One if the nicest places around town. Food is great and everybody feels exclusive in that place. A great place to go on a date. We both ordered the Heat Signature mean and it was great.

Love this place. The owner and the staff is very good and polite with the costumer. Hookah makers are experienced from more then 10 years in hookah making. Best food ever in this town. After a long time get this place where i can feel like my full stressout atmosphere. I recommend everyone to go there and enjoy.

Excellent food and hookah. The server was very patient in helping us select the right hookah. We topped everything off with a thick, creamy strawberry milkshake. Highly recommend.

THIS PLACE !!!! IS AMAZING my fiancee, friends and I went here on 7/4/20 great music, service, environment, great menu/ drinks at great prices. No need to travel to DC. Our server Ali was so sweet recommend the best hookah flavor EVER and food dish ! We will definitely be returning customers you ALL MADE OUR NIGHT we still cant get over the excitement

Had a great time at HEAT restaurant. The music was good. The meal I had was delicious and the scene was fun. They also have pretty good hookah and drinks! There was a bday celebration that evening and my crew partied all night with the bday party. It was a fun time!

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!Rude servers, gave us the table right in front of the door although we made reservations a day earlier, took them more than 40min to take our order, I ordered a sandwich and got a wrap and THEY DON’T TELL you this before but when the place got crowded the server comes to us and tells us that in order for us to keep the table we must spend at least $30/per person....We were 7 people. Besides 3 of my friends don’t even smoke hookah, do you want them to order 3 meals? There are many places that are worth trying before this.

This star is based upon quality. I have smoked hookah for 15 years, this place seems like struggling to make hookah. It took them 5 different hookah and 3 different flavors to get me hookah where I can get some decent smoke. Ask for food item in menu of $8 they didn’t have it. Ask for another food item, manager said “Its on me don’t worry”. After all that when I ask for bill they charged me $68 after tip $78. Which seems a lot to me compare to quality I got. Seems like scam to me. I would not recommend this place.

Nice environment, but hookah is absolute trash.

Right out of the gate I we could tell that the music was way too loud. The lounge has a nice inviting atmosphere and plenty of hookahs for everyone and unlike other hookah bars I have been to, it is not overwhelmingly smokey or overpowering. We didnt smoke last night, but we ordered a couple of drinks. My lady ordered a margarita breeze, which she sipped and promptly pushed away because it was much too sweet. I ordered a drink called the scorpion, which was surprisingly good, but also kind of sweet, especially considering that it had 4 kinds of liquor in it, I was expecting a more alcoholic flavor. The staff took their time to get to our table, but once they did they were excellent. They were courteous and efficient considering their limited walking space between tables and booths. The music was awesome, but there was also no dance floor to speak of, most people were dancing in their seats. If I had ant recommendations to improve this place it would be for them to reorganize their tables and booths, open up some space for a dance floor, and please, please, please tell the DJ to turn down the music a bit. The music was so loud that my ears felt it long after we left and whilst there could not have a conversation with anyone because we started to get hoarse from yelling at each other when trying to order drinks. It would have been a great spot to hang on a Saturday night, but the loud music sent us home early for the night.

Went to this place for the very first time on Saturday night, place was crowded but still there were some tables available we asked for a table to one of the owners and he seemed to not have care at all we were literarily standing there for 30 mins before we finally got a table, i believe there are 2 owners of this place and both are very rude they only look after their own friends and people they know. If you want to run a business learn customer service and not throw your attitude out there.

Definitely gonna be our new go-to spot! The inside is very spacious and open with unique decor; very pleasing to the eye. The service is impeccable. Prompt and so friendly. The hookah was great and lasted a long time. We loved Khaled he even brought us a mint lemonade free of charge just to try! As avid hookah lovers this is definitely gonna be our new spot.

I rarely write reviews but came on a Friday night to this place. Took maybe 15 mins to have someone come to our table. I got fries, loaded nachos and a mint lemonade smoothie. So not satisfied. The food was flat out cold. The loaded nachos were suppose to have chicken on them. Didn’t get chicken. The cheese tasted as if it was out of a can and it was cold when served. Told the waiter that the nachos need to be warm. Seemed as if he placed the plate in the microwave with sour cream and guacamole on it. You aren’t suppose to warm sour cream and guacamole. If your going to give your service, serve well. I would’ve said the only good thing was the hookah but that would be a lie. Don’t think they packed the hookah head enough maybe into 15-20 mins of smoking I felt like it was burnt.

Clean place, seems ok.The guy serving us was very rude though. Was on his phone the whole time, my friend waited more than half an hour for his coals for his hookah, very abrupt and rude overall. He also assumed I didnt know Arabic and asked rude questions in Arabic not realizing I understood. Was also very pushy about paying in cash instead of card. I definitely dont plan to go back

The worst customer service you’ll get in this place. Very unorganized and some people working there are so rude when dealing with customers. One of them even came to our table asking us to spend more while we already did spend over a $100. Very bad the way they talk and trying to fight with ladies.

We came here Saturday night. First, let me say that the staff was very friendly, however, the sound system in this place is TORTUROUS! Omg, why is the music so darn loud?! You cant hear yourself or the person next to you. I went to the bathroom and the girl in the bathroom turns to me and says, Why is it soo loud?! I went up to the mgr. and he just motions to the dj and shrugs his shoulders, as if hes not in charge. My bfs ears were ringing for 2 days and I left with a headache.Not only that, the drinks are way too sweet, its like drinking liquid sugar. Clearly, the owners/managers have never watched bar rescue: overly sweet cocktails and blaring music are bar-killers.Its a shame, b/c its a really nice setup and awesome music but, unless they turn down the volume and tone down the sugar, we wont be returning.
