We visited during COVID-19 times. I wanted to leave a review mentioning what a good job the team does at keeping the place clean, practicing social distancing, and providing excellent customer service. Hands down our best D&B experience was at this location and I we look forward to our next visit!

Theyre doing great with covid guidelines. My boyfriend and I had a blast, customer service was lacking a little. But otherwise it was fun.

Good amount of the machines were out of order. Pretty sure Im gonna catch covid from this place

Sooo happy to play DAYTONA CHAMPIONSHIP USA, because it not available in Japan.Even though it wasn’t updated version, I had wonderful time that I have been waiting since this game was announced.They had other great games too, and I went there on Wednesday, but there aren’t many people.

They took the eat and play combos off the menu. Absolutely worthless and you lost my business as I walked out.Responding to the Owner: How do expect me to discuss my experience further, when I physically walked out of your establishment due to you taking the eat and play combos off the menu? Bring back the eat and play combo, its that simple.

The atmosphere, staff, and facility in general were all great. Food was just a 4/5 though. I know you mainly go there to play the games but with how much of the building was designated for food it should be up to par with everything else about the establishment.

Got a private room with a large screen tv for a birthday party and everyone loved it! atmosphere was nice, games were fun, and food was enjoyed too

This is a good spot. Its a really nice space and its spread out. There is a good mix of games so kids of all ages can have a good time. Also all the games were new and functioning when we were there. I like how its spread out a bit. The food is good for where you are. The happy hour is excellent. Also bathrooms are very clean and well kept.

Jenny is an excellent bartender and server, great customer service, our order was ready in a timely manner. We had lots of fun as a family!!! I highly recommend this place.

Very rude manager who saw I was clearly drinking a beverage and rudely told me (not asked) to put my mask on and when I tried to explain myself he rudely walked away, I won 2,000 plus tickets from a couple games but when I checked my total tickets on my card it showed less than what I came in with (which I checked before I started playing games). All in all I would recommend going to another location because this one barely has games open and it really isn’t that good as far as customer service (the server we got was great but that was really the only highlight besides being with my family which is always great). Would NOT recommend this location to anyone else, try going to Springfield guys there’s more game’s open & friendlier management.

Loved every moment here. From playing arcade to having meals- this is a top-notch party place! I appreciate how the staffs at the front desk are helpful and informative and I can tell the people who work behind the bar are serving professionally during both normal and busy times. My friends and I have gotten a few prizes there and the fun just never ends. However, when it gets crowded, youre given lesser arcade options and sometimes you need to wait until people are finished. Ive tried their food only once so far and I wasnt disappointed. Their nachos and drinks we ordered were very appealing and the quality was beyond good. Highly recommended for group hangouts!

We went to this place at lunch time on a Wed and it was empty. Which was nice because we got the whole place to ourselves. The place and machine are very clean, they layout is nice. The only reason this is getting a four is it seemed our food took awhile to come out and since we were the only people there it was noticed. The food was yummy and drinks very fun :)

The amount of points per game, is a bit too much for my liking but otherwise I had a good time (the 6 kazoos I got were spectacular)

Great place to watch sports games! Massive bar area with lots of TVs and the service has always been great. Shoutout to my favorite waiter, Lucas! Also, i love the ancho chicken caesar lettuce wraps!

Jenny is a goddess pretty cool person too. Great bartender and with more people like her maybe they can save this mall.

I had a really great time at this Dave & Buster’s location. The food was really good, the drink specials were great, and the gaming specials even better. Our server, Roberto, made it a great experience. He is fully knowledgeable of the menu, drink specials, and gaming specials.The overall location is well kept and nice. There were a lot of new games, fun atmosphere, and a lot of options.It’s essentially an adult Chuck E Cheese, but a lot cleaner.

The dinner service was really poor. We, party of 6, had to flag another wait staff staff to find our waiter after sitting for along time. He took our app order & drinks. We made a comment about it being really busy. The first waiter said it wasnt busy.The app order was wrong and our drinks we done. We went to the bar to get water, sodas, & adult drinks. Our waiter was missing.After another extremely long wait and watching other tables, who came after us ,get food and leave I spoke with the manager. He said the average time for food service out of the kitchen is 25 min we were at 20 min from the time the order was placed.Our entrees arrived. Staff had no clue what was ordered and who they were for at the table. Four orders were correct and room temperature. My daughter took one of the wrong entrees. They left to fix one of the meals. The last entree (that was corrected) arrived after we were finished. Again had to ask where it was.The management staff apologized & took money off the bill as well as giving us money to play games.Im not one to look for free service and stuff. It seems that this poor experience was from the waiter, kitchen staff, and floor manager.After this experience, Dave & Busters has over priced drinks, food, and games. Its not worth it.

Who doesnt love a fun game night at Dave & Busters? I was here on a Tuesday night with a friend, for happy hour and a few games. The bar is an excellent spot to hang out-- a lot of people come here just for HH. They have great deals, good cocktails, and even better food. Our bartender Vinny was excellent. The service we received overall at this D&B was better than others Ive been to in Virginia and Maryland.The only thing I found lacking was the actual game selection at this particular location. There wasnt much diversity in the games and Ive found the Silver Spring and Hanover, MD locations to be a bit more varied and fun. Still, we had a great time and would definitely come back to this location.

Dave&Busters is Awesome. We usually come here on Sundays to watch the games, eat, play games and spend a good amount of money. Not that its expensive but this is our outlet to get it all in. The location at Fair oaks Mall near Reston is new and has plenty of space. We used to frequent the location in Hanover MD but now that they have opened this one, it saves us on gas so we have more to spend on games locally. We love D&B

Friendly staff. They had gloves and hand sanitizer at the entrance and in other various places to wash hands. Some game slots were closed because they were too close to each other for social distancing. Great experience.

Many solid games. Getting credits is a little confusing as in making a decision on what the best deal is. However, the people at the front desk are very patient and helpful to ensure you get best deal. Also there is a military discount.Good luck trying to get a table in restaurant area as service over there was poor. So, we ended up getting service/ food quickly at the bar for kids (tables near bar). Kids cannot sit at the actual bar. Bartender was great. Other than poor service in the restaurant area, great time.

Drinks were great. Amazing food. Televisions everywhere. Good selection of video games. Great for company parties or watching ball games.

Great Space lots of new games better lighting then Springfield excellent private room capabilities and if you can impress a 13 year old girl youre doing something she was impressed

The $19.99 all-you-can-eat wings and unlimited non-tickets games is great! They also have $5.00 appetizers, also great! Tried the corn quesadilla, delicious, I just wish the serving was a little bigger. My friend and I have been here for 2 hours already and our boys keep playing and coming back for more wings, while we can enjoy our beers and have a good conversation!

I want to give a shot out to Adam, it’s is RARE to find someone who is passionate about their job and takes the time to ensure the customer is content and ensure everything is functioning properly.

We went the 3rd day they were open. Like any newly opened venue there were some minor kinks but the staff were great and took everything in a positive stride. No issues with unruly kids. I spotted mgmt working hard and fast to clean up spills. I hope they keep up the good work!

Kinda boring right now with everything going on but the bartender Jenny was amazing and entertaining. Definitely coming back again.

Tbh honest, I did not have any food or drink at this location as of yet. I will try that next visit and see how it is..

My family has had a great evening here. My kid loved the games at the arcade. I and my wife had a great time at the bar. We went there for the happy hour on a Friday. They dont have much vegan option. We didnt care much. We were there for the drinks. The drinks are good and half off during the happy hour. We like the Margaritas and their variations of the long Island Iced teas.

Clean and sanitized. We had a great time.

We celebrate my sons 18th birthday here and we had a blast! Not only was the food delicious, our server was great and they have a great selection of games for little kids to adults. And there is ample parking.

I’ve been to multiple Dave and busters and so far they’re amazing! For some reason I get lucky at the gambling machines and you can get lots of tickets from it. The amount of games is insane and every Dave and Busters has some different games. I went to one in Florida and it had injustice and then in VA it has contest of champions. It’s hard for me to stop collecting cards so I always have to do it last so I don’t use all my points. the food was a little bland but the service was very fast unless there’s a million something party’s then it can be very slow but the games make it worth it to go.

The kitchen was backed up and it was busy being a Sat night so the food and dessert took a while to come out, longer tonight than previous Saturday evenings Ive been here. Service was ok as well, waited quite a bit for our server. What made me give a 4 star rating instead of a 3 was the food, it was amazing and totally enjoyed it! Kids had a great time too so that helped the rating.

Love Dave & Busters! I prefer going on a day when kids are in school so I can play the games without waiting. My favorite game there is The Walking Dead! I love their Frosé drink! There have been times where they didnt have all the ingredients to make it and I was pretty bummed because thats the only drink I want. The VR game is really fun, too. Its a little too real, its so real that it has me screaming and my stomach feeling a little queasy! Lol I would go here more often if it was closer to me, our closet one is an hour away.

Went to celebrate a birthday outing for my son and we certainly had a blast! Unfortunately, the wait time for a table was ridiculous so we left to go eat elsewhere. Hungry children become monsters and it wasnt worth waiting 45 MINUTES for a table of 4. Please do better with managing flow of customer traffic who are trying to enjoy your fine dishes!

This is a great place for parties and for game night with friends and family. They have great games. This is one of the better locations I have been too because it is big and there is a bigger gaming area. The only thing I would add is pool tables like you have at other locations.

A big modern arcade and sports bar. As a parent, better games than Chuck E Cheese, but they are also more expensive. Recommend going on days when games are half priced (current promotion on Wednesday). Word of warning, if you have a shellfish allergy, they pretty much fry everything in the same fryer, so you will be limited in what you can eat.

Nicer and newer than a lot of the D&Bs weve been in over the years. We did a private party for our daughter on a Sat. night, and the staff was great. Everything was ready when we arrived, they immediately took care of any special requests, and made sure our group was not disturbed by a pretty good sized crowd. Loved the unlimited gaming bands as well - if I gotta do a D&B, this is the one Ill choose....

I went here on a Sunday at 11 and had a great time with my son. The place was clean and I was surprised how quickly it filled up in the morning. Even the restaurant had a good amount of people eating. The only area that probably needs improvement would be the front cashiers at the entrance. They represent the face of the company and when you enter and see them not focused and just talking among themselves, it just puts a bad taste in your mouth.

Smaller than the one in Gaithersburg and far less games that give tickets. I was good that they had some stuff turned off because or Covid but made it harder for my boys to find things they wanted to play on.

When we arrived there was no one to help us at the front register (to get our card). When someone did show up, they acted like it was a huge inconvenience. When we asked questions about how food and drinks worked he was quite rude. We went to the bar to get drinks and waited for approximately 6 minutes before we were acknowledge. We got our drinks in a timely fashion but when we tried to pay we were handed the wrong credit card twice before we actually got ours. The three stars is for the fun...not the service.

So much fun. Games are great and it is super fun for the whole family.

Way better games than I saw at Springfield or White Flint when it was around. We had a great time! Food could be better. Wish they had a few more gluten free options. Service was not great but to be expected with a sports bar I guess.

Finally graduated to Dave and Busters. A lot of games hes still too small but that doesnt stop him from trying. The 56 dollar best deal barely lasted us 2 hours. And it was like 350 something credits. Thought it was gonna last me a couple of trips but nope. Just 2 hours.

Great place! Games and fun for all ages. Very clean and the staff were super friendly. Took my 5 year old daughter and 20 month old son. They both enjoyed the games. We will be back to rack up more tickets and get those big prizes.

Great place for birthdays! I didn’t know they have their own app where you auto-recharge your cards, will def use on our next trip.

This location is clean and following all covid protocols, but the employees with whom we interacted were rude and/or dismissive. After playing games for a few hours we decided not to eat there because of that.

Had my sons birthday party here, it was clean, organized and great parking. Games, TV screeens make it great to think about holding a company event. Service was awesome

Was a lot more fun than I expected. Food was good with a solid looking menu. It was a little odd to see so many huge bouncers, but I can see where this place could get pretty rowdy especially attached to a mall.

Some different games than Ive seen. Connect Four is a nice addition. Cards track points/credits to use and tickets earned. Much better than holding a pile of tickets while playing. I never found a trivia game which is always my favorite but otherwise a good night! Didnt eat so not sure about the food.

Loved it! I ended up staying there for 4 hours because I was having so much fun and lost my sense of time in there. P.S. Going on Wednesday is better because you get half off the price of the card.

Expencive but a lot of fun. I recommend coming on one of thier summer special Thursdays. Its $20 a person for unlimited games and wings.

A friend told me about this newly opened so he and I went to this place last night and saw that it was new. Everything was nice except for the service. The waiter ignored us for like 20 min to get attention, after we were seated and went with our order, and the food took about 25 min to 30 min wait. We were nearly gonna leave if the food had not come out that point, but I would not recommend this restaurant if you are just going to dine. I think the bar would be better.I am not sure if I will be coming back to this location.Something must change with the service.

Stopped in while traveling for a bite to eat before hitting the road. Had great customer service from our server Lucas! Everyone was friendly and the food was very quick and delicious.

Games are fun.. good place for date night... for about $15 I earned 500 tickets which can be used at the Gift Shop. But I will probably play again and earn 500 more points so I can get a more meaningful Gift.

Lots of games but super crowded play area. The point system is absolutely a rip off. If youre just trying to bring kids to play some games and have a beer save your money and go to chuck e cheese. Kids spent both their 25 dollar cards in about 30mins. That can last you a couple hours at a chuck e cheese. I too, like most other reviewers, was told open seating at the bar. Saw no less than 8 wait staff behind the register just hanging out while wife and I sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order. Front desk person was super nice though. Wont ever go back

Worse place ever... I already know that this place dont have a good quality of food, still I decide to take some family fun and give you guys another chance to try your food. My surprise: 45mins to make my food, steak was dried like if you use microwave, mediocre food and presentation, truly unaseptable. Manager said he will remake one dish which took for a while,,, never got my remake dish, probably he forgot... then he act like he doesnt care at all... A really bad custumer service example for the rest of your team. Manager was very rude and with attitude. ( If your manager cant handle with a Wednesday business restaurant with 4 table you need to figure something else out).To be a manager you need to teach by example. server was and anticipate to customer needs. Pls see attached photos of your menu and what you serve.

Recently we organized a company event to D&B and it turned out great.

Very busy Sunday night before a holiday. Gotta love a fresh new place. Let’s hope it keeps running this way and doesn’t end up like the Springfield location.

We come here often. We had unlimited wings with a free game card. The service at the eatery was excellent and attentive. We were surprised and very impressed with prompt service. We had an order that came out wrong, but was quickly taken and the new order came out just as quickly as before. Our waiter checked on us every 10 minutes.The one important thing I wish this place pays attentions to is the restroom. The automatic toilets are not automatic. It doesnt flush on its own. There is a button you can press, but its too hard to press. Many people assumed that the toilets were broken and left them not flushed. Also, not all the automatic faucets worked. There was lack of paper towel. It needs to maintain its restrooms well.We enjoyed and the much appreciated the service and the food today. We loved that Mario Kartz games were all working well. 4 stars are given because of the restrooms.

What a great time my teenagers had here. Wonderful place for party gathering for children, teenagers, and adults. It was great️

Our first visit as a family and found it fun for the a variety of ages here. There are a lot of arcade games as well as games for individuals as well as teams. The food is good (much better than normal bar food) with a decent amount of selections for everyone. This is a big space with many seating areas & tables. There are 2 rooms for private events/functions. The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star review is the waiting staff. We ordered food and the waitress missed 1 order (for the kid). Its pretty important not to miss an order for one of my kids (those who have hungry kids will understand this). She could have gotten us something to keep the kid happy or occupied during another 20 minutes wait. Nothing was offered. The entire time of our dining there, the waitress stopped by 3 times plus the 4th time to deliver the missing order (so, basically: taking order, deliver the food, giving us the check), thats all! We had a birthday for one of the kids, and asked if she has anything for him. She asked as delivering the missing order if we wanted any dessert, and since he didnt want to order anything, so nothing special for the kid! We typically are easy-going, and this just threw us off. We were about to give 2 stars instead of 4, but we do give the benefit of the doubt for other waiting staffs. Hope that D&B will improve training for their waiting staffs to pay more attention to customers (in particular, for those who are just dining and not drinking).

First and last time visiting. We were told it was open seating and to help ourselves to a table around the bar area. That turned out to be impossible as the the tables were either occupied or littered with dirty dishes. We were finally approached by a manager who said to could sit anywhere that was open not limited to the bar area. We found a table and waited 10 minites before a server graced us with her presence. As we started to order drinks she told us we could not sit there as the area we were in was not open seating. We started to explain to her the manager said we could sit there but she was adamant we could not. So we left. Never again.

We had a lot of fun. Its been a while since weve played games like this, and the prices for the games seemed as reasonable as anywhere. The food options were a little limited on the allergy menu, and the drinks were limited (especially beer, oddly enough. Locals?) and a bit pricey. Still, well be back.

Great location. However it is not accessible directly from the mall. Maybe future expansion will allow direct access from the mall. Food is typical bar food but could be better. I order a medium burger, turns out to be stone cold well done burger. Arcade game is awesome as usually.

Games, plain food and fun just understand the tickets and prizes are an extreme gimmick as with most all the places with prizes for tickets. 20 bucks will score you a pencil, maybe just the eraser. It’s sad for the kids to think they are going to get something cool and leave with a box of runts for 20 dollars of play. It would be better to get rid of that all together but people fall for it so they offer it.

Best arcade games. Very high calories food though. So, choose your menu carefully

I was expecting this location to be on top of their game since they are brand new, with sufficient staff and great customer service; I received quite the opposite when I arrived. We ate at the restaurant before playing games, after being seated we waited a little over 20 minutes for a server to come which they never did, we had to find the hostess. I can understand this if it was busy but our section only had one other table seated.Overall service was very poor and management lacked involvement. Only vegetarian option is the Impossible burger. Few games but what they have is fun.

I have a great time here, especially on their special Wednesday deal where all games are half off! I have to admit that ordering the nachos with either topping are some of the best nachos Ive had! Great for sharing with 2-3 people. Now i want an order of said nachos!

It was okay. Our server was nice to me, others in our group complained about then being rude. Wine is too expensive for how it tastes.

Took my husband and kids for Fathers day, had an outstanding time! We went for the games and stayed for the food, the ribs were the best Ive had in a while from a restaurant. The server was outstanding as well. We had a great time after eating playing games for hours. Great place for familys and children. I highly recommend this place.

App is hard to use. Tap by phone is not intuitive. Purchased game card via app and had to transfer to in store card. During that process, lost all reward point that was purchased via app. Purchased VR ride for family of 4. Out of 4 seats, only 2 were working.

Great service, got food pretty quickly, got to enjoy games and have fun.

They are still building the space out but plenty of new games to enjoy that are not at Springfield or in MD. Worth checking out. Food is the usual for this venue.

Servers did what they could but didnt get refills when asked. Food took really long and one dish never came (showed up at the end and was removed from the bill). Guac and other dips looked like they sat on a counter and not properly stored.

Had a lot of fun with the games and great selection. However they only had one bartender and trying to get food at the bar wasnt going to happen. We sat there for 20 minutes. Then went and got on the list to get a table. Once seated, took another 20 minutes to get our first drinks after ordering. Food was great. Would recommend for at least 2 bartenders with one having primary focus on people at the bar.

The staff is not helpful at all. Games are good. Staff is always busy on their phones. They don’t care about the customers.

My first visit to this location, and I was taking a group from my childcare center. I give D&B major kudos for their layout because we have one student with a physical challenge that requires a Walker. She was able to move around and not run into any tight spaces. O got the chicken lettuce wraps and it was amazing! The staff was friendly, and Isaac did a great job winning me over! All the kids had a great time, and I never had to worry about lines of sight because the games are arranged in a manner you can stand in the aisles and see large areas at once. I will definitely come back here with my own family.

Food was good. Atmosphere is fun. But as many others have said, the bar is a mess. Very , very, slow. Bartender would rather talk to girls than helping others. Watched bartender walk around bar three times for one drink. Been here several times and bar/ food area is same. Slow or no service. If he paid attention to others, business would be much better. Sat with empty beer for 15-20 minutes. Never came back to ask. Finally just got bill and went to TGIF.

On a Thursday night we (4 of us) decided to try this location. Every location is a bit different so we asked at the desk if it was open seating for food. We were told that it was around the bar. We make our way to the bar which was about half full. There were plenty of empty tables however, they were not bussed. We walked around the bar and couldnt find a seat. So we stood in front of a reserved area to find another place to eat. While we were standing there a man we presume is a manager, as he was in shirt and tie, told us we couldnt sit in that area as it was reserved. I told him not to worry because we were just looking for another place to go eat. He told us there was no need because we could sit on another side. We told him we were told the only open seating was around the bar. He looked at us quizzically and said to follow him. So he took us back around the bar to an unbussed table. He told us he would get it bussed. He had us standing in an area crowded by table and chairs while he tried to get it cleaned up. We stood there for several minutes when he finally said we could go sit across the way in a reserved area and that he would send a server over. So we went and found a table. We were seated for a few minutes when another employee came over. We thought it was the server. We were wrong. She came to tell us that it wasnt a self seating area. We told her that we were told we could. She asked us who told us. At that point. I was frustrated with the location. We spent almost 30 minutes to get seated just to be told we would have to move. I told the employee that we were over the place and were leaving. And I have no plans on returning. Service is more than lacking and there is no communication. And two final questions. How long is long enough before tables get bussed and it was a Thursday night and there was hardly any business, why did it matter where we were seated? We were not in the middle of someones party.PS I wish I had taken pics of the tables.

Food was gross. All day blue pass was a good value, but the $20 supercharged card I got was not. I probably wont go back.

Weve been to several DB in the area and all the way up to NJ. This is a larger and newer. It is cleaner on the inside and better and newer games. We felt like we wasted money at other locations. But at this location, our remorse were much less. If one feels like squandering money at DB, this is the location. It would have gotten a 5 stars is we didnt feel cheated on our game cards. We have lost our cards a few times and have been dinked $5 each time. But now they have an app. Why should we pay $5 for a virtual one?

If we had more time, I would have liked to try playing some games...I just thought it was a place to sit and eat. First time for me and I really loved the main server. He was very nice and attentive to us. The food was terrific and amazing. Tried their veggie burger many people were giving great reviews to....wow, was delicious....the whole meal was very, very good.

Needs better, faster and smarter food service! Also could use a bit more cleanliness and games that have workable buttons(delayed joysticks, faulty buttons) and are explained better before putting lots of money in and losing it right away.

Came yesterday for my birthday. Glad we came early because by the time we left the place was packed. We had fun with the games and drinks were good,not a lot of alcohol. The burger was so good. I recommend. And the fries. We still have plenty of points on our cards for gaming so well be back for sure. Its great to have something to do in Fairfax finally at night.

Food quality is very good, customer service is very good, general vibe is very good, and game selection is extraordinary. Favoite food item item, Asian Chicken Wonton Nachos; favorite time to visit, Friday, between 3 and 5 P.M. (everyone is more relaxed and food is being prepared for the evening); and favotie game, pool. Yes, they have pool tables too! Plenty of parking so invite your friends to meet you there.
