First time visiting and it was great!... Brought some kiddies along to play some games and they had an awesome time.. The old arcade games were great, they even have virtual games. Their prices are CRAZY low and the staff are friendly. I LOVED the decor and the many different factoids. It was like a play place and adventure in the past. Very clean and everything went smoothly a couple games didnt work but the employees were quick to reimburse us. Food smelled great and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to have a great time. Kids and adults of all ages will have a great time.

This place is an incredible little gem! If you love arcade games and game related antiques and collectibles, this place will blow your mind... There is not an inch that isnt filled with something cool and quirky. Fun outing fir the whole family! We bought a Groupon not realizing that there is no charge for admission but was still a great deal. I absolutely love that all of the games and machines take regular old quarters... No having to deal with cards or tokens! Everything ranged from 25 cents to 2 dollars, most were 50 cents. Very reasonable! My family of 4 spent a good couple of hours here for only $32 and we would definitely visit again!

Some are current while others are from decades past. Do you like pinball games? Well there is a nice selection to choose and play. For the games that distribute tickets, take them to the prize store to get something cool. They do have things to eat and drink if you want. Just a very cool place to visit.

Super cool experience for something different in an arcade. Some of the old machines were so awesome to get to see! I would absolutely go here just simply for a new environment from normal arcades. That being said some of the downsides were the upkeep of the restrooms and prices of games. The womans restroom was poorly maintained. Toilet did not flush properly so water went down leaving paper behind , no lock on bathroom door where changing table is located ( luckily had daughter with me to hold door closed and take turns) the toilet paper does not fit on the holder so its stuck in place leaving you to spend time unraveling it slowly. Simple fixes ( lock and paper holder) that are clearly just being ignored. Prices were also an issue, certainly not the .25 games like at Chuck e cheese. Many games are around a dollar leaving you to spend money quite quickly. Went through the money we brought in 30 minutes but the kids did have fun. The baby enjoyed all the lights and movement so everyone had fun. The building is very small so I recommend going when its fairly empty otherwise its hard to get around through people.

One of a kind. Magical fun for all ages! Affordable too. Took the grand kids there for their 4th birthday, and the whole family had a blast! As soon as you walk in the door, if you put quarters in the box to your right, the planes on the ceiling go around the track. There are vintage arcade wonders and pinball games galore. There are a few more modern-day games such as skee ball, basketball, star wars pod, etc....The games all cost between .25 and .75 each. There are things to look at and do everywhere! We spent about 3.5 hours there, and about 70.00 but that was for 2 kids and 4 adults who played a few games, plus snacks. They have snacks and personal pizzas, chicken nuggets, fries, popcorn, nachos. You can do birthday parties there. What a fabulous place that not only preserves a cool part of history, but has a lot of fun stuff to do! We will definitely go there again, and now a few of my work friends want to take their families too.

Ive always felt a weird connection with Zoltar machines. I cant pass by one without grabbing my fortune! Although they dont have a Zoltar machine, Marvins still made my off beat-loving heart flutter. This place is full of retro coin machines, the fact you can actually use them is even crazier as some of the stuff here is definitely museum-worthy. Most machines are 25 cents and there are change machines if you need them. We didnt play too many games so we were in and out in a little over an hour. Rating a 4 because a couple of machines seemed to be broken and ate our change, but its still definitely worth the drive from downtown Detroit if youve got time to kill.

Review №84

I stopped in here with my son because my girlfriend and I were looking for a cheap, unique, arcade type place that we could take him to for some weekend fun. Though this place wasnt as cheap as I was thinking it was going to be (most games cost a dollar or more), it was however definitely a very neat and unique experience. When you walk in, there is so much to look at, its hard to figure out what you should be checking out first. There is a ton of vintage signage, decorations, and games. It really is neat to be able to see how arcade games started out, and how they are today. There are a ton of things to play here, many that you will absolutely not find at any other arcade around the area. On the other hand, when we were here there seemed to be quite a few non-working games mixed in with the working ones. The facility is also packed pretty tight with games and decorations so when it gets busy, it gets pretty congested and difficult to move around. The only real issue we had here, was when we were trying to eat and it became more of a hassle trying to get the food we ordered, than it was worth eventually eating. I was excited to go to an arcade place that served simple bar type foods that were affordable. That was until it quickly became apparent that they are incredibly unorganized when it comes to the food they offer, prepare, and serve. They forgot to prepare most of our food order, so we all had to eat separately because none of the food was done a the same time. By the time my food came, my drink was gone so I asked if I could get a refill of my fountain pop—and immediately was given resistance from an employee about refilling my drink, which I found to be ridiculous. They also offer things that typically require some sort of dipping sauce (like Mozzarella Sticks) but then have nothing available to dip them into. This may seem petty but its the simplicity of these type of things, that make them the most irritating and inconvenient.Overall, if youre looking for a unique place to play some fun games, then this is your place. With that being said, I wouldnt advise eating here due to the issues I listed above. They also allow birthday parties to come in and the seating they use is mixed in with the eating everyone else has to use for eating or just wanting to sit down—so it becomes very crowded, very quickly if there happens to be a party going on (which there was when we were here). The staff is friendly, but extremely unorganized in my opinion and to me that is a major issue, especially at a place that is small or has a small staff (in this case both).I am glad that I stopped in to check this place out, but I am not sure when and if Ill be back.

Its a fun and unique place to visit. I definitely recommend it if you are into the odd or strange. They have a lot of fun old arcade machines that mainly put on a show you dont get tickets or win anything from them you just watch. If youre going there to treat it as a regular arcade I would say that there are better options like round one over at great lakes crossing. But if you want to win some tickets with the kids and maybe see something else thats fun and interesting on the side that I recommend this location!
