Amazing help, the training manager and manager were awesome with helping me find what I was looking for!

I purchased a corset for a Halloween outfit and the ink detector was still attached and when I called Renee said i would receive a refund on my method of original purchased, I was 120 miles from home in Battle Creek when I called w/i 24hrs of purchase, explained that I could not come back for a couple of days. When I returned Tasha told me Renee would have NEVER said that. She refused to refund my defected zipper Corset. Customer Service sucks. I was told the GM would call me, that never happened. Totally ruined my Halloween Night, Outfit and Spirit. I feel discriminated against as well as lied to, & will not return....EVER

Just left the store and the employee seemed annoyed that me and my Fiancé came in to shop. She has terrible customer service skills. Im never coming back here again, I rather go to couples corner on Northwestern highway and pay twice as much for better service.
