Super cool! A welcome change of pace from the rides and lines form the main park. The history that is preserved here is incredible. Definitely a place to slow down and soak in the surroundings

Always fun to walk around. During Frightmares, the kids maze is fun to look at. The singing pumpkins are my faves.

There are some cool displays out here. I think most people just pass by them on their way to other rides, but there are lots of interesting historical artifacts and information.

I am astonished at the collection of artists that Lagoon has managed to obtain over the years. It is truly an historical treasure. I especially love all the old pill bottles, in many cases pills still in there. Those can be seen in the ove cream shop. The old Lagoon jail is a fun reminder of the past as well. They used to have a token collection, but that appears to be gone now.

Pioneer Village is not what it used to be. The museums, and old houses showing how the Pioneers had to do things as far as printing and doctors and the other things that were available in the early 20 & 21st centuries. It is always fun around Halloween though because of the extra stuff they do down the main Street. But they used to have shows and there was so much more that made it interesting. Not sure why those stopped, if it was a safety thing, hiring the right kind of people, or just an all around money thing.

I liked pioneer village. The line for Rattle Snake Rapids was very slow! The workers were only filling every other boat, tube thing. My grandsons first time on it and he loved it!

What a random little ghost town in the middle of the amusement park! In 4th grade we would come here on a field trip during our pioneer history unit. Having to read boring plaques and walk though this little town while around rollercoasters was agonizing, but now its actually a kind of relief. We always pass though here on our way to rattlesnake rapids.

Pioneer Village isn’t the most exciting part of Lagoon but there are some cool parts. Obviously the Log Flume and Rattlesnake Rapids are fun. During Frightmares (Halloween time) they have some fun stuff for kids and a couple kid friendlier haunted spook alleys.

It s funny. You pay 65 bucks to get into Lagoon, and my favorite area us a glorified museum! Lol! This is a collection of pioneer era building, some with collectibles from the era. It is a fun glimpse into Utahs history. My only negative is that I would love more explanations of items and the histories of all the buildings.

If you need a break from all of the rides and lines, you should gander through Pioneer Village. There are tons of cool museums and even an ice cream shop. The best part is you get out of the crowds. There are lots of peacocks here as well, and some decent benches to sit and relax.

It’s a cute part of the park to visit! It has a few shops that you can visit and I highly recommend trying out the place where you take pictures! You get the chance to dress up with your friends and family and take fun pictures in character. You can buy some and have a fun memory to hang up!

This year we went on Pioneer Day in July when they had their Heritage Festival set up. There was so many fun and informative booths it was hard to get to them all. I have been to Pioneer Village on regular days and also enjoyed a more quiet visit where we were able to take our time to look around. Its very neat to go when they have Craftsman there like their blacksmith. I would recommend and visit to Pioneer Village to anyone around Provo!

Great place to go to get a small taste of what it would have been like to live in the mid-1800s. Skip the shoot-out though. It was pretty dumb since they cant do a shoot-out in todays world the way they could back in the 70s.
