Not getting a gold of someone at your business if very frustrating. This was the first time we enrolled with soccer shots and now that I have questions in regards to my sons session, i have not heard back from anyone. The company hasnt put out any information inreharss to seasons being cancelled and automatically assumed all families are willing to take their virtual classes. Which I am not happy with. Please return my call to discuss refunds!!

I registered my 2 1/2 year old online for Friday soccer to begin the following week. I paid for the class and the registration fees. The class was listed as available online, which is why I enrolled him and paid the registration fee. The Thursday before the Friday class was set to begin I received a call that the class was cancelled due to low enrollment. Soccer Shots is now REFUSING to refund me the $70 enrollment fee for a class that they cancelled. I did not choose to cancel the enrollment. Soccer Shots cancelled the class and is now still charging me. Complete scam and I would not want my son attending soccer classes with these people next year after this. I suggest Lil Kickers. They are much more accommodating with schedules!

Soccer Shots is a fabulous business! The office employees and the coaches are very friendly and the kids have a great time! I would highly recommend signing your kids up for a session or two! Location/placement is very flexible and the company is more than willing to help figure out what is best for your child.

Amazing coaches and friendly staff members. I 100% recommend for ages 2-8 to participate in soccer shots in the Northern Virginia area.
