Everything is different now that Covid is around... Have to eat outside with limited seating.. If multiple parties are trying to eat at the same time... there wont be a lot of room... Other than that.. Chuck E Cheese is still the same.. Kids will have fun regardless!!!

I came a couple of hours before closing for my nieces birthday gathering. It was clean and the food was good. The games were good to play and the kids had fun. It wasnt too loud and not crowded so the experience was great for us.

We can’t even sit in there and eat, we had to take our pizza to the car, they are wayyyy to pricey... 14.99 for a medium size pizza.. are you serious. Thennn the pizza tastes like cardboard.. yea this is a no

I ordered one order of fries. Cost $3.85. I received this huge basket with perhaps 15 fries- that means each fry cost me a quarter. Very disappointing. I talked to the staff and she was very lovely but just stated that is the portion they are to serve. Would you pay $4 for that?

Good food. Expensive a bit for the older version games. Excellently safe and well distanced. 3 year old had a blast!

Just had a birthday party here for my nephew (10-noon 3/2/20) and it was very fun. Our hostess was perfect!! The other workers were great as well, very friendly and helpful. I love the new layout of everything, there were tons more tables, and very comfy bench seats. I think we all had so much fun that even my older kids want to come back! Lol thanks for the experience ♡

Newly remodeled and aimed at children under 10. The new designs and colorful games were alot of fun for our 3 year old birthday party. The prices were fair and the pizza was average. The staff was friendly but didnt really have any enthusiasm, probably based on their low wages. Overall we had a good time and I would consider going back.

Just held my 5 yr old’s birthday and could not have been happier with their service. Everything was scheduled and organized, I had to do minimal work. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. I went in dreading the experience and was pleasant very surprised!

My family brings 5 kids ages 2 - 6 here and they all love it. Even when they run out of time on their cards, they have fun just being here and are always sad to go. Its too pricey for us to go frequently, but its a nice treat out for a special occasion for the kids.

The place is more games for older kids. Not much for toddlers. Used to have better service. Employees seemed scattered throughout the place. Had to fix our orders. Used to be good for parties. Now its more about money

I hadnt been there in a years. The food was pretty good, there is an expanded menu now with gluten free options. Kids will have fun there. Most of the games are geared towards younger kids and I miss the stage show they once had, but its still a nice place.

Always a good time. Nice environment every time we visit. Where a kid can be a kid!

We have been here several times for lunch and dinner. In the middle of the day it has been great. No trash all over, food comes out in a timely manner or we get the buffet which has been good and has a decent selection, the games had tickets and all worked.Coming here at night is completely different. The experience is 1 star. The place always seems to be trashed. Several machines we played on were completely out of tickets. 2 ski ball machines just took credits off the card, when I told someone working there he just said, yeah and walked away. The pizza took about a hour to come out. We had to clean a table off to eat. This place is a bit pricey to be cleaning up someone elses mess!The kids have fun and we will be back, but never again during the evening

This is a fun place for kids to be kids .Hiring is easy . GREAT for parties or just time for the little ones to play.

It was busy but,we had fun awesome black wrk all of them smiling in very helpful and very on it its very clean to in the bathroom also it was a exciting experience sunday fairview.

I rarely review but just gotta say- this location is AWESOME after the remodel. Honestly, I was really surprised - it looks incredible, games are all brand new, the food seems to have improved too (the stuffed crust pizza is soo good). I just finished our sons 4th birthday party here and was not disappointed! Initially we were going to plan somewhere else, he had his 2nd birthday here. But then the remodel came and after seeing that and looking over the packages it seemed like the easiest move and he loves Chuck E. Cheese either way. But this time was so much better then his second birthday!! We had a blast and our server Brandy was just fantastic- so helpful and kind to our son, even encouraging him when he got shy during the birthday dance. I’d imagine staff is under a lot of stress with all this virus stuff- but they handled it so great you couldn’t tell! We were told the Chuck e costume wouldn’t be used because of the virus scare- which was fine by me, completely understandable! But in light of that my son was given 2000 tickets. Then he had his turn in the ticket tornado (what is it called?) but when he got scared and asked me to go in, they allowed but then he got upset because he decided he wanted to go in (four year olds, huh) they were going to let him go still even though I technically took his turn. In the end he didn’t want to, but I’m very appreciative that it was even offered since it’s only supposed to be once. Overall birthday success! Great staff, great games, and made a stressed out families life easier by not having to do the set up and clean up. If your looking for a place for you’re kiddos birthday and haven’t seen this locations remodel yet- go check it out!

I didnt enjoy it at all it took me 1 hour to get my food. Chuck E Cheese Has Gone To The Dogs They need Better Workers Because Those That Was There Last Night Act Like They Did Not Want To Be There And I Will Not Be Going Back Anymore

Fun times for kids and adults. Went there for my Grandsons birthday decided this needs to be a staple when the family comes down for extended times so the kids will stay entertained.

We almost never go to chuckecheese. And for good reason, usually a bad experience, but this one topped all previous visits. First off, the tray we got from the front counter was greasy, had visible grease all around the outside of it.We were also unaware of the ability to pause cards so the time doesnt expire. I had 2 45 minute cards with 25 minutes wasted each. I talked to the lady at the front desk, but she wasnt very helpful. So I just reloaded 30 minutes on one card and kept going. Half of the games did not work and had visible error codes on the screens, yet none of them said out of order. 4 of the 6 ticket counting machines did not work and there were quite a few people in line at 2 machines. I believe 3 of the 4 were just needing to be emptied. Lastly, the ticket redemption counter had 1 person and a line full of people. Did not seem to be in any hurry to help anyone. None of the employees are very helpful and all look like they hate their job. No smiles on a single person working. Overall the place was filthy and the lack of personality in the place really kills it. Ill never go back to this one especially, money would be better spent at skyzone across the lot.

I love the play options with card as opposed to the tokens my kids loved it

We had a16th birthday party there and our hostess was outstanding! All the staff was. Chuck E. came out and did the birthday dance with my daughter and her friends. We got the Star package which fed them all and started the group off with 1000 tickets. We upgraded to the All You Can Play for a minimal upcharge. Totally worth it if your kids like endless play! So the value was great, food was very good, and atmosphere was a lot of fun! Brought back memories of her birthday parties there as a toddler. Everyone had a great time!

Our waitress was the absolute best. She was prepared, happy to serve us, and efficient as heck The kitchen area had a manager back there but things were obviously not running very orderly because every food item that all the parties received was late...like behind schedule time but when your server/ hostess is such a great employee she made things go smoothly and keep us all calm. I think they should alot for more help for parties or or a longer party time.

It has definitely improved since the remodel but it was alittle confusing on where to go for what type of service you needed. I waited in line probably 10-15 min to get to a young lady who just walked away to talk to a co- worker and it didnt seem to be work related. To have come back and greet me rudely. Also when chucky cheese gave his performance his movements seemed to be unenthusiastic. I dont see this remodel saving this location from having a bad name. I gave it a 3 only because the young man who stamps the kids and parents at the door was very polite and welcoming.

None of the tickets were coming out of majority of the game machine so we asked for a refund and they replied no because “members were coming onto the game floor to check”.. and then we ordered food and it was cold. Alongside the fact that we paid for the salad bar and there was no salad.

Went with my kids they loved the games but the service was very bad. Ticket munchers were jammed the 2 hours we were there and getting prizes stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even looked at us.

Lots of machines werent working but they fixed them when told. But that happens at any one of these weve been to. They have upgraded since we went.

Lots of games give you tickets but many dont and are more traditional types of arcade games. We went early in the day when there was no line for any of them, which was nice. The place was clean and bright. We had a good experience.

From a dark, uninviting, and unclean environment to a bright, open, and spotless establishment. The changes since my childhood have breathed new life into this place making worth the visit.

Way under staffed. Line to get in was out the door and no one was letting people in, A police officer came in to help. Only 3 machines running to turn in tickets, half the games were out of tickets, took 10 min for me to get a milk for my daughter. Next time Ill drive farther for the next one in STL. Drove 1.5hrs for this very disappointed

Our 2 yr old grandaughter had a good time on the rides & watching the performers. The pizza was delicious and salad bar had a good variety. Staff was helpful & friendly. I would go again.

I took 4 children to Chuck E Cheese in Fairview Heights. Of course the kids had fun, however, the place was extremely dirty. We went at 11:15 (which is 15 minutes after opening). I would think the restaurant would be clean at this early time, but there was trash all over the floor. There was a used towel laying on the floor, like someone put it there to soak up a spill, but had just left it. I took pictures and uploaded them to the google pictures, as well. I was highly disappointed with the condition of the place. Also, many games were out of tickets and the photo sketch booth was out of paper. I wouldn’t think this would be an issue 15 minutes after opening. Cleaning up and refilling machines should be done after closing the night before and before opening that morning.

Pizza was surprisingly good, but cant believe a small fountain soda was $3 - Wow! The staff was friendly but didnt smile much during the show. Bathrooms were super clean. My nephew had a blast for his birthday, but for the adults it was not as much fun as it was impossible to follow all the kids and watch. At least there were tables to sit and hover around. To put it simply... Expensive and crowded but the kids had fun and the service and food was good.

$105.00 for 2 one-topping pizzas, 4 sodas, and 3 cards to play games for 45 minutes......

My grandchildren loves this place .I have to admit I do to.

We took my grandchildren 4 & 12, I would’ve appreciated getting a card for each child especially considering their age difference. Had to go back and forth because the attending cashier only gave us one card to use for both kids even though I requested two cards with the time split. Pizza and atmosphere were great. The staff seemed to be lazy though. It wasn’t very busy and they could’ve been more attentive to the dining area. The last complaint would be that when we turned our tickets in through the machine, any one of them weren’t working properly getting jammed up and not counting the credits from the tickets that were put in and only one attendant helped any one of us.

Went there with son for some games. 1/4 of them were broken. At end of night everyone putting tickets into counter. Only 1 out of 8 worked. Needs some serious repairs to function properly.

Took the kids there was a great time. They have done away with tokens. Way better now and if you play a game that needs a token the game will give you one per play. The food is pretty good not many options. The staff is great was well. We will go back.

They need new management. Ran out of dough salad. Lots of people was requested money back and they even did that poorly. They was behind in everything and staff was still walking around talking like they didnt have anything to do. Its okay I ask for application. Its all about how you manger

Went for my grandson Daniels birthday. They dont do tokens anymore except for one machine which is a token machine the rest are on chip readers and you can buy either time or coins on the card.

Didnt eat any food but my son played some games. not a huge fan of the play cards. Over 5 games were broke and a few didnt give tickets when you won. Workers seemed unbothered when informed by multiple parents

My son loves coming here, and has lot of fun playing. Pizza always tastes good. Seems like they need more employees though...last time we went, there was no ice in the soda machines, and no straws. There were also games that were down, but I kind of expect that when there are so many kids playing.Also, need to watch your kids, because as I was getting a table and drinks, a kid stole my sons play card, as he was playing a game, even though I told him not to sit it down, and he should wear it as a bracelet. I went up to the front counter and told them about it, and they gave me a new card. So I am happy they took care of us.

The games didnt give the tickets. Go to the one and only worker that seem to be putting tickets in the machine and it took almost an hour for him to get to the messed up first. machine. They have two people letting people order a meal but only one person delivering the meals. The kids had fun but it was not worth the money.
