Had so much fun with the kids,always a good time

Every time I go to zap zone in Farmington Hills I enjoy myself I just love the staff there they’re so kind and so thoughtful of you and your family for my sons birthday party outing we went to zap zone and unfortunately I had some car trouble leaving three of the staff members at zap zone and the escape room helped me beyond belief they were there to help me physically and spiritually they do not know what I was going through at the moment and I was in a very stressful situation and they help me so much I want to to do something so special for them and I will Jim Javon and most importantly Gail Jim suggest said that me giving a positive review will be OK but it’s not I appreciate them more than they know and one day soon I’m going to show them my appreciation for zap zone is a awesome place to go

This place has truly expanded over the years. 10 years ago, all I can remember was the Laser Tag and a few arcade games. Ill definitely be spending some Sunday afternoons there with my daughter.

Had a blast. Too bad they dont serve booze! Theres plenty to do from.that new ninja playscape to arcade games. Fun for the whole family not just the kids. I highly recommend for family fun!

This place is great for all ages. Celebrated my grandmas 77th birthday yesterday had a blast, won a bunch of cool stuff. Laser tag go carts bumper cars and pretty good . Thanks to the staff for making it an awesome day

They would get hight because it such a nice place and people however when we finally received our Pizza it was right before our room time was up. I do have to say they did let us stay in the room after then pizza debacle.

This Zap Zone literally was absolutely insane, for my first time coming here, since I live in Arizona, this place was the bigger and better than Dave & Buster’s, the arcade games were very new and in great condition. Also the carpet with the zap zone label on it looked incredible. The staff were super friendly and let me redeem all my tickets on plush. If you want to go have fun with yourself, family, friends come on down to Zap Zone because they also have great specials and the food is absolutely amazing there!!!!

Had an EXCELLENT experience there tonight. The manager greeted us. Grant and Nadia were extremely helpful. Highly recommend this location. Very clean and everyone as super friendly. We drove about 45 minutes to this location for the go-carts and obstacle course and it was well worth the drive!! We will be going back SOON!

Great place to go with or without the kids.

Possibly one of the best laser tag experiences Ive ever had. Cooper was fantastic, great sense of humor and excellent when interacting with more than one are grokup at a time. Well done Zap Zone.

Very fun, and so much to do.

Had an awesome time here. We usually visit the Canton location until we found out this location has indoor go-kart, trampolines, and better prizes! A couple of machines acted up but the attendants came quickly to rectify the situation. Very clean and smelled surprisingly good. Easy to see from the street, this is a huge location offering an escape room, bumper cars, VR center, glo-golf and tons more. Great place for a birthday party for ALL ages. Prices are reasonable we spent 4 hours here and spent about $60 between 3 of us (not including food). They sell different kinds of pizza, they also have different types of soda and slushies. The employees were very helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to have fun with the kiddos or just be a kid again!

Reservations required Clean My child had a safe great time Im annoyed that someone stole his mask and slipped us a plain non surgical one. Not ZapZones fault but it dampened the experience to have to purchase a new one.

This place is amazing!!! Very clean!!! Staff is amazing and polite!!! They do make fresh pizza/pretzels!!! They do have great deals on their website monthly. So check there before you go! I take my son and spend $50 to $100 on coins. It keeps us busy for hours!!! The prizes are awesome! Birthday parties are a must!

Very fun, nice staff, surprisingly tasty hot dogs. Good Lazer tag arena, trampolines go karts and arcade, just a fun time! Also Tuesdays are half price. I highly recommend. Also Grant the attendant was very nice!

My son party turned out to be awesome! The host was very helpful and nice. I forgot his name. The kids had a blast!. My son already wants to go back. Was worth every penny! Will be taking my son back soon. My favorite part was the party lights in the room. Very cool!

What a FUN time with my family this Sunday! $25 for two hours of fun was too much for my little ones and needless to say we all got a good nights sleep! Thank you!

Love all the changes that were made. So up to date now. We are here for the unlimited night for $25... Would of loved a flier at the schools around here.

Me and my hubby took the grandsons there for Skylers birthday, and they had a good time! But Nathan was a little Moody. LOL

I had a lot of fun at zap zone and escape room & thanks to an employee named kaitlynn!!!she made the experience 1000x better GIVE HER A RAISE!!!!!!!

The staff were very kind, especially the young man working the trampoline area. The party hosts were also helpful. Overall the atmosphere is very kid friendly. Oh, and the bathrooms were clean!

I love Zap Zone at least this one.I was there for my friends birthday party they were nice we had 2 hours to do whatever we wanted and that ran out 5 minutes ago but they still let us play mini golf.this is why I am giving Zap Zone 5 stars

I would like to take the time to Recognize Jacob over in the VR-Zone! He walked us through the entire listings of what we had access to, being our first time using VR! He even took the time to sterilize the headsets for us before putting them on which was VERY considerate! All questions we asked were answered in a calm respectful and helpful Manner!

Took my kiddos here for a birthday party and had a blast!! We got a ton of tickets playing the games and tokens werent crazy expensive which was awesome! The guy at the prize counter was great and so very patient with my indecisive son, then informed us about the double ticket days coming up so we could get the most out of our tickets!! We will definitely be back!!

THIS location is quite large, nice staff, helpful. Pizza good, great game selection. Amazing VIP HIGH ROLLER display.

Went to zap zone with a couple of friends and we had an amazing time! the service was good and everyone working here was respectful. I appreciated the varieties in the game in case you ever get tired of playing the same game over and over again.

Very fun but trampolines felt very UNSAFE. I Jammed my finger within 5m. but I did have a blast lmao

Ive been here 3 times now. Today, 10/13, we came for my birthday. The staff were very kind and helpful. Very polite. The place was clean. There were quite a few games down but, I saw someone working on multiple games while we were there. I imagine a lot gets broken after a Saturday.. kids are nuts My daughter wants to come back for her birthday in a couple weeks. We are looking forward to another awesome visit!

The $25 dollar wrist band night is completely worth it, my daughter and her friends did everything multiple times and had a blast

We came here to book a party for our son and were very impressed with the manager and making sure we had a good experience. Everything was amazing, everything went smoothly, but the highest point where even i was participating with the kids were the amazing lazer tag specialty games. Be sure to ask for Lord Vader!

Clean , fun staff , had my son and daughters party they were very accommodating and welcoming

You buy tokens for the machines. 100 tokens for 20.00 and every machine takes 4 tokens. And a few of the machines didnt work after putting tokens in. Too expensive in my opinion. Plus paid 25.00 for a bracelet for laser tag and 2.50 for socks to climb or jump on trampoline.

Over the past couple years, they have invested a lot of money to upgrade this facility! Everything they have done has improved the experience for my kids. Keep up the great work guys! Update: We actually did the Ninja zone last time and it was great! The only issue I have is that 15 min is a little tight for the springs section now. We want to do the ninja zone, jump in the foam pit and have fun on the trampolines. Would be nice if it was 20 min for the same price:). Still, we are very happy. Thanks!

This location is the one to visit. Its the biggest in the area as far as I can tell. Tip: call and double check open-play times the morning of the day you expect to visit, they have been known to mis-report large private events in advance in the past.

This place had the works!! Laser Tag, Go-karts, Bumper cars,GlowGolf, trampolines, large arcade with huge selection and wide variety of games!!I just I just gave a 13th birthday celebration for my daughter and 12/kids and 10/ adults. The rooms are a bit small in regards to the party rooms but the host and all the attractions made up for that. They dont really have a large party menu when it comes to food but their Pizza is very delicious.The party packages are actually pretty budget-friendly and their website is very informative I would definitely recommend zapzone!!

Amazing escape rooms! Must try everyone. Make sure you have a good group of friends when you are up for this activity. Also start from lever 1 difficulty as it can be very challenging to deep dive! Recommended!

In my opinion, this place is the best place that you can go in Michigan! So many fun things to do. They have an amazing laser tag arena that is 2 stories! They also have an amazing arcade, with a wide variety of games. They have a mini golf coarse that glows! The go karts there are amazing too! Really, this is the best place in Michigan!

Lots of fun for the kids. The arcade is a little pricey compared to some other places and the glo golf holes are mostly really short holes but you can play through again if you like for free. Two story laser tag and indoor go karts were a lot of fun. Tuesdays are half off attractions arcade still full price though.

Zap Zone was a really cool spot to start my Birthday. My friends and I had a great time as we maneuvered our way through the really tricky miniature gold course. The atmosphere was great, the lighting inside of what I call a tunnel was cool. The course was decorated really nicely and the people were friendly and treated us very nicely. They even entertained our shenanigans and took pictures for us. Thanks Zap Zone for making the start of my Birthday really fun.

This place is huge they had all the latest games.

Awesome place. Stopped during a long trip to avoid traffic and power up before continuing after a rough weekend and hard trip. Staff was just boarding on not completely out right rude. But overall we were very glad to find this gem and may mark it as a halfway stop spot in future.

Awesome place for parties or a rainy day with kids. Indoor gocarts, bumper cars, laser tag (great for kids and adults), a climbing area, airtime style trampoline area, and tons of arcade games. Arcade games are a little steep price-wise, but otherwise was a great time and would recommend it.

This place is really awesome! If you have kids do you need to bring them here because it is a little kids Paradise. I think that they had glow golf and escape room arcade and they had food there too. Come to think of it I think they had a couple virtual reality machines that you could use as well. I know the one in Farmington has go-karts in the upper level.

Great for kids but not so much for adults. Would recommend for small party but nothing over 5 people... The service they give for parties such as, pitchers, pizza, and the time frame can be drastically improved. The seating thats available outside the party rooms SUCK, onces they put you out the party room, you are expected to find a booth, (witch is never available) and if u have a big party, there is just no hope for you!!

Lots to do but a few games and attractions were not operating. I imagine it was because they had recently moved? Either way still fun and I would return with the family the next time were back in Michigan. Also the double ticket weeks are awesome. We were lucky to catch the last day of one. Any tickets you win during you time there are double by Zap Zone!!
