My husband and I planned a laser tag lock-in with a bunch of friends and it was a blast! It was very easy to book, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The price per person is excellent for everything you get—a full night of laser tag, free arcade, pizza, donuts, snacks! The facilities are slightly run down, but it does not stop you from having a great time. The laser tag arena is two stories with tons of nooks and crannies to play around in. Probably the best laser tag in the state—I highly recommend!

Visited for a round of indoor mini golf. While the establishment is a bit run down, the children and teenagers that we saw there obviously didnt care.The mini golf is in the dark with black lights. Very fun for kids, a little bit dangerous for my elderly parents.There was definite value for the price: the arcade tokens were inexpensive, and it was a fun, if not stuffy, way to spend a hot afternoon.

The lasers work incredibly well, and the arena is awesome. Theres catwalks and obstacles to hide behind, it really immerses you in the game. And, the games are relatively cheap for the entertainment value. Definitely going again!

The games were great, about 20 minutes for a game of laser tag. Prices cheap. The younger staff could be a bit more polite.

Lazer gate is an interesting experience. It has some of the best Lazer tag I have ever played but everything looks like it has sat since 1980. Over all a great place but if you have a weak immune system I dont recommend it.

The mini golf was standard, nothing mind blowing but also nothing terrible, but the real showstopper here is about halfway through the course when you travel back in time to get to the prehistoric section and have to travel through a spinning light tunnel. That thing is INTENSE! If you have a weak stomach you might puke, maybe youll fall over, but let me tell you, as a group of tipsy 20-something-year-olds, that was the most fun we had the entire night. We must have walked through that tunnel at least 10 times. 10/10, will return for that TUNNEL.

Always a blast, just expect to spend a bunch of money like any arcade. Lazertag is awesome though, must try if you havent!

I would love to give this place 5 stars because theres hardly no where to take the kids for cheap fun. Theyve got something for everyone but the building and upkeep seem scary. Riding on the elevator felt like we were going to crash. Im not sure if the door shut all the way until after it started moving. The vibe of the place felt like a haunted house. Lazer gate was fun. The arcade was fun. The staff seemed friendly. They had a number of rooms for parties. I think a good renovation would give a much friendlier vibe. Their website says theyve added a lot in recent years. Thus was my first time and Im happy with all the choices. I would love to see this place succeed and grow because the prices were great.

Good prices but a few machines dont work, they removed the bouncy house area, and they rarely have a full menu, for example last time I went the only thing i was able to get was some chicken tenders and fries made from a toaster oven. No pizza no burger, nothing just chicken tenders.

Our family played a round of golf mini golf, which was fun and very reasonably priced. After we played at the arcade, which was awesome. All the machines worked perfectly and gave out tons of tickets. The prizes are cool and they arent overly priced either. We miss the inflatable bounce park that was there tho. Really fun environment for kids and young teens up till about 16. Theres enough spsce for up to 4 parties and pizza along with mini golf on the side. Lazer tag is generally around 20 minutes and can do up to 4 games for $18. You can have massive parties of up to about 30 people, otherwise theres few things they could improve upon to make modern and appealing for the newer generation but i get they want that old school feel for the og lazer tag people and nostalgia

Probably the most fun laser tag Ive played. The staff was very accommodating to our school group, and allowed us to play games for free after we all ran out of tokens. Definitely check this place out.

I had a blast with myself and 7 other friends (all around 20 years old) we went from around 9:20 until just before midnight and had four games total for $17!!!. Lots of other people to play with too on a Friday night. I would definitely recommend it for college students looking for a fun night out. Staff is very helpful and friendly and fun. But arguably the best part is they sell drinks in the arcade right outside the Lazer tag arena (and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg for water!) 5 stars easily!

1st off I could not find the entrance as it was behind a loading doc. After climbing 4 floors of stair twice in my 3rd trimester. I was just about ready to leave. I called and asked for the entrance. When we got there the staff welcomed us and I told I found the deal on groupon. They had alot of old game nothing modern but a few throw backs that would excite a much older crowd. The also use these little coins instead of a reloadable card.

I called last night to find out information on my son’s birthday party, and the girl that answered the phone was so rude and degrading. We are new to the area we just moved up here from North Carolina and we got the information for Lazer Gate from other parents at my son’s school, they told me how great it is and how in inexpensive the Birthday party packages were. So when I called and talked to this girl about it, naturally l was a little taken back by the the rude tone in her voice like I was “bothering” her by asking so many questions. I’m sorry but if this is who you have as the first encounter I am sure you will lose business, I get everybody has their bad days but as soon as I got off the phone I was rethinking even having my son’s party at your establishment. I’m sure you are a great place for kids, the best advice I could give would be to retrain her on how to speak to customers.

Lazer gate is a great place to have fun and play games but there are some down sides. Such as, the building is very old worn down and just gross. There roach infested and its just not the most sanitary. But lazer gate is a fun place to go and is very affordable.

The inside of the arena is where this place shines. Its like being in a real world first person shooter. And its got a creepy vibe to it because the building is old as hell.

Unfriendly staff who kicked out my friends when he was following them around spawn shooting them and they told him to stop but he wouldn’t . This employee also flirted with my friend’s sister which was weird. Every time I go there with my friends, there will always be a grown adult trying to start a fight with a bunch of 15 year olds. The staff won’t kick them out but they’re generally pretty chill about it so that’s a good part.

Had a friends birthday here. It was the coolest. Our host Sam was really helpful and nice. The people make the whole experience.

So bloody amazing. My best friend Logan works there and he is the best person alive. His dog is so cute especially when taking a bath. Just thought i would let you know. The place itself is great, there are arcade games and food & drink when waiting for the next lazer tag game to start. The staff are very friendly and fun. The only downside is the location, it is placed in a pretty rough building with an elevator to go up that feels like it will break. It is definitely interesting

Went to Lazer tag for the first time in 10 years. Although getting to the place was fairly aggravating I had a blast once I was there. would recommend to anyone.

Tucked into an old factory, Lazer Gate may give you pause. It shouldnt. The space is large and offers laser tag (of course), mini golf, and a variety of video games. There is also a bouncy area for smaller kids. My 12 year old daughter attended a birthday here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good times to be had by all... perfect for a chilly day/night.

Good prices but they need to clean up their stairs. Went with family and we saw a druggie doing cocaine in the window well behind a Dominos Pizza box. Like what the hell?!

Birthday parties are quick, but the party planners that help are on top of everything. They are polite and really know how to organize and het the job done. Faculty is clean and so much fun for children of any age. I was just there this past Saturday for birthday party. We played two rounds of laser tag and around a mini golf. And of course they played in the arcade. We added on 2 rounds of bumper cars. And we had a blast like I said though, the party moves quickly but they sure know what theyre doing and they are very organized about it.

If youre looking for a fun night out with some friends then this is the place for you. It provides some great exercise and if youre a competitive person this will satisfy that itch. Its one of those places that looks like a dive on the outside and that you might get shot walking in, but is one of the best of its kind in the area!

Allways go here with friends and have a good time staff is usually good untill one time my friend and I were playing when this guy who we later found out was a staff kept gun peaking and following us around in the maze constantly shooting us we asked him to stop twice and he refused so I poked the rubber tip of the gun agianst the wall and he screamed at us and kicked us out stealing our money.

Elevator is pretty wonky and I dont see any fire escape stairs as a second option... also disappointed they dont have food readily available on a Saturday afternoon. We had to walk to McDonalds to get fries. We had a good time but the place is pretty beat up. Good potential though.

Great please for Birthday parties and other functions

The prices for food, drinks, tokens, and activities not covered by the tokens are reasonably priced. What I like about this place is the amount of physical games and activities they have as opposed to other places where most or all of the entertainment is digital. For instance they have a rock climbing machine and an area dedicated to bouncy houses. They have unique games like the laser vault where you avoid the beams like a spy in a movie. The staff were patient with the kids while they decided what prizes they wanted to trade in the tickets and it was clean and safe. Im definitely going back again.

My son went to birthday party here. My son loved it. They have laser tag, mini golf golf, video games, bouncy houses, bumper carsand more. Place could use some tlc in places but my child loved it.

The laser tag area is great. There are two levels, lots of areas to hide in, stairs, mazes, walkways. It is really well done. The equipment is excellent and works very well. The staff is good and it is lots of fun. They also have a ranking system so after the game you can see how many hit and misses you got and you are ranked against other teams and players. There are tons of video games, food and a couple of rooms for birthday parties.The negative is the space is tired and really needs an investment of new rugs, a paint job and a good cleaning. It just feels a little to dirty. It is probably to best set up for laser tag in RI or SE Massachusetts. They need to put some money back into the facility.

Cute place for the kids something exciting for them to do they just need to update it a little more make it bigger and remove the elevator and put some stairs in. If you have a fear of elevators then definitely do not get on this one which sucks because it is the only way to the arcade and Laser Gate

Me and my friends go here alot and we absolutely love it. Its fun to do and during your waiting time I would just go to their huge arcade that they have right in their waiting lobby. Prices are very affordable

Fun place that isnt too much out of pocket. 2 games of Lazer tag for $11. Plus arcade games both with & without tickets (which run on tokens and still actually dispense tickets). Staff is nice as well. Overall this place is great for kids, and even kids at heart.

Kids had a lot of fun, beware of pizza they sell as it is leftover from the birthday parties they do, this was told to us by an employee. Was there for a birthday party so not sure on cost.

We love taking the kids here. We were definitely​ surprised with the mini golf, didnt realize how cool and big it was. Definitely one of our favorite, and of course Lazer tag is a blast.

Very fun place lazer tag is awesome huge light shows in the area great for all ages from id say 7 and up. Its a face pace event per match with lazer tag fun in a lightvup area that is dark with neon had alot of fun

Very fun. Solid price. Plenty to do. Location is really sketchy but the actual lazer tag area is impressive. Staff was pretty rude. 0 customer service training. Was practically talked down to by the manager, Shannon. If it werent for her, we would come more often. But spending 100+ dollars with a group of 6 people, youd expect a bit of courtesy and politeness...she really left a bad impression on us.

Birthday party schedules are a little unorganized, but there was plenty to do and they are very kind. The elevator is pretty scary though, the main access to the 4th floor.

No AC very sweaty and the parking lot and building is very confusing. Theres no signs you have to go to the back of the building park and go in a back entrance and take an elevator to the 4th floor.The building and rooms for the birthdays are dirty, theres homeless people outside in the parking lot and the building itself isnt obviously marked.My sister had rented a room for her kids birthday party and they tried to kick us out before 6pm because the other party showed up early. My niece and nephew didnt even have time to open their gifts.
