Mostly here for battleship, still a nice small waterside walk.

Its all right if you want to look at the scenery then I suggest both but theres really nothing there for kids. They will drive you out your mind if you bring them with you. Unless you bring football play with them something anything

Parking can sometimes be a little tricky, but this is a beautiful area to sit and eat and enjoy the waterfront tucked away in Fall River. The high quality of the boardwalk and the cleanliness is very noteworthy. The display inside the museum and the movies that they offer for free make for an interesting day. You can actually spend a full day here between Battleship Cove and walking the park and having some lunch and enjoying the history and heritage that makes this city great.

This dog friendly public park has great parking, spots to play frisbee or lounge in the sun as well as grill and walk along the river. You’ll be able to see the naval ships and can even pay for a tour on one.

This is a beautiful park on the water in Fall River, MA. On one end it has a monument commemorating veterans. On the other end it has the Battleship Cove, a tourist information center, and a recreational facility with a carousel. The park also has tennis courts, community boating, and some even fish from the pier. It is a soothing, relaxing place to take a stroll. During the summer months, free concerts are offered. There are restaurants in the area. Parking is free.

Its a little park with a little plastic play area thats very small and a basketball court... not a great area to take kids though.

Enjoyable walk along the waterfront. Lawns maintained. Looks scenic in the fall. Aquatic fowls present for viewing. Great for sitting and relaxing. You can veiw the battleships and bridge and watch the boats go by.

The Heritage Museum almost feels like a visitor center or a help desk at Battleship Cove. They have a beautiful interior with lots of historical photographs and displays like you would see in a very small wing of a museum. But the building is air conditioned and the unisex bathroom is right outside the main entrance.

Heritage state park is a great place to go out and get fresh air, whether it be with a friend or with your dog. If you visit heritage state park you have the option to look out at the battle ship and water, or you can sit and watch people drive like maniacs on the new roadway .

Beautiful park. Free parking. Great sights. Good wind breezes. There should be signs for dog owners to pick up the dogs poop. Great for long walks. Good shady areas.

Beautiful view and well kept grounds. Recently allowed a Free Family Fest that was like no other and had great live music, a lot of activities for children to enjoy, and something for every family member to enjoy.

Amazing park in really neat location. You can tour battleships and submarine for a hefty fee....totally worth it for a nerd like me, though. Nice museum about the local textiles industry. Nice place for pics of boats, river and pretty bridge.

Great place to jog or run. Wonderful board walk that extent about 1.5 miles out. Also have nice areas around the board walk to just hang out around and sit down some shaded areas with picnic tables. Also if you like ships the Battle Ship Cove have at least four of them to view or even go aboard them. And if you decide to go to the Bicentennial area theres a Memorial park . And also tennis courts.

Walking the board walk at Heritage State Park Was Relaxing and it was nice that they had Movie night there. They should have Movie night every night there

Nice views of the ships but it is right under the bridge so there is no sun.

Tonight was absolutely amazing!!! It showed me that good people still exist in this crazy world we live in! We met a wonderful family who had just lost a loved one as did I...my wonderful grandmother who lived a full life of 99 years. This family we met was lighting paper lanterns n sending them off to their lost loved one n offered to let me send one to my parents n grandparents which made my heart smile a trillion smiles! They also gave us 2 to come home n light with my son. I wish I knew their names so I could give them a huge shout out! God knows who they are so Im sure hell let them know how grateful I am!!! We actually just sent off the 2 they gave us n it was an experience Ill never forget!!! God is great....I know hell take those lanterns to heaven to show to my parents n grandparents!!!It was amazing to be with my 2 main men my husband n my son sending our love to heaven!!!

Barely even a trash barrel in sight. Couple of old war relics, sm sail boats to rent. Ppl throwing trash on ground, no recepticle, saw 1 near the museum, thats rarely open. Prefer the cape...

We walk this every morning have toured the boats once now and do the carousel 2-3 days a week my daughters favorite place in the world right now is sitting on the bench watching the boats

My husband & I just took our 3 youngest boys, (9mos old & 4 & 5yrs old), here a few weeks ago & we had a blast. We went early in the morning right after breakfast so there werent many people there which we liked. It was a great learning experience for the boys as well as us & the best part is that its fun so the kids didnt even realize how much they were actually learning. All they knew is they got to get a close up look at all kinds of cool things theyve only ever seen on tv & in books & they wanted to know absolutely everything about everything they saw. Since then theyve been begging us to go back again.
