The greens and fairways are in good shape, the course is very challenging but there are some holes that you can score well on!! They have 4 sets of tees and the fairways are wide open!!! The white tees play 6406 yards

Have made this course my second home since I moved to South County. Course is in great shape and the entire staff is wonderful. Course is long and challenging with some chances to score as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The course is nice but Im giving them three stars on account of their expensive golf cart ($20 per person) and not so good driving range. I think its a rip off to charge $20 per person for old rinky-dink carts when great courses like Swansea Country Club charges only $7.50 per person with nicer carts.

Challenging coarse, beautiful scenery.

A good experience. Be sure to call, leagues here, so dont expect to walk on in afternoon for a quick round. Staff is helpful and polite both in pro shop and 19th. With the exception of one long drive over water, this is a good course for the average bogey player.

I have played here for years. Just played last week, the course is in awesome shape and greens are beautiful. It looks like they are spending some $ keeping the whole course green. Will be back soon!

Fantastic October day at Exeter today. Not too many leaves and greens were rolling nicely.

One of my favorite courses within 50 miles of me. A very long and somewhat challenging course with lots of parents 5s. Place is well kept and is never really too busy. Highly recommended if youve never played here.

I hadnt played Exeter in a couple of years.I found it to be well-maintained and truly beautiful. Kudos to the hard-working ground keepers...its better than ever!Really nice....!

Other than a little wet,it was in pretty good shape for this time of year.

I have played this course for almost 50 years and am amazed that they do not make any investment in the course. Conditions were fair at best and the greens were poor yesterday.

The coarse was nice! The greens are in nice condition! Play was very slow 5 1/2 hours round !!! No ranger to move things along.

3/5 course 0/5 service. Bad starting and booking pushed tee times back 20 minutes. Told one price on phone and paid another at the course. Then told it would be a 40 minute wait on the turn. I know most courses in the area turn into a 5 hour round, but that is usually because of slow players, but this was poor booking, terrible starting and no on-course management.As far as the course, the greens and fairways aren’t bad. The tee boxes are terrible most are uneven. The “driving range” was worse than hitting off my back yard.I drive by this course almost everyday and I was super excited to finally play it. Sadly this will be my last time at Exeter country club.

Course was in pristine condition. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Food was excellent. Philly steak was the bomb!

It is nice but can be really slow play. Im not sure if it is the design of the holes or just the amount of people that play here. But even when it isnt crowded a round is going to take longer than normal.

Great Golf Course, its a little long and you got to hit the ball really straight and then youll be in good shape average score of most golfers is 94 discourse

Exeter is in very good condition after a couple tough years. It is a beautiful tree lined setting and a nice layout. The greens are in good shape. This is now a good course..

I have not played Exeter in many years, and I have to say it was in great shape, tee to green. There are some really nice views on the back nine with covered bridge and ponds and waterfalls. Ill be back soon.

Great holes, low traffic at twilight, well maintained, low bugs/poison ivy, you will likely leave with more balls than you came with; cant recommend enough!

Interesting layout. Used have trouble with green but are in great shape now.

Nice course but seems way more expensive than it should be. It used to be reasonably priced. Wont be heading back for a while.

Will never spend my money here again. Owner is ignorant and rude. Was forced to tee off the back nine as the first group of the morning, sure no problem. Played nine holes in 1.5 hours, great. Come to the turn and theres a line to go off the front (why not just continue starting on the back??). She couldnt understand why we were angry, knowing that it would now take 3 hours to play the next nine holes due to several slow groups being ahead of us. Poorly run, just lost a couple young customers for life. Might consider going back if someone else takes over.
