We had our sons birthday party at Fly High yesterday. The person who helped us with our party was Sela. She did an AMAZING job!!! We basically showed up and she walked us through the rest. She made everything so easy for us. I especially appreciated her positive attitude. My son has been asking to have a birthday party at Fly High for months, and he loved the experience. This is a great place to bring your family for a fun time. I look forward to many more parties here. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Fly High is really fun! My kids LOVE coming here! My youngest especially loves the mega playground with all its tunnels and slides for the little guys. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. They make sure kids are playing safe. The price is a bit more then other local trampoline parks but overall, its fantastic!

Super fun place to go lots of different I obstacles and fun different games. There is a big ropes course up on the sealing and a big blob that is fun to jump off. Me and my family go all the time and have a blast!!!

The Halloween display is pretty cool and the black out is my favorite! They had a different net. Though, one thing is down and hasnt been working in almost a year.

Kids loved it especially hanging out w family. Only thing about this place is you cant tell whose staff members other than a small neon green lanyard a tshirt would definitely stand out. Overall that was one for the memory books AND save your grip socks if u plan on returning

Great for mixed age groups...toddler’s soft play is great, couldn’t convince him to bounce much this time. No doubt we’ll be headed back...It is $$ but only a $5 for parents accompanying.

They offer so much more than just trampoline park. They open an hour earlier on Fridays, for special needs. M-F, from 10am till 2pm while school is in session they offer toddler time. Its a cheaper price for those under 5, giving access to both sides. There are specials, several days of the week, making it affordable for most people. They also have coupons in the local coupon mailers. Need a fun place to hold a party, corporate get together, Christmas party, this is the place. Not to mention they have a monthly membership.

This place is great! Ann Marie was great and helped us set up a day for my daughters birthday. My kids had a blast and I did too! The entire staff was great and seemed knowledgeable about the numerous activities and a couple even got involved and played with the kids! It was awesome!

My kids love it here. There alot for them to do. Love the Ninja warrior theme at one particular area . Had my daughters birthday party here and it was great!

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because when I showed up with my niece for a birthday party the staff member said that her mom was supposed to be there but she will let it slide this time. But no first aid kit how is that legal? There is the invasive questions on the waiver I mean why do you need my address? And if you start typing you can now get anyones information. And its required. I get the email so that you can find yourself in a years years time. I also get asking your name and the childs name and age, but asking my age? Dont waste your money here if you want to take your nieces and nephew or even your neighborhood children. They wont let them in, go to the roller rink or the bowling alley or even Play Day. They will take them.

We had a blast! The place was clean, and employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lots of fun things to do. Even after two hours, I had to drag the kids away.

My Children and I had a great time at fly high. However, my husband went up to get a wristband and set down my $200 rayban sunglasses on the check in desk. Walked away and went right back to find they were gone. Asked the employees and they said they didn’t see them. He asked them if they could look at the camera to see who took them and they said they could not. I know, his fault for setting them down, but What I found to be really weird is that only one employee tried helping and went to find the man who was behind my husband in line and while he was doing that, the girl employee walked up from behind that same desk with my sunglasses in her hands. So my sunglasses never left the check in desk, but no one had/saw them?! So where did my glasses go? Are the employees trying to keep expensive items that customers may have left or set down? The place itself is great. Grateful my sunglasses popped back up as well!

The worker where very rude and constantly kept making comments to my family and my kids. They could be a lot more nicer the way the approach people. I was very uncomfortable the whole time and felt like we where all being watch we where very respectful until they kept approaching us for no reason i am very disappointed with the staff that was there last night around 6:00 very rude!

Prices are too high. It a nice place to have parties. Check the time on your receipt sometimes they say the hour is up when you still have 15mins left. Sometimes the place gets too full and kids will have to end up waiting to take turns and the workers are gettimg mad on the intercom for everyone to follow the rules. There should be a certain limit so this wont happen. Oh and there are different sections at a different price. So dont come in thinking you are paying for both sections

My kiddos had a blast here! So grateful for Annmarie! She was so sweet to my niece when she fell. Thank you for your kindness! Can’t wait to come back.

I have been waiting for Fly High to open for a while. Today they finnaly opened up and I paid a visit. Everything is new and there is still smell of fresh paint. $3 per trampoline socks is a good price. I will be taking my son there for his upcoming birthday. I am sure he will love it!

This is a very fun place for adults and kids. To play, have fun, laugh and jus be a kid.

Very clean and so much fun. I encourage parents to take their kids. My son took a real nice nap after 2 hours there.

This place was a must have for Farmington! We are so grateful for a fun and exciting thing to do with our little one. Its fun for parents and the whole family! Its clean and a huge location and we plan to go often!

I took my kids last night for the first time and it was horrible, staff is so rude, and unfare, they make me get a wrist band even if i was not jumping just for being in the trampoline area taking care of my daughters and I was not on the trampolines, I have a 4 and a 5 year old daughter and my 5 year old is autistic and they did not take that in to considerstion and they kept telling at my daughter and myself for things that other teenagers were doing as well and never bother them. Never going there again.

The managers stay on their phones even when there is a long line. the few times i have been here, they were not helpful and they seemed like they did not know what they were doing. It looks really unprofessional to have teenagers running a company and managers sitting in the front on their phones. I havent gone back since because one of the night managers has a bad attitude and she is usually the one I see sitting down, doing nothing. while all of the other employees on the trampolines are watching over the kids. managers should be watching out for customers just as much or even more than regular employees.

One younger employee literally leaning against snack glass stared at me like i had no business there( mind you me and wife took my son). But in all he had a good time.

Pretty awesome place. Lots of things to do and they have a separate play area for the younger kids that was just as great as the main area.

First, Im thrilled to have a trampoline park in Farmington. This one is well designed with excellent areas for little kids and bigger kids. A couple of issues:Check in went OK, but four people behind the desk sort of milled about without ever greeting the people standing in line. When I asked a question about the waiver, the only person actually checking people in had no clue on the answer and didnt bother to figure it out. No explanation of charges and I realized afterward I was overcharged. Guy insisted it was $15 for trampolines regardless of age. I had a 3 year old with us and it should have been only $8. I even mentioned it but he said I was wrong and I didnt argue. I didnt check the website and notice I was correct all along until I got home. Prices arent readily available upon check-in.The biggest issue is that the employees were SO strict on the rules that it gave my 12 year old anxiety, brought her to tears, and really decreased the fun. I totally understand that they need to limit liability and keep the place safe, but it was over the top. One kid would be in the ball pit, some other random kid goes onto the course and then my kids get yelled at for having more than one kid in the pit. Over and over and over again. The ball pits are big and the kids werent falling or jumping on each other. Honestly if only one person can be using each obstacle course at a time, theres no point. Its impossible.Other times my kid got spoken to for having more than one person on a trampoline. A LARGE, 30 ft long trampoline with one kid on one end and another on the other. You cant control all of the other kids there. They will cross or start jumping.The airbag was not closed off or marked as closed. Some employees would tell kids it was closed and not to use it. The manager came by, introduced himself, was quite friendly, and told me it was fine to use. Then another employee came by and told me it was closed and we couldnt use it. Obviously poor communication between staff and again - just another thing for kids to get in trouble for. If its closed, mark it as closed. You cant expect something to be unmarked and look open and for kids to know its closed. Its upsetting for adults AND kids to feel like staff is constantly picking on them and looking for any infraction and that is what it was beginning to feel like here.Again, I do appreciate the need for some rules. I was playing WITH my kids and they are, overall, really good, mindful, rule-following kids - not wild bangees. The staff made us uncomfortable with their over-the-top focus on rules. I hope they will lighten up as wed love to come here regularly from Durango.

Fun place for the kids but a bit pricy if you have multiple kids especially if the workers dont explain the price differences. It was our first time there and we had a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They charged us for both trampoline and toddler area. If I knew I wouldve only paid for the toddler area for my 2 young children as they hardly played in the trampoline area.
