Place is outdated. feels like Im bowling in 2005 based on the technology here. plenty of other inexpensive alleys that are much more up to date. do not recommend

The location is great and the parking lot is huge so it’s not a issue with finding a space. The size of the place is not so big. I went there for my friends god daughters party. I thought it was so cool that they offer these light up letters that spell out the birthday celebrants name which I provided a picture of it below.

Please was terrible. I went last Saturday and the worker were extremely rude. The place was dirty and over priced. There are many better places to go and I would not waste your time or money.

Bowlero is a great place to bowl because of its neatness , calm atmosphere, and great design and embellishments. However , it is very very expensive.

Very nice atmosphere, but the lanes are a little short and it isnt quite as nice as the one in Wellington with its lack of lane service dining and tablets. After a certain hour though they do turn on some black lights, which creates a very fun atmosphere. Overall though one of the nicest bowling alleys in the area, albeit at a bit more of a premium price point.

$7 games with $5 rentals. For that price I expect a large variety of balls and top of the line entertainment. Instead you get old house balls with no variety other than those on the lanes. The pins get stuck frequently. The food took an entire game to come out. The only good part is the music.

Busy and have a party atmosphere. Giant TV on every lane. Good for casual bowling. However, the flashing of the TVs made it difficult to see the arrows on the lanes.

First time coming here and I absolutely loved it. Workers were nice and the music was really great. The only reason why Im giving it a four star is because of the food. Two out of five of the food we ordered had to be returned because either it wasnt cooked well enough or they didnt know how to cook it so it wasnt done properly. However I would still come back here to bowl with my friends.

Best place for kids party. Well-managed.

Came in on a Saturday night with a couple friends for two games and was promptly serviced. Didnt know they got so busy. There was a kids birthday party in the next few lanes. Thats all fine but no parent or employee was making sure that the kids were safe. They were constantly coming into our lane, kicking the bowling balls around on the floor, and wrestling with each other on the floor.

Went here with a group of 16 to go bowling from work. Flat screen tv in each lane. Theres 32 lanes available. Friday nights are best. Huge parking lot free surface lot right off the highway. Open til 2 am. drinks were good!! The food hard pass. The arcade is pretty big to chill with air hockey and ball. Check groupon for good group deals for two hour bowling and shoes.

I had my Twins 10th Birthday party there this past Sunday. Everything was great! Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The kids enjoyed the arcades games & Cosmic Bowling was a hit!Also great selection of music and good food.Nice place!Recommended

Looks clean and great lanes

Its a really good place, but they are a little bit expensive. 2 games, for 4 persons made a total of $76 ($19 buck each aprox), and a Long Island drink cost $8, its expensive for the size. It has a good environment, you have fun and all, but you have to be prepared to expend at least $50 if youre going to have the full experience (game, food and alcohol).

We all love bowling and these lanes are most convenient... but as so many of the lanes here have so many problems it gets frustrating sometimes. Bowlero Fair Lawn lanes needs a mechanical uplift and more permanent fixing.

I went there with my daughter and nephew yesterday. All was ok but the guy behind the food counter needs to go. It was 3pm and I didn’t see anyone behind the counter so I waited a few minutes and this guy comes out from the back visibly annoyed. So I said “Hi are you open yet?” To which he throws up his hands and rolls his eyes and says yes. Like I was bothering him. I was taken aback so I asked him what the attitude was for? He completely changed his tune after I snapped at him. Then I told him “If you aren’t open you can just say that. No need for the attitude.” I can’t imagine ever having an employee like that. The place was literally empty ... it wasn’t even busy so I don’t know why he was already annoyed when he was just opening the kitchen. TERRIBLE customer service. Aside from that experience the guy at the front desk was nice and the manager was nice.

Ive been here a few times with friends and we really enjoyed ourselves!!! This particular time we came in a bit on the late side and the gentlemen who helped us was efficient and friendly. The bar has drinks for great prices and the food is yummy!! Needless to say I will be back.

Lots of issues that are happening non-stop. This place needs to either upgrade their equipment or get out of business. We love coming here, however it is getting worse with every time. We had to switch lanes twice and even then nothing was working. We had to constantly ask for help and sit there and wait...

Its the closest place from home, its large and really fun. (Tbh Im mainly happy about my PB of 117 xd) But still, I think this is a great bowling alley.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Lucy and William. The Alley sampler was amazing!!! The beers were nice and cold. I would highly reccomend this bowling location and plan on referring all of my friends and family!!!!

Excellent place with definitely more balls for the kids. Some are very light and lighter than usual ones. Very useful for family with kids below 12.

The arcade and bar make this a great alternative to driving out to Dave and Busters when you want to play giant space invaders while drinking a jack and coke. The food is not great but I think theyll get better eventually.... its not the worst... just greasy and kind of bland... the staff is awesome and very accommodating.... the place is very family friendly. Its affordable... parking is easy.... place is kept clean.. I would probably rate 5 stars if the menu improves offering more vegetarian options and slightly higher quality. Eat before you go, and no problem... great place for us as we live in Town and could walk here if we want. Definitely go support this business.

Even tho they told me the wait was 2 hours because they had 2 parties going on, the attention was excellent which made it all worth the wait.

I had a great time at this bowling alley. The prices were good, its very kid friendly and good for all occasions from what I could tell. Everyone was all smiles and the atmosphere was great. Just family and friends enjoying video games and bowling. The best part was they have bowling shoes in large sizes so me having big feet was able to fit a pair without issue. My date and I had a grand time and will be going again very soon.

Bolero is a fun place to go and Bowl. Lots of good food, drinks and fun. The employee staff and management are by far the nicest people on the planet. My suggestion is for you to go at all times of the day. There is never a bad time.

I really liked this bowling alley, theyre professional and take care of their lanes. I would not recommend going on a weekend though. We waited for over an hour until we got a lane and then our lane malfunctioned and we were moved to another lane. We were told we were limited to one game as the lane was reserved, which was unfortunate considering we were waiting for such a long time. They gave us cards for the arcade (picture included) which kept the kids entertained for a bit but we still ended up waiting for quite a while and the kids got bored. I would recommend to visit here on a weeknight but avoid this spot on weekends as the wait is too long, and we encountered other issues with food orders, lane malfunction, not enough seats, and more. Overall, the space is well kept and the lanes are well oiled. The staff is professional and courteous, despite the hectic crowd. It was not a comfortable experience to visit this spot on the weekend but we had a great time bowling here on a weeknight!

Jimmys 60s Birthday Party.

Easily the best bowling alley in the Bergen county area. Highly suggest coming here during unlimited bowling specials with a group of friends.

We had an awesome time. The staff was very attentive.

I came here for my birthday and really enjoyed myself. We went bowling and I learned how bad I am at it. I also played this one arcade where you try to punch this bag and you learn how hard you punch. That was fun. The food was good and the employees were friendly. I really enjoyed myself.

Sexist institution- women beware!I went to the bar because I wanted to try a bowl drink (4 servings) to share with my boyfriend, who was standing behind me. This would give each of us 2 servings or the equivalent of 2 drinks. The bartender said we needed 4 people to buy the drink. Yet, I saw 2 younger guys next to us sharing the bowl drink. Even more, a group of around 4 guys were able to get rounds and rounds of beer, spilling the beer cups all over the tables and lanes. By the end of the night, they were belligerent and made a huge mess of spilled beer in several bowling lanes, on chairs, and on tables and were running around like children.I didnt realize this was the 1960s and I needed a man to purchase my drinks for me at the bar. I also didnt realize that in 2019 women are only allowed to have one serving of alcohol, while men can have as many servings as they want.When I approached the manager at the end of the night, he spoke to me like I was a child aww, Im sorry. He didnt care and didnt do anything to rectify the situation. I will not be returning to a business who treats women as inferior and I encourage all women to explore other bowling options.

Went here for a date. I really liked it here, and liked the system they had for long waits (they put you on a virtual line then text you) and we happened to go on a Tuesday coincidentally and got the 2.22 special which is a bang for your buck would definitely go again

What a ripoff! 1 HOUR of BOWLING CAME TO $62.90 plus shoe rental $20.96 for 2 adults 2 kids. When I asked for the pricing Danniel the guy in the counter/shoe rental said it was $6.59 per game plus shoe rental. Which to my understanding was a round of bowling (10 frames) for us family of 5 including a 2 year old we included in the game. You don’t get charge til the end of the game so when it comes to paying they literally charged us for every time we throw that bowling ball. Will never set foot in this place again an will be informing others about this experience.

We bowled in the new year at this location. So pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was! For the price, great food, drinks and music, plus four hours of bowling. We will be back! Great job by all the staff.

Upon reading all the reviews. we decided to still give this place a go went on sunday around 2. Yes I found it a little pricey they charge per game per person. We got a good deal on two games and a game card we didnt order food this time so it wasnt a problem. The 2 men behind the counter were very pleasant and helpful no issues there. We will give this place another go round.

Went there for a birthday celebration with friends, very nice and well maintained ally’s. However, what I loved the most is food. Great club food, reasonable rates. You can either play a game or book time. Shoe rental seemed to be little expensive.

Its so fun awesome bowling and the arcade needs more games. Also the waiting for the food takes so long and its expensive. However its still a wonderful place to go with your family as long as you have money.

If you love to go bowling then this is the right place for you the food service is friendly and the workers are very friendly and helpful as well. It’s a clean place so you won’t have to worry, also they have a mini arcade area for people who love video games.

Good atmosphere, but overpriced. Theres an arcade upstairs and movies shown on the screens next to the bowling lanes (interesting, but the movie was distracting at times)

Great place for kids entertainment.

Prices arent bad, staff is alright, the place is dirty. Went bowling the other night and the lane had soda, food and just dirt on the lane. It was interfering with bowling. If they kept the lane clean I would have put four stars. I wish the went around and collected the non-used bowling balls and put them back on the rack where other bowlers are able to get to them. It was better kept when it was Brunswick Lanes.

This place was a nightmare. This place gets 1 star because the service was horrendous across the board. We waited 52min for a platter at the snack bar. The bartender took 10minutes to process a beer purchase. There were no available employees to get answers from. The lady at the register was not only rude but had no sense of urgency during busy times. The food is overpriced, undercooked burgers and wings. Will never return to this location!!!!

It was okay. The food wasnt bad bowling always fun! There a downside is it was packed so it was trouble finding a ball because all the Waynes were full. I guess thats a good thing LOL. It wouldnt be packed if it wasnt a decent place, right?

Fun time, but a little pricey though the staff has always been really exceptional. My bartender had trouble with the keg, so I got a pitcher full of foam but it eventually settled down to almost 2 pints and he only charged me for one beer. I recommend having some fun here and getting your bowl on.

The employees here are disrespectful, also they are understaffed. Had to wait a good 30 mins to get someone to help out. Also the bowling area is not the cleanest and didnt have enough variety of bowling balls for everyone.

I went here for the first time in few years over the weekend. They revamped the entire Ally it looks outstanding. They have big screen TVs at the end of the lanes and everything is modernized. To top it off the had a special for $18(and some change) you could bowl for free for the night... It was outstanding.

Fun family night out.
