Look I am going to say flat out Connie was the best from when I walked in the store to when I walked out she asked me what I was making and if she could help me look for anything after that she told me download the app to get points and it might take the price down and she was right it took the price down and I got points on the app and she is dope by the way she was also training another person and she was new and she looking like she enjoyed work with Connie as wellBtw it was a few workers there who sent really wanna be at work today but Connie positive attitude keep the place positive love it

A great store for arts & craft. They also sell games picture frames, do it yourself project and other things. If you have not gone to Michaels. Go! You can pick up some great stocking stuffer.

This store is the reason people shop online. The store itself seems fine it is the checking out process. It is ALWAYS slow. The checkers have no sense of urgency. They dont open another register when there are too many people in line. I was in line today when the 2 cashiers were helping customers with issues and someone in charge was there, but did nothing to expedite the lines. I was on my lunch and was unable to run any other errands. Wont make that mistake again. I plan to do more online shopping. Why waste my time.

I hosted my 7 year old daughters birthday party here. Our party host was spectacular! She was very helpful and engaging with my girl and her guest. The price for the party is $120 for the birthday child and seven guest. All arts and craft supplies, invitations and thank you notes for the party are included in that price. All you have to do is bring food or snacks and enjoy your party. They even clean up EVERYTHING! This is one of the best birthday parties Ive ever given.

Me my fiance and my daughter visited this store to purchase a few items for my kid growing skills of art. When your child shows entrance is a field please be supporting of their ideas and dreams for a lot of other kids in her age range may or may not be so gifted. So lets make all of our children be our most priority in life.

Apparently UPS drops parcel at this facility in the event they miss you at home. I like the idea. Its better than driving all the way out to Bedford Park to pick up missed deliveries.

I very much frequent this Michaels and I love it with a passion. I do a lot of crocheting, so I pick up quite a few spools of yarn at a time. This store stays organized, the employees are beyond helpful, and the manager, Mike, is absolutely great. Its refreshing to see such an upbeat atmosphere and a manager who is more than willingly to interact with the patrons and get involved where needed. Ive never visited a bad Michaels, but this is definitely the best one!

Spring 2020 is making me want to craft jewlery and paint walls in my apartment. Michaels was just the place to go They had theses super cute photo boxes along with lots of clearance items. I highly recommend it for your crafting needs, and needless to say I will be returning.

Michael’s is a great store to get my art supplies like oil paints, Turpenoid, and canvases. I was blessed to get a “3 for the price of 1” deal on 3 30”x40” Gallery canvases. I can’t get that deal anywhere else, and it wasn’t on Black Friday either. Michael’s is great, and their supply helped me paint an oil painting that I am proud of.

OVERCROWDED! Be very careful during covid. Theyre not enforcing social distancing. The checkout lines are always long no matter what. This place was so packed that it set off my anxiety - I put my basket down and left.

We are frequent shoppers at Michaels. This location isnt our go to location but they have the typical items that each store has. The store looks relatively new compared to the other locations we visit. The inside of the store is always clean and neatly organized. This location seemed to be short staffed compared to the others. There were only a couple employees on the floor and one or two at the registers. Furthermore, the staff isnt as engaging as other stores. But overall we had a good experience.

I cant remember her name but she was a very spunky older Caucasian lady. Absolutely awesome. I had recently had surgery and needed help with an item that was too heavy for me to lift. She got the item, took it to the front by the registers,rang me up and had someone to put it into my car. That is the way a customer should be treated.

My experience at Michaels was great due in part because of the cashier Mike at Evergreen Market Place, 9140 S. Western Ave. He is very friendly and informative. You can tell that he enjoys his job and the customers. In this world that it is evident that great customer service is not priority, Im so glad that someone like Mike, still makes it his number one priority.

Okkkk, so this locations selection is ASTRONOMICAL! It’s neat, clean and organized well. They have about 8 registers; half were open, but it was a midday afternoon so it wasn’t crowded and there was no wait. Gina gave me a coupon as well as signed me up for the rewards program!I totally give it 5 stars.

Where do I begin, I was not greeted when I walked in the store. Then I begin to look for my items which I couldnt find. So I then being to look for someone on the floor to assist me, no luck. So I just started to read the signs, then I found what I was looking for.When I found what I was looking for, after that I went to the register the lady that was there was not really pleasent, and had the nerve to ask me to do a survey on her service when she gabe me my receipt. Really lady please I wish I would. Im going to just leave that right there....

Great customer service

I only visited this store one time looking for fabrics. I walked around for a while looking for something such as a sign to direct me to it, but I had to walk back to the front to ask the cashier wheres the fabrics? She pointed to a direction where I found myself walking around again lost. I finally found someone who directed me to an aisle number that I hadnt noticed because I was looking for name signs. Anyway, I found the fabrics (which arent many) then I was checked out by a friendly cashier. Im not too familiar with craft, but they seem to carried a nice variety of crafty stuff. I did expect more and I thought the store would be a little bigger (I dont know why). I wished they had more fabrics and more length, but my overall experience was ok. Oh, and I did get a discount because a nice customer gave me their coupon they had no use for. I can see myself going back maybe for other stuff. I cant give 4 stars because I thought it was okay which is 3 stars. Id give it 3 1/2 stars if it was allowed.

I found everything I needed. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, and they had so much stuff. I spent more than I wanted to lol, and the staff was very helpful in getting me where I needed to,go and what I wanted, and the cashier was extremely friendly!

I enjoyed going to micheals, me and a friend were shopping for a surprise bridal shower that were throwing for a friend of ours. The store was clean. There werent a lot of sales people on the floor to assist the customers, so the shopping trip took a little longer than expected. I got some good deals on the items that I brought. They had some good sales. I used my coupons as well. Ill be back for more deals.

I found the goody bags I need it for my kids party plus everything else I didnt really need. I like that they have a app so I have the coupons I need every time I go in. Not to mention 15% off everything for teachers is a real bonus. I do feel like I always have to wait in a long line though thats the only reason why Im not getting it 5 stars.
