tattoo from Hal and it was well worth it, the man is a true Artist, He spent 7 hours (only took two 5 minute breaks) doing a custom design. If youre interested in getting a tattoo get one from Hal, you wont be disappointed. Im already planning my next one.

Hal is one of the absolute BEST in the business. His work speaks for itself & every individual piece is custom. I’ve been getting tattoos for over 15 years now & I consider the portrait he did of my son my best piece. I will be dealing with Hal again in the near future & intend to always save my best projects for him. I’d give Blood & Bone 10 stars if it had the option.

Love everything about this place. Excellent work and everyone is very friendly and professional. Hal was my artist and I highly recommend him for anyone wanting a custom realism-style tattoo. He collaborated with me to perfectly realize my vision in the initial stencil, and he executed it beautifully. He was also really conscious about making sure I didnt suffer too much and was compassionate about the pain. They are extremely health-conscious and clean, using the best quality products and making sure every step is as safe as can be. I have one more session left on my arm and Im looking forward to it!

Super Friendly Staff!! Love going here! Have had several pieces done by Hal and have been nothing but completely satisfied with the results. His staff has always been friendly and accommodating. He takes his art very seriously and insures his clients the best experience possible. He ensures a sterile environment for his work. He loves to free hand instead of using stencils, but will use a stencil when needed. He will not start your tattoo until you are completely satisfied with his drawing and placement. Even if it means redrawing an entire sleeve multiple times. His clients happiness with his work is his top priority. I highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for some no hassle ink.

My wife got an autobahn style bird and flower armband from Hal. Upon learning I worked in the medical field he began to speak intelligently with me about sterile technique, dermatology, and wound care and demonstrated his knowledge by maintaining a meticulously clean area. He must have gone through a full box of gloves in the 5 hour session. By the way the tattoo turned out amazing.

Visited my sister for her birthday and ended up getting sister tattoos with her! Came here because she knew an artist named CJ! GO SEE HIM NOW!!!! I have tons of tattoos but what CJ did to make our tattoo special and unique for us is really unbelievable!
