People on the board really dont know how to run this co-op. they also dont know how to treat people decent and they are intimidating .Rules only apply to certain people and if they dont like you your targeted..

This place sucks, they are constantly shutting down the water its ridiculous!!! wouldnt suggest moving here 0/10 :/

Love the community and that they have a park and pool area for the families that reside there to use.

A large park. There is hope that enough residents can join together and bring unity so it can become a great community for all .

Ok trailer park but you must own the trailers there you cant rent.

I live here in Exeter River for almost 4 months now very nice people around here for neighbors get along with everyone its a good place to on a trailer into have a place thats nice and quiet to live in the only time its not quiet is when the trains go by for the downeaster in the freight trains go through

I think since buying this place almost 10 years ago has been for the most part a good thing. It has been a learning curve for everyone. I have been here 32 years and seen a lot. I was involved since the purchase started. I have been on the board. Many committees and have gone door to door. These are all volunteer positions. BOD is voted in by us the members. There is an annual meeting that covers the next years budget repairs/ replacements. We are involved in approving these things. This is like a million dollar cooperation. Things run smoothly most of the time. And we do get guidance. There is very little I would change....Linda

Weve lived here since 2003 nice homes. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Affordable housing. Fun community events.

Personal reasons other then that its a nice place with some good people

This place is corrupt and filthy. The management steals thousands and gets away with it by charging late fees for on time lot payments. Most residents are addicts or thieves, and the matinence crew is a disabled old man getting paid illegally to drive around the park speeding and cutting people off.

Respectable family park very quite.

Expensive for what you get. Board members click that is all ways changing. Unfair enforcement of by laws.

No consistency in following park rules by the Board of Directors. Ive lived here for 8 years.I have volunteered on almost all of the Co-op committees.
