Jeremy needs a raise everyone. Be on the look out. Jeremy is NAILS... Thank God for the two girls managing the office. They are the perfect two to assist the Ke Alohi Kai community. They made the process so easy and were very very friendly.Whats extremely frustrating with Jeremy is the violations that he issues was in place 4 years ago and only now its a violation. Starting with No Solicitation signs. 23 of my neighbors have the same sign. Jeremy need to go and Ill be sure to attend the next association meeting.
Beware of the towing companies. If you ever lock yourself out of the garage or have an emergency and leave the car outside for a very temporary time (less than ten minutes), then you’ll get towed to sand island. Regardless of it you’re outside your own garage and not obstructing the alleyway. And it’s $272 cash only.
Really nice community
Poki on da runs Nachos Mauka to Makai was winnah!! You gotta try!! Onolishes
To worst you can hope for. Run by a bunch of armature puppets. They only thing they can do is collect money. The transmission of management companies was a mess and still is a mess. Now we have 2 companies we have to pay each mount. The new company sent letters out giving wrong information. The board of this community are so so out of touch. The bi laws are stuck in the 90s and then ones they update are still 10 years behind the times. It is a scam. I have reported a person who is running a air B&B in their home and this is NOT allowed they do nothing about it. It is like 1980s Russia living in this community. I dislike it very much.
Went to movies outdoors with the kids and Ocean Point Community hit a homerun with the food trucks, games, and plenty of freebies. Thanks to the staff it was excellent.
Always well kept and maintained.
They never answer the phone and cant be found in the office. They continue to charge for old citations that were settled almost a year ago. Only thing they are good at is accepting payments
This is a neighborhood community center available for rent by residents for parties, meetings, and gatherings. Small kitchen facilities available as well as tables and chairs for rent. Large grassy area available for bounce houses, outdoor dining, or projection movies.
