Worst experience Ive ever had in dealing with a business! This transaction took place via Facebook. Darcy Rose Newton collected a $35 deposit from me in April of this year. I was promised that my dogs memorial piece would be ready by end of May and that shed be in touch with me. This didnt happen and time after time again I messaged her for status of my order to only be given the run-around. Ive sent numerous refund requests and Darcy continues to give me excuse after excuse as to why she cannot comply. Looking back there were so many red flags. Its clear to me now that she never intended to complete my dogs memorial piece. This company takes advantage of those who are vulnerable or griefstruck for what they call art. If this review can save someone else from the hassle, then so be it. I have wasted enough time, energy on this already. Buyer beware!

Great work from the wolf on sandstone to the 3 boxes. Done very fast but with the best of quality. Will be ordering more from them very soon. The wolf was a custom piece and one box had a name put on it for me

Darcy recreated a picture of my boyfriend and I that I am giving him for Valentines day. She was worked with me to choose an appropriate picture and was very timely with getting me the finished product. She sent me updates and included a frame. Great idea for gifts and keepsakes!

The product was beautiful and well made. My interaction with the business was very friendly and so very helpful. Best part was how much my mom loved her gift!

I purchased a beautiful sandstone painting of a Lion on a slab of rock for my daughter at Christmas. I was astounded of the quality and craftsmanship that was put in to it once I saw it. Truly a work of art.

I ordered seven portraits July 2018 for my Christmas presents. Owner advised me they would be done. I did not have any Christmas presents! They still are not done. And I am still getting the run around with my products and return.

Very disappointing. I order my 8x10 pc well over 2 months in advance , paid my half down promptly. I was told that they had many orders and they would ship out first of December. Had heard nothing so I contacted seller myself in late November only to be told it will be done running behind due to a huge project. I agreed and thanked her, she said it will be mailed out early December. Heard nothing. Contacted seller 2 weeks before Christmas. Asking how things were going, she stated some issues they were having in their life.,told her I understand but she needs to keep in contact and be honest about the process. She agreed and also stated should be shipped out early that next week. HeRd nothing again from her. Contacted her that next Tuesday (last week, one week before Christmas) she said it should be mailed out by Thursday or Friday. I was not happy with that answer, she said she would expedite shipping at no extra charge. I contacted her again on Thursday she told me for sure today or tomorrow. Not happy but as long as I get it by Christmas. Received small photo of pc. I was not overly thrilled with it , asked her about a flaw I saw in wood. I did say ok to the pc ( I was frustrated and a bit desperate at this point) but had I seen the actual size of the piece and the pencil marks that she did not even finish the pc I would have NEVER said ok. I contacted her within 30 min of receiving pc on Saturday telling her how upset I was and that she had rushed it ( she admitted to just doing it on Thursday) and explaining what the flaws were to her. Her answer was “ well you wanted it by Christmas and you ok’d it so I will not authorize a refund. I paid $80 for an 8x10 pc trusting it will be beautiful, like the work I saw on their Facebook page, instead I got a pc that is only 7x almost 8 that due to the way it looks and not finished, it’s not even worth $5. Now no gift and out all this money. Very upset! I was more than patient. So beware, she does not communicate with you, does not keep her word as to the pieces integrity and will NOt stand behind her product or representation of it!!! Very dissatisfied!!!! Will NEVER use or recommend!!
