This was my second year and 2nd time using Carnival Bounce. Excellent service and more than timely with drop-off and pick-up services. I highly recommend this company for your party rental needs!

Mike is Great! So helpful and nice! He helped me out with a party farther than he normally goes. Got a piece for a machine I rented that day! All around a great experience! Thank you mike for making my wedding the best party to start off 2020!!!!

Michael and his team are great! They always have what I need to make my events the best. Plus, kids love everything they have in their full selection of fun games, bouncers and more!

Unprofessional, and unresponsive. Will only accommodate you if it is convenient for him. Advertises that he services all of Oakland county, but will pick and choose based on profitability. This would be the equivalent of going into a store, and being told you cant purchase the items because you arent spending enough. Very clearly does not know how to run a business. Even if a booking isnt that profitable, that is potential return business, and more based on free marketing and personal recommendations. Literally tried sending me to a competitor. He finally offered to let me pick the bounce house up, but then stopped answering or returning my calls. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.Edit: Why would I ever try calling you again?? Lol. You are a straight up liar and wrote up a whole book of BS below trying to make me out as the bad guy. I never pleaded with you at all. You flat out offered it up and asked ME if I had a truck. You went back on your word, and stopped answering my calls. It’s really as simple as that. Just sad that you are a complete liar and can’t own up to your mistakes.

Thank you again for providing two great games and a bounce house for our event. As always everything showed up on time and was picked up when promised. Drop off and pick up went smoothly and your guys were great and very helpful. The battle light game was a huge hit. Thank you for continuing to support our school and community and providing a great service to us. I highly recommend this company.

They advertise that they travel all over Oakland county and then some, but when asked to make a 30 minute trip they decline me. From the minute I filled out a request form I felt like my business was unwanted. I had to reach out when I didn’t hear back several times, and felt like I was a giant inconvience to this company. Luckily I found another company, almost the same distance who has been nothing but helpful and reliable.

This company is a joke. Call the rest, and then call the best!!!Deal with the Professionals. Is far from what they actually are. I called this company to secure a bounce house for my sons birthday and also emailed. They owner didnt bother to pick up the phone and provide any customer service to a prospecting customer, but he was sure to email me back right away asking me all of my credentials i.e. where I live, which unit, what day and time, to which I thought I was reserving a unit but later found out he was only sizing up my purchase to see if he wanted to even service me as he had enough business. I tried to reserve the 3n1 combo for the lesser price of course and once he realized I was seeking the cheaper toddler version; as he called it he told me it was unavailable. I asked for the more expensive one then and he responds IN EMAIL too, sorry too late I just rented it out to someone else a moment ago. I had spent the better half of my day trying to reserve this bounce house to be told someone else got it just a moment ago when he didnt even have the decency or PROFESSIONALISM to call me back? Professionals to say the least. I would not recommend this company in the slightest. Do yourself a favor and search for Bounce Brothers out of Livonia, MI. They are cheaper in price and the owner is an outstanding PROFESSIONAL and unbelievably helpful and reliable person. He took my order within less then 24 hours left until my sons party and even delivered it the night before (without charging me an arm and a leg). SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE AND CALL A REAL PROFESSIONAL!
