Nice and clean. Not as many activities as the one in Bismarck so the kids were a little disappointed with that. But the staff seemed nice, doing actual dodge ball games for the kids.

Family friendly facility for indoor activities or just to have fun bouncing on trampolines and games during bad weather conditions outside.

We had a blast! My only complaint is the beginning check in, but very minor compared to the fun! They have obstacles to jump up to and off of and dodgeball and a basketball area too. All on trampolines!!

They are doing a great job of keeping this place clean. Jumping is a great workout and fun too

My son & his family came to town, so we enjoyed some family fun!

We took our son here this weekend for their toddler hour. He had a blast. And it was cool we could get parent passes to jump with the kids. We all had a great time, and itll be a new weekend activity for sure!

A great time even for adults that want to let their inner five year old out and play! They’ve added some new features which are really fun! It was a little busy when we went (Saturday afternoon), so it was a little crowded. Other than that it was a really fun way to be active on a cold winter day.

Our 4H club went to Sky Zone as a group. The staff opened a dodge ball arena just for our club because of all the little kids. Our group had a blast! They didnt want their time to end. Great day!

Visiting from Colorado I took my daughter and 4 friends to the sky zone in North Dakota they had I blast they had so much fun we stayed an extra hour.The supervisor was extremely professional I was almost shocked the entire place was super Crowded tons of kids and it looked like they could’ve used a extra person. That’s how busy it was how ever I seen thesupervisor DYLAN HUMBLE Handel his staff and guests with respect and compassion he was very easy to talk to and had them motivated to work safely having his staff make sure the kids where following the rules and the place was a clean environmentI’ve been to other sky zones in other states this sky zone in NOTH DAKOTA. Was hands down the best in many ways the staff was outstanding food was fresh and the bathrooms and floor was clean.totally worth the money couldn’t ask for more

This place just feels neat. Friendly staff and a cool, fun way to get some exercise. Tramp jumping, foam pit and more. Theres a party room and even a massage chair. Fun for the whole family, even if youd like to relax a bit while they are jumping. Smiles were common here.

Kids had a great time. Five stars if they had a dedicated spot for kids younger than 4.

Trampoline parks are not the safest place in the world to take a kid..... the safest place is not to take them anywhere, wrap them in bubble paper, and ward off the possibility of injury. Or......be realistic, accept that kids will be kids and take them somewhere where adolescence and youthfulness is not only celebrated, ......its unavoidable. The 5 stars is the result of the sky zone staff responding to injury. One of my littles twisted his ankle and the staff acted like he was their own kid..... very compassionate and very attentive. Im impressed, to the core. Thanks yall.

This place was a lot of fun! The only thing I would change is breaking up the age groups on certain places which they have signs out but staff doesn’t enforce them. However, the place is clean and a lot of fun for both kids and parents. I will definitely go again.

Sky Zone is a clean, fun environment for people of all ages! The staff is very good about letting you know of deals and carry on good conversation with customers.

Our three year old twins loved everything from the foam pit, to dodgeball and even just jumping around with Mom and Dad! Even Papa and Nana jumped into the foam pit! We had a great time and we will definitely come back next time we are in Fargo!

Just hosted a birthday party this last weekend - it was the WORST. They switched check-in time 30 min later with ZERO communication to me . I had kids and kids parents waiting & frustrated. The lack of communication and lack or organization was painful. I voiced my frustration with Management and they had ZERO care. All they said, I am sorry that event coordinator is no longer here and the new event coordinator double booked your time. It was a nightmare - save your money and hold your party someplace else. The price we pay for the service they provide is seriously inadequate.

Awesome experience and willFor sure be back again! The boys all had a great time for my sons birthday party! Although we didnt do the birthday package we still used the facility to jump! Thanks to all the staff for a fun time

I am rating Sky Zone 3 stars because my kids had a Great time.... However my experience was ruined when the Food Couet cashier who touches money, touched all 3 slices of our pizza with her Bare Hands.... Now my family alone spent over $100 on this 1 visit alone and there were plenty of people in the building... I say this to say I am more than sure Sky Zone can afford tongs or plastic gloves.... I can not believe during Winter/Flu ESPECIALLY they are practicing this type of behavior!!!! This alone may be the reason this will visit will be our 1st and our last..... Now dont get wrong I am well aware of what may happen behind closed doors at restaurants (which is also unacceptable) but hey at that rate we all should NEVER out....

Absolutely awful experience. Very rude workers and didn’t even really let us jump. My brother who was sitting next to his 2 year old daughter was told he could not sit next to her on the side while she jumped because it was a safety hazard but they let 3 kids jump on the same small trampoline and didn’t say anything as well as let multiple other parents jump on the same pad as their kid. They had a spot for kids 6 and under but it was closed and we were not told why and just got yelled when my 2 year old niece tried to go on it. Overall a very bad experience and most definetly won’t be coming back to this sky zone ever again.

This was a great place to take the teens, kids, and young adults. With games like dodge ball and dunking a basketball besides the field of trampolines its a lot of fun.

5 year old loves coming here, manager is great, the rest of the staff not so much.

I take my boys here all the time! Weve actually had a few birthday here too. as much as I wish I had one of these when I was growing up, I throw on the socks and hop around with my little guys too! The staff does a great job and they work well with the kids. I mean trampoline dodgeball...can you think of better thing to do on a rainy October day?!?! Keep it up humans

The check in system was designed to be racist it asked for nationality , and I clicked on United States since my son was born in MN and it basically didn’t let us sign the waiver, we had to chose a different country in order to proceed . Which took time .. that’s not cool . And what’s with the pricing? , definitely overpriced . I paid 15 for one hour , and they wouldn’t let him use his own socks so I paid 3 dollers for their socks . That’s 18 dollers for one hour .

Was there for a birthday. Check-in people were nice and helpful. BUT, the bouncing supervisors barely did anything. Kids were going into my kids squares and running into them and almost jumping on them. Kids would literally rip balls out of my kids hands, the supervisors did NOTHING. Supervisors let kids cut in front of other kids waiting in line for the foam pit jump REPEATEDLY. Would have been much more fun if rules were enforced. I mean, a 6/7 year old pushed my 3 year old daughter by jumping into her square and slamming into her. Then he proceeded to jump when she was down so she couldnt get up and was hitting her face the edges. She screamed for help. We were trying to get her up, kid still didnt stop. Supervisors ignored it. Very disappointed :(

My kids love going here, although its pretty pricey it would be great if there was a special toddler zone for when I want to bring all of my kids to jump since we have to drive a good way to get here.

This place is great for days when you dont know what to do or the weather is bad. Its only $13 per person, per hour, which is pretty reasonable. The place is clean, and the staff is very good with children.

Sunday morning, waiting for the park to open for a booked bday party with checkin time at 10-30 am. Seriously??? 15 people waiting. No one answering the phone in the park.

1st time there with my grandkids and they really had a great time and was glad they got a chance to participate in the different areas for the gym. Its a great way to get in some exercise and burn off energy for a good night of sleep.

Great place to jump on all sorts of trampolines as long as you make sure you dont step on any kids.

It a very expenisive place for me to go. Only been there twice. Just went this past Saturday cause my daughter got a free 30 min for reading at school. I had two of my other kids with and for 30 min. 3 pairs of socks it was 20.40 not to bad. I was disappointed though cause by the time we check in it was 215 and there stickers said 2 to 230 so they really only go 15 minutes which i dont feel is fair. I still let them jump for 15 more minutes and no one said anything. Very busy place.

The grandkids love going going to Skyzone!! They especially like dodge ball. But they wish Skyzone would bring back Skywars (Nerf Battles).

You can’t do any good or cool tricks cause they don’t allow anything over a double flip which is dumb because then there isn’t a point for the waiver. Not a fun place to go. Oh and the female worker who looks like a dude from behind and has a deep voice ruined my experience with how rude she is to the kids and adults.

SO much fun my granddaughter and I had during our 120 minutes... I was a first timer but she was an old pro on the trampolines. I loved it mostly because SHE did, and it was quite a workout for both of us! Plus, we got some cool socks out of the deal as well

My kids had a blast, the employees were helpful, it was fun watching them do fun activities with the kids (Dodge ball, jump over the noodle) but it is just so expensive. For a family with three kids, it came to $41 for one hour. Thats just not a feasible expense to have more than once a year (if that).

Great place for people of all ages. They have toddler Time and special teen times. Check their schedule for specific times. Open jump is great for the whole family. Its not the cheapest, but it is worth it. Be aware that kids cant jump on the same trampoline section as you, even if they are very small kids. They have to jump on their own. You also need to purchase specific socks to wear there.

Good place to go when its too yucky to do anything outside

My daughter went to a birthday party here. It was a little chaotic and they forgot about the cake so it went really long and all of the parents had to stand around waiting for about 30-40 minutes. Otherwise, my daughter had a great time!

For about $25, my two kids can jump like crazy and burn some energy. (I promise 30 min is enough for the casual jumper, I was pooped after 15 but it is so fun!)

This establishment is not for tiny tikes. We looked on their website ahead of time just to make sure. They say they accept kids 4 and under but our experience today was anything but fun. We have frequented a similar trampoline gym in our home town for years without any issues. We had 2 adults supervising two kids under 3 and we were charged for their admission even though the website states smaller kids can have a chaperone without an admission charge. (The adults were not there to jump).I can respect the fact that establishment wants to keep things safe. The staff were constantly reprimanding the kids ages 1, 2, 4 and 4. How much air can a 1 and 2 year old get? No much. It was overkill. The kids were there to explore and every which way they turned they were getting yelled at.Please beware this is an expensive place to have fun and the fun police are out in full force.

My two girls had been asking me to take them for quite some time. They finally got their chance, and they loved it. Although, I pictured the place more spacious. Even so, they got the hour experience. On our way back home, they were so tired they fell asleep. Yes, they would love to go back.

More options are needed and the price is too high for what you are able to do there.

My daughter and her friend attended the Fortnite lock in on Feb 23 and needless to say if you are gonna do it for the VIP, then everyone should have that opportunity. I was told that VIP got to have the first priv at the jump time then had the personal room with all snacks, drinks, and chocolate fountain provided while all others had to buy their own snacks and drinks. In addition to this, VIP were the ones to participate in the prize games and nobody else got to. Im not knocking you on the facility because its great. All Im saying is that these kind of things need to be more transparent in what all is included in the package, and maybe make it across the board so that everybody has a chance to participate, not just a select few!

Fun for kids and parents!

My son (7) and daughter (10) have been here a handful of times and adore this place. Most recently, my son attended a birthday party. It seemed very well organized, and had a nice sized party room. The balcony is a great place to hangout and watch if you dont want to jump. The atmosphere is bright, colorful, fun and welcoming.

We went to Sky Zone for the toddler time that is offered before they technically open in Saturday. Make sure you complete the waiver online before you come in, saves time. You will need to purchase Sky Zone socks before your first visit. These are $3 each and are bright orange. Parents are free during toddler time, just need to purchase the socks and the $8 ticket per kid. The minus star is for the semi mass chaos. Kids of all ages are put in the same area and with only one staff member, kids are not following the rules. The music is also rather intense, with screaming rock mixed with more appropriate kids music. Overall we had a blast and now that we have the socks we will be coming back!!

Very crowded at times and a lot of little kids, It is hard to find a day that you are free and the sky zone isn’t filled to its max. I would recommend going either a week day or at a early time.

Was in Fargo visiting family and had to find an activity to get the kids active. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, without reservations, kids had waivers signed and were jumping within 5 minutes. Staff did abgreat job moving everyone through the process. The space was clean, well lit and well ventilated. Kids had a blast. Food left a little to be desired but hey....I didnt go there for the cuisine ;-)

Fun place to go! Toddler time is a bit hectic but its great they have a time set aside for the younger ones.

My son chose this for his birthday along with 3 of his friends in early December. They had a blast. Staff were super friendly in helping us to get the best price for our group. Apparently they forgot one of the birthday cards there. Received a call from them yesterday. They had found the card and managed after a few calls to track us down and mailed the card to us. Really outstanding customer service.
