I love this place its not too big and not too small. The employees are plesent and helpful, I go almost every day.

We went there to eat at the restaurant. I personally would have liked to have an entrance directly to the restaurant because Im not a fan of casinos. At any rate, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was basic and maybe slightly bland but good enough to get a full belly. The seating was okay and the prices were not bad.

Great atmosphere. Tryed a drink called a kappy, Maybe I mispelled it. Got me going for sure. Overall 5 star experience.

The lady who makes my strawberry daiquiris does a good job but you literally have to go to the bar to get drinks

The employees worming the restaurant are awesome. I jad breakfast there after a long night with some overly intoxicated friends who where full of piss and viniger! They handled us very well and the food was great! Great customer service.

The customer service is a joke. The management as well as the vast majority of staff harshly discriminate certain individuals and will go as far as cheating the system in drawings and promotions so any particular individual that staff and management disapprove of has no chance of claiming what is entitled to. For instance they will straight up throw your ticket away if they dont like you and give the prize to the next best. They treat the few employees that are kind like garbage and dont have any respect for the people that male up there pay checks with the amount of money they put into the business. Bad for business this entire operation.

Dark. Dingy. No restaurant. I do not recommend. Pick one of the other casinos in the area.

Great slots and casino games. Mystery Progressive machines pay well. Friendly and courteous employees. Promotional games give guests chances to win cash, and free play. I love coming here to play, and relax. Wonderful bar, and won lots of money here since 2007.

Now this is the Best casino in area for slot winning and continued playing. If not a jack pot winner, pays enough to play for hours with the money you bring to lose. Actually its the cheapest night out for entertaining yourself, or going out with others

The gambling machine went all weird and sketchy and wasnt working right, told a worker and waited by machine. A employee by the name of bri walked up saying whats wrong? I told her and she ignored my situation and said she would have to see me play it first to see it was messed up? Why would I spend money on this machine to show this employee. I asked if she could go into the history and it will show her. Like last employee told me. She didnt help and was rude. I will be calling management

It also is a quiet and relaxing casino and they also have rewards for their players except they dont have a Players Club but thats okay because people that arent part of The Players Club also get to participate in their giveaways

I went there and no tables were open. It would be nice if they were open earlier in the day. Not a bad place if you just want to play slots though.

This place is awful. Dont go. You cant even take your own purse into the casino with you they want you to leave it in your car where it can be stolen or out their front door when it can also be stolen. This place is a joke. I will never return to this run down place. Before I even entered the casino there was a drug deal that went down right in front of the doors. This casino is the worse.I suggest stockmans or comstock for gambling at least they dont make you leave your purse behind or see drug deals go down right in front of the business

I guess we only help people from the good old Fallon club. Place doesnt want to acknowledge there are more people in the world than the Fallon elite.

Worst casino Ive ever been in. The service was bad, when you could get someone, and even then they were very rude. Dont interrupt the lady at the counters smoke brake she tells you to leave after waiting in line 5 minutes to cash out your ticket because all the machines are out of order. I will never return there and do will not rcomend this place to anyone.

Staff is always amazing and courteous.

Played poker here alot while i lived in fallon. they where fun games and i enjoyed the dealers they have there, especially Ron and Krystal. they are good about getting you drinks while your playing too if that matters to you.

This is a dark and scary place to gamble. To many crack heads wandering around and trying to bum money. Ill never step foot in there again. The cigarette smoke is horrible. This place has gone to hell since the 80s.

People are always asking you for money when you go gambling here.

I almost stepped on a syringe that was laying in the floor. Nasty place. Unkept and filthy. Stay away!
