Nice little racino. Slots only- no table games. Ample parking and staff is friendly. They have a good variety of machines, almost all newer except for a couple of Mr. E Wins Medusa ones that are still fun. They have a lot of staff meticulously wiping down machines and the chairs. They make their own chips at the burger restaurant and they are delicious. Decent free play offers (not as much as other nearby casinos though). They just gave away turkeys to players club folks. Fun to get away to for a little while without having to drive very far.

Depending on what time you go and what machines you enjoy, you can have a great time at Finger Lakes, I never go expecting to win but to have a good time..

Its a clean facility and theres a lot of staff around disinfecting everything, which is great. The only thing I dont like is the parking lot. Its wide open and people just sort of drive wherever they want with little regard to basic traffic rules.

Most fixed casino there is. Every time I go to Finger Lakes Im not there for more than 30 minutes. I mean I dont go to casinos expecting to win, but Id at least like to play for a little while. These guys just take your money and send you on your way. Honestly, Im almost convinced theyre defrauding people. Save your money and go to Seneca or Turning Stone, you can at least make a day out of your trip there.

Although not normally associated with families, we decided to visit the horse races while camping nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the racetrack was clean and well maintained. Our family had fun trying to pick the winners and watching the horses and jockeys. We did not visit any other area due to having teenagers, so we cannot review any more than just the track. Had a great time, and would recommend to spend time outdoors for a few hours.Date of experience: October 2018

Nice day out with a close friend. We stayed 4 hours and enjoyed our time. The machines allowed us to stay pretty even and free play and bonus rounds were pretty good. After all we dont expect to win a fortune. But no one wants to lose fast and just leave. Over all nice day out. Thanks Finger lakes

We went veterans day afternoon. I watched the chef look at the pot of food in front of him and pull a long hair out of the food. He then proceeded to look around and walk away leaving the pot to be served to the rest of the guests.The waitress did her job, but the other wait staff made it more than apparent they would not interact with us.The food was okay, some dishes were great. I wouldnt pay full price for it, but it was not terrible. The games were great and we enjoyed trying something new. If the staff wasnt there then this review would be three stars.My friend and I definitely experienced discriminatory service whether it was because we were black or gay Im not sure. But, what they dont realize is she to is a veteran who wanted to experience something different and went somewhere that came highly recommended.To say that I am disappointed in the quality of service would be an understatement. Im not sure if we want to come back, I want to change my perception, but there are so many other locations that may be a better fit for us and our money.

I would attend again. Great location in the Finger Lakes. They dont have any engaging things to do other than slots. Restaurants are okay. Bars close at 1am ( county law ), casino open until 4am. All televisions turned off when bars closes. 3 hours with nothing to do if you are finished gambling. All in all, worth the visit.

Never let me win and I been going there for years and I play with my card. Earning points is low as well as free play.

Had dinner at the Vineyard Buffet with my wife. There is a small inconvenience while they are doing renovations in the buffet. For the most part, the meal was good. We will definitely be going back.

1A good day until this happenedReview of Finger Lakes Gaming & RacetrackPending reviewI was at Finger Lakes Casino on Dec 26, 1919 for about three hours. I had some luck, lost some , had some more luck and was about to leave.I went to a slot machine and put the maximum bet in it 4 or 5 times. The machine went to bonus ( called Tiger Round) but it was odd because when it went to bonus it made a very loud siren sound which kept on going. I thought the machine was broken and then it seemed to correct and spun one of three wheels. It spun 1.00. An attendant came by who had heard the noise which was a good thing because the machine completely froze. The attendant did not know what had happened. I told her I had two more spins on wheels. She spent about 10 minutes looking at history and reading the rules. She determined that the machine CAN revert back to the original game without giving you all of the bonus round. I was so tired of waiting and my money was still frozen in the machine that I took her word for it but that wasnt right . The machine was frozen, I didnt get the bonus round and I should have been reimbursed. However, she was nice and polite , just not creating any good will.I spent about 30.00 for nothing there at that faulty machine,

Had a great time as always at Finger lakes Gaming and casino. Had a great meal at the newly renovated buffet. We won some and were able to get on theGames we wanted to.

I mean its a casino you got to love it LOL. I go here about once every two or three months and love to gamble on the video slot machines. Its a lot of fun the buffets are decent a little overpriced for what they are but theyre still decent. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes I walk away with losing all my money but sometimes Ive walked away with winning up to $1,000.

Not promoting the gambling aspect of this place! The buffet however is very good! The banquet room was a little small for the group with which I attended. The service and food were exceptional.

Went to the lounge to listen to Alyssa Trahan. Music was great and the service was great. While we sat on the top part of the lounge the lights from the stage was to bright in our face

I went for the buffet, no intention on slot machines at all.The food was just ok, but the staff, wow. Our waitress was funny and on point despite our demands. The chefs were all helpful and attentive. The cashier wad quick abs accurate. One person stands out though. Mike Hall I believe his name was. He was so helpful to me and my aging aunt. It picked our whole mood up and we decided to stay and play! What are great group of people!!

Buffet was closed, food from the Grill was terrible and the soda machines were giving out warm drinks, the coffee tasted burnt. I couldnt recommend this place over their competitors

Very friendly but not a casino in that they only have slot machines. While this for many may not be a problem for me it was a very sad moment when I realized that. However, everything they have is amazing, very clean and friendly atmosphere... I will go back simply because of how luxurious it feels there.

I spent 100.00 and the biggest hit I had was 6.00. Was there for 20 min. Wasnt there long enough to even think about having a drink or going to a restaurant....wont go back any time soon.

First time there! Actually stumbled on this place- Free $10 free play for signing up. Buffet was awesome! Service couldnt be beat and we won a little bit from using our free play. Will be back for sure! Only 45 minutes from Geneseo.

They have breakfast food, but it takes 20 minutes to make at Platinum Grill. Forget breakfast, unless you want coffee and donuts or go to buffet at 11am. I would stay away from the Platinum Grill. It is ALWAYS the same.Update 8/30/2019Stopped by for dinner at buffet. On Friday Eve it cost $25.95 for seafood buffet. It was the same menu for non-seafood menu for $18.95 except now has: beer battered fish, deep fried clams, deep fried shrimp, they did have some Spanish dish of clams, fried calamari and white fish. All the new seafood was fried. Stay away. Go during the non seafood days and save $9 and you still get steamed shrimp on salad bar. Other venues has a better meno did the same seafood special price and better seafood!

A little slow the day I went, but had a little fun at the slot machines. Ate in the buffet, prime rib was delicious . Service was a little slow at first but the waitress was very nice and polite and she quickly made up for it by telling us a few stories about her life-long adventures as a waitress. Great fun.

The machine I was playing on ran out of voucher paper causing an error known as a paper tilt. It took 25 minutes after pressing the service button for a game tech to show up and fix the problem. When the tech showed up all she could do is offer me an empty apology. She expressed her frustration by telling me they are short handed and I should express my concern with higher ups. When I asked who that might be she responded with, I do not know, but tell someone. Seems to me the higher ups are more concerned about saving man hours than keeping up patrons happy. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

Good casino, entertained us for a bit. Large selection of slot machines, plenty of parking. Free self served fountain drinks in one area kind of outta the way (be nice if there were more locations to self serve). Itd be nice if they offered more than $7.77 in free play all the time, might frequent it more often if that was the case. Clientele changes on Friday and Saturday night when night life is vibrant.

I had my daughters bridal shower in one of their conference rooms right off the buffet area. The price was right,the food was great and Bev made everything easy. We had our own server assigned to our party that made us feel like royalty. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with the selection of food trucks at the concert last night. Only had 1 food truck which the food was so bad and expensive I end up throwing it out. (Meatball Truck). Need to have a much better selection of food trucks. Noticed from the stands people looked at the menu and walked away. Don’t blame them. $9.00 for a 6 inch sub with 2 meatballs rip off. Truffles fries had 10 lbs if salt and we’re so bad even my fiancé could not eat the. Try getting better trucks in for your next concert.
