Our 1 week stay was excellent. We were made aware of additional time after the previous people checked out for extra Covid cleaning/airing out. Its a very simple place, few bells & whistles, though its nice & clean, and the view to the ocean right across a huge kite park is great!

What a great location! Private beach across the street and an outdoor pool for the kids. They had many yard games to keep the kids entertained also. The small kitchen was great for eating a quick meal in and saving some money. We stayed for the Falmouth Road Race and my family was able to cheer me on right in front of the hotel. We will definitely be back again for a family vacation!

Location is amazing, looks right out into the bay. But it is older and tv was small and hard to see. For a night its nice. Most members here at this time of year (late summer early fall) are older but would stay again but bring a mattress pad!

While it says it sleeps 4, sleeps is it. Its a Murphy bed and pullout couch. Very small. Nice kitchenette and very nice view. 8 minute walk to a public beach. Windy area though so it feels cooler here. You as the guest are responsible for providing your own toilet paper so stock up at the dollar store. Put your towels outside in order to receive clean towels. There is a tip envelope for the cleaning staff, but considering we did most of the cleanup it was a little offensive. Traffic here in the summer is HORRIBLE. On the upside it was clean with a nice view for a good price so I cant complain.

For a small Inn, it was actually great. Bed was more comfortable than some high end resorts I’ve been to. The view off the deck in the morning was great and the surrounding area is wonderful. Cool little spot.

Stayed only one night in one of the larger suites. The location is excellent- right next to the ocean. The suite was ok- nothing fancy and could use some updating. Had to scavenge around for blankets for the extra bed in the living area, so it would be nice if they left them out for guests. Also, it would be very nice if they could keep the pool open later. It was a nice stay, would most likely stay there again if traveling with a large group.

The rooms here were fine but the service was terrible. The woman at the front desk couldnt even direct us how to get to our room from the front desk or where to park. Also, I wanted to see if I could purchase a toothbrush at the front desk the next morning and the desk is not even open until 9am with checkout at 10am.

It was okay. Close to the Island Queen Ferry and an ocean view. Pool, jacuzzi, and other activities. But the rooms are not up to date at all and the wifi is $2 a day (Or $5 a week).

You’d think that a place that welcomes visitors from other countries will also make sure it can accept international credit cards. Or least Canadian cards. Ended up going to a local bank to withdraw cash at an inflated exchange rate. Not a great start of vacation.

This so-called a “resort” is actually a motel level place. The room is very small and it does not have a proper bed in the room. The upstairs guests made so much noise moving furniture (very old and dirty) all night long, it was so difficult to sleep. This motel is the worse hotel we have stayed anywhere in the world, we do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

My Sister and I came to stay here for the weekend and it was a very disappointing and stressful experience. We had to trade rooms because the fridge and toilet wasnt working in the first room, then in the second room the toilet and lights werent working. When we brought the issues with the second room to attention we were meet with the front desk agent saying she didn’t want to hear our complaints. When this was then brought to management she dismissed both my sister and I when we had paid over 400.00 for the 2 nights.Pros: 5 minute walk to the ferry and a ocean view.Cons: Staff was unhelpful and extremely rude, or just not trained to work in hospitality. Rooms are extremely disfunctional and there is no maintenance on site.

The business owners should rename this establishment from a resort to a motel. Even though the room came with everything as described, it was quite cramped with the Murphy bed and the pull out deployed. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi was available, however the way they counted devices was with tickets with access numbers instead of the reservation number like other establishments. The sign on portal was not configured to show up without SSL and wouldnt show up on remotely modern devices without using a workaround to turn off SSL. Truly an awful establishment. Book elsewhere.

Not impressed, though this place has many potentials.Pros: small kitchenette with utensils and plates, small fridge and microwave. Location is pretty central, though its located on a side of a very busy road with cars zipping by nonstop. Cons: small room with Murphy bed, smelly sofa and questionable sheets freshness. No cleaning services. They collected towels every other day and brought back a plastic bag with towels which was left by the door. Poor survice. One more thing: our room was on second floor adjacent to their dump site. If the wind was blowing toward our room, the smell was strong enough to sent u vomiting. All in all: do not recommend. Potentially this cash be an amazing place, but it needs to be better staffed and needs major updating. Sofas towels sheets and curtains must go.Do not spend ur precious holidays in this dump!

Will never go back! rooms are not serviced and you have to strip your own beds, if you consider a Murphy bed with a horribly thin mattress and a pull out couch that should have been taken to the dump years ago, beds. If you do not clean your room and empty your own trash, you will be charged a fine. good view but staying there is a nightmare. dingy, questionably cleaned and when you pay a rather steep rate, having to drag your dirty towels to the office and beg for clean ones while taking out your trash and cleaning your room is ridiculous. You would be better off camping as an air mattress would offer a much better nights sleep!

We went for our honeymoon...originally when we first arrived, to our surprise our room had a Murphy Bed in our living room. We stayed beneath a room with very nocturnal guests and you can hear every creek in the floorboards. We were required to throw our own trash away, strip our own bed, and had to ensure we put everything back the way we found it when we first arrived otherwise get hit with a cleaning fee........ with that being said, It was clean and super close to the ocean.

Supurb location! In every way that the room is lacking, the location totally makes up for it. Its a very quaint small motel (I would not call it a resort). However it is very clean and it does have a pool and small hottub (also clean). The grounds are well maintained and its right across from the beach. I would recommend that you bring your own pillow and beach towels to be comfortable. The rooms have a Murphy bed which is quite small for two people, however the couch does fold out. Its far from being a luxury suite but for the price its really not a bad place to stay.

Small room. Quite crowded, OK for two, no way for four. Fold down Murphy bed is way short for a 6 footer- feet over the end and pillows go down off the other end. Very small kitchen area. Had to take out all shelves of refrigerator to put in a gallon of milk. Must pay a fee for each device using wifi.View of the Sound from all rooms. Clean.

I had purchased a pool view basic room and when we got there, it was some small room with street view, ground floor and not what I had hoped for. Apparently, they prioritize time share holders. For $200 a night, this is not worth it. If you want to spend couple of nights at a nice affordable hotel, with $200 per night you can do much better.

Our room was clean but very dated. We were very happy to see that they were taking all necessary Covid-19 precautions, limiting pool capacity, masks, etc.The location is ideal with an ocean view and use of a private small beach.
