Pretty cool play to enjoy. Adults and children’s can both have fun jumping. So if you wanna jump and jump and jump lol this is the place for you.

Horrible customer service staff is uninformed. To start off this place is messy and understaffed when coming into the front entrance there was no one at the desk I had to call out for help. The rest rooms are dirty with urine left on the floor. My real issue is that paid for 18+ ticket so that my girl and I didn’t have to jump with children. I was told that there was no such thing as 18+ but on their site where I bought the tickets it stated it was. She also told me after 10 pm that there is a time for adults but I would have to pay again. I asked for a refund and she said that she would refund me she will need a managers approval. The manager “Tom Duff” stated that there will be no refunds I explained to him what my issue was. Tom then said that there is no 18 plus and that this is stated on the site and on my ticket I then asked Tom to show me where it is and he was unable to find it but still refused to refund me. I then tried to make an attempt to speak with customer service and emailed them 4 days ago and still have not gotten a response the customer service phone number goes to a Walmart gift card got line. Sky zone took my money never going to this place again

Wanted to take our 3 year old Autistic child to Sensory Sunday and place was closed. Website for this particular location says they open at 8am every third Sunday, however we waiting for 10 min called 3 times and no answer. So disappointing, and irresponsible. Either update your website information to reflect accurate times, or coach your staff to open on time and answer phone. Awful. So disappointing

Always fun for the kids and there are many offerings in addition to open jump time, like Toddler Time on weekends.

A great place for the kids to bounce aground and have fun all day! It was totally worth the visit.

For adults who want to practice their trampoline skills this place is not a go-to. No changing rooms, lockers are not free (let alone showers). They keep a lot of courts closed since there is simply not enough employees that can watch over you. As a result, the open courts get crowded with kids quickly and adults have to wait a long time and stay supercautious to not hurt anyone. Wont recommend.

I purchased tickets online before I arrived. The toddler court was only available for 30 minutes.The front desk was so understaffed that we weren’t able to start jumping until close to the end of the reservation, because the line was out of the door.There were also older children jumping in the toddler court, and there was no one supervising the court to tell them to return to the older court. I do not recommend this location.

I’m writing this review a few days after my visit. It was my son’s first visit there, and he had an absolute blast! We went for the glow program they have on Friday nights. I would also like to give a shoutout to the workers that were there this past Friday night, they were all so kind and helpful, especially the kind young gentleman who worked at the cash register (I believe he was wearing a blue shirt). He explained everything thoroughly and warmheartedly before my son went to the trampolines. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

My son got a year pass and he goes every weekend. He says it’s great quality trampolines. The only bad thing is that dodgeball is by letters and if kids are coming just for dodgeball and they have a limited amount of time it’s not that fair. There’s also a new baby room it’s pretty cool. They have stuff like the American Ninja Warriors: warped wall, rings, etc. Open jump, jousting, 2 dodgeball courts and a couple of leather seats for the adults to watch TV. There’s also food but I’ve never tried it. So that’s up to you.

The kids had so much fun we went only for 1 hour and they were pretty worn out although Im sure we could have stayed longer and they would have found a second wind. But we went late so an hour was just enough.

My son and I had a blast and one of the staff made my sons day at the speed thrower playing with him. I think he was a manager and he was great. I think he had a different shirt on then other staff. Just make sure you understand the age regulations for dodge ball and jumping. I couldnt jump on same side of my son which I get hes only nine. Very clean good staff who were polite explaining rules. We will be back!

Definitely not coming back. My first visit was horrible. I live in Everett so I always go to the one in denver but this time I wanted to try something different. I came here around 2pm with my 3 kids . The person who was at the front register told me that it was no space for my kids to play because they were busy. I said okay . Then I asked. So What time my kids can play. Then she said. I can let one go in at 3pm then I said . I have 3 kids,how would you tell me that only one can go in. Then she said sorry but the next one can go at 3:30pm. I said thank you but thats not right and I left. Definitely not coming back.

A little too PG here. Cool place for the little ones but if you want to let loose and really have some trampoline fun, I personally would recommend another trampoline place. It was just an ok experience. Nothing awful and nothing to be excited about.

Amazing place. They have a small trampoline for toddlers which is very convenient because parents can just easily watch them without having to go inside with them.

Good areas but as a gymnast we can’t even do backflips even if we tell it to the staff, and we can’t use the available side of the tumbling track. A long trampoline track is missing for people who want to make flips again.

Just went here for the first time and I will definitely be a repeat customer ... the guy at the front Tom is the man and very helpful!! He definitely was a big reason to why I will be coming back ... thanks again tom!!

Kids had a blast.

Ive taken my 7 year old here twice. The first time I jumped with her and paid the price the next day. We jumped 1 hour. When the time was up she didnt want to go. The second time I paid for 2 hours but I didnt jump and she was bored out of her mind .. She kept coming back to where I sat asking is my time almost up like every 20 mins. I was like nope you still have time.. It was like she didnt enjoy her 2 hour jump. We took the train and bus there.. It was very hot on the 3rd of July and the walk back to the bus stop was pretty far.. If you dont pay attention to signs you will be going in circles trying to find it.. Id still recommend my friends to go.. Staff was very friendly.. No pizza was available around 2pm when we got there so we settled for 2 smoothies which were NOT worth $5.00 each.

It was awsome and the kids had a blast!A few Suggestions would be to have a drink fountain with ice, seats outside for parents, and to move the smoking area from the handicapped parking spot.

A nice place to bring your kids to have fun for a half hour or more. Make sure your kids stay safe. The staff do a great job on watching to see if the kids are breaking the rules.

My 8yr old and 2yr old girls love this place. And from what i can tell the older kids like skyzone also. There are areas for all ages. I like taking my girls there to burn some of the high energy they have

My family had a blast it suitable for people of all ages and its affordable although its not something you can spend the whole day doing it only lasts usually for about 2 hours at least like it could have jumped any longer than that before they wanted to rest lol we had a great time I would suggest eating prior to going about all the food wasnt all that great I think they should definitely add a more variety

General decline and lack of maintenance and capital improvements. Makes one wonder about the structural safety. Broken windows concept guys!?

Other trampoline parks (like Altitude in Billerica , or Launch in Watertown) have more variety, more space, and dont restrict parents from participating in certain activities. I couldnt play dodgeball OR jump on the trampolines with my son, which was a big disappointment for us both.

Great place and a lot of fun. They have a dedicated toddler play time for kids 4 years old and younger.

I went with my kids to this place. The experience was horrible. At some point I felt my youngest kid was being discriminated. He could not play in some areas (understandable) . After looking for a place for him to play with his brother, a staff member sent me to a place where smaller kid than him were playing. After half hour playing there, 2 white ladies got there to replace the other employee. One of them told me to get my kid out because he was too little to be there. I told her there are a lot smaller kids than him playing here. She went with the other lady and started whispering and laughing at me. One of them came back to tell me to get him out. I told her to Call manager. Manager was already irritated, told me to get my kid out. I told him I was getting kicked out of every single area with my kid and someone send me there, I asked him for a map of game area for my kid age , didn’t have one. After talking with him he told me to get my kid out of the building, and he was going to refound my money back. I felt so sad and discriminated that they didn’t let my kid play with the other kids.

Staff is a bunch of teenagers who dont bother to moderate the jumpers at all. While standing on the side watching my children, I got hit in the face with a dodge ball, broke my glasses, and the employee just shrugged.

Its a good place for kids and young teenagers to go burn off energy and calories. Thought the entire staff was very polite, helpful and professional!

As a 21 year old going with a few friends, we all had fun. Although about 30-45 minutes is more than enough time to get bored of each activity. Expect lots of kids.Otherwise, facilities and bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helped instruct me on how to learn the wall. Skyzone is great for all ages.

My family and I decided to try a new trampoline park. 2 adults, a 2.5 year old and a 5.5 year old. Nowhere in the park could anyone jump together other than the two adults. They have made so many rules for safety that its just not worth going to as a family. This is in stark contrast to Altitude jump park in Billerica where the staff is given more liberty to exercise good judgement. Fortunately we were able to obtain a refund.

Fun place to visit for an action-packed time. Well-staffed and well-run. Nice concession stand. Two walls to run up like American Ninja Warrior. Rings, dodge-ball, a foam pit, jousting so not just trampolines.

Great place to bring your kids this place is filled with friendly staff who interacts with all the kids just yesterday i was here with my kid here who is very shy and awkward he was playing dodge ball and when he got out he was sad then staff member told him if wanted back in he had some silly floss dance being shy person my son is at first he refused but then the staff member started to dance and to my surprise my son started to dance too then the staff member let him go back on he was so happy he wouldnt shut up about it on the way home i had to ask this staff member his name nickel it was so a big shout out to nickel and the rest of the skyzone team i seriously think this place might have changed my sons life i would recommend this place to anyone who has kids

Its really fun. Its a nice, spacious location, but being in the back of a warehouse- like property made it a little tricky to find at first until we recognized the signs leading to the back. The staff was very friendly and attentive. While saying that, being warned about something you dont know about ( even signing waivers) doesnt exactly prepare you fully for it!! Just be aware that, while a trampoline is a low impact exercise ( supposedly easier on the joints) it is a MAJOR challenge of your back and core muscles are weak!! And its DEFINITELY a workout....even in the midst of the fun, so aches and pains afterwards should be expected. But we DID have a fun time there, and kudos to the staff!!

Great was to tire out the kids. Not huge but its enough for kids to have fun. Also fun for everyone if you want to jump with them. Prices are not bad you pay by the time you want to play. And they keep adding new things. Also have nights for adults. And have added rings you swing to and wall to run up. And the joust fighting where you have to try to knock eachother down into the foam pit. Deffinitly worth going to try out. Kids always want to go back. Your not allowed to bring your own drinks in side. But they have drinks and snacks. And they have never tackled new down for having my own inside. Lol. I advice to sign the waiver online before you go for a faster check In.

This place is full of ignorant workers who yell and shout at parents and children. There was an incident when we came here as a family for the first time. We have two toddlers playing in the small jumping area as we were watching them, and there were other parents were also watching their children. One of our toddler fell down so my sister approached her to help her out (without jumping) and suddenly there was a guy screaming and shouting tat us saying to get out of the jumping area as it was jumping to him. He approached us and yelled at us with very bad attitude! He was claiming that my sister was putting other childrens lives in danger!!! She didnt jump and if her intention is to hurt childrens live, she could have hurt her daughters life first! And why is the yelling ?We escalated it to the manager and he was defending his attitude also saying that it was danger to get into the jumping area. He also said that he watched the video of my sister jumping! We said Great show us the video then? He didnt agree to show the video. That means they didnt speak the truth and they didnt apologize for shouting and being disrespectful.If you really care about safety then you should put someone who watches the toddler jumping area, not someone who cleans the floor and suddenly glimpses the area and comes to shout at people! And also you should train your workers how to be respectful when speaking to people.I dont recommend this place at all!!!!!!!

This place was awful, it was fun but not sanitary. There was gum everywhere, and popcorn on tables and floors. Employees did not pay attention to much of anything and the lines for things would be so long, due to the fact of employees not caring enough to do their jobs. The employees were social to much with each other and did not intend to do their job correctly in most situations. The WORST part of this SkyZone was the bathrooms. They were so disgusting, and so amazingly gross. They clearly do not have a janitor to clean the floors and restock on the supplies. No toilet paper in some stalls and even blood on a seat. But lastly the horrible, terrible water that people had to put their hands in for that smooth clean wash. If you filled up the sink with water, or even just look at it closely, you will notice it’s FOGGY. And when you drain the water you can see a swirl of white looking clumps of random stuff. Also there was hair surrounding the sink. All and all this place with awful and I do not recommend go at your own risk. I will send you off with a recommendation to go to SkyZone in Danvers in the Library Tree Mall, it’s bigger, better, and MUCH cleaner. And also the employees are better at what they do for their job. Thank you if you took the time to read this review, but please do not go there.

My kids thought it was great, which is good. Most importantly though, they didnt have terrible music blaring like their competitors.

A lot of fun but bring people!! We came and had the whole place to ourselves which was nice! I cant imagine the place packed because there would be a lot of waiting in line. You need more people to come with to play dodgeball and what not in order to keep it interesting. Will definitely return!

Came here with some friends for a group activity - had a blast! We spent the whole time in the trampoline dodgeball area, so I can only speak to that activity. Everything was clean and the staff were very respectful and helpful. Would definitely go again.

I took two 10 year olds, we were there for two hours it was just the right amount of time. They totally enjoyed themselves.

Kid called me the n word several times and we fought, continuously called me names, park decided it was my fault, never going back

So much fun! Safe and their security system to rotate age groups is great. No need to worry that your small child will get trampled by a teenager! We purchased a 10 pack of passes to take a group of my sons friends for his birthday. They all had fun and even had a few to return a second time. My brother in law and husband also jumped like they were 10 years old haha! Fun times for all!

If I could give zero stars I would. There is absolutely nothing nice to say about this facility. I planned a whole trip from the South Shore for a group of 10 friends to go to this Skyzone. 10 customers who were spending hundreds of dollars at this establishment, with the potential to bring others and likely return ourselves. I bought the tickets on Groupon, thinking I would save some friends a little money. I have, in the past, not always read the fine print and had things fall through due to my own irresponsibility. SOOO this time, I read everything possible to know that this trip would be a success. Needless to say, we traveled all that way only to get to the check-in and be told that because it was a Friday Glow Night, we were not able to use those Groupons. I asked the employee to show me where it says that we were not able to use those Groupons that night. The employee however could not so he got his manager. The manager also could not point it out. They simply stated it was in the fine print. When I asked him to show me, he said the portion that says, Walk ins only stated that we could not use it. The actual Groupon title was Six 90-Minute Open Jump Passes: Valid Any Day. They said that it was Groupons fault that the information wasnt on the coupon (which doesnt make sense because Groupon gets their information from the company). The manager had absolutely zero customer service skills and simply said that it was Glow Night and we werent able to use the coupons. We would have to either use the Groupon and pay essentially double the cost for the extra Glow Night essentials or contact Groupon and get my money back. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I CONTRIBUTE MONEY TO THIS COMPANY. So, I simply took the group of 10 elsewhere and certainly got my money back. I will never give money to this establishment who simply cannot own up to their mistakes and honor their promotions.

Nice place to bring your kids

The place is large and provides a lot of space for different ages to have fun. There are a lot of activities but make sure to check that there is dodge-ball that day if thats what you want to play. Restroom facilities were acceptable but the food options were rather sparse.

Good work out no gym necesary

It is pretty hard to find. There is lots of twists and turns to get there after maps says you have arrived. So plan some extra wandering around time in the first time you go. We played dodgeball on a private area and it was super fun. We played for about an hour and felt like that was a good length of time.

Sky Zone Everett is awesome! I love bringing my daughter here to have a blast, and usually jump myself (its fantastic exercise - Google trampoline health benefits). The staff is great and works hard to make sure everyone is safe and having a great time.

For a fun afternoon of jumping around and socializing, this is the place to be -- costs about $20 per person (includes special socks) and you get access to a huge array of arenas, including the dodgeball zone, free jump, a ninja warrior style obstacle course, and samurai ball pit. Come here to get a workout and then go around the corner to Nightshift Brewery to grab a pint. Beware the small children, though; this is a popular space for birthday parties!

The A B C D groups have ruined the experience. I was in C and my brother and his friends were in B and they would not let me play at his birthday in their private game.

Very very costly it’s not worth it ... staff are always looking at the kids to not steal overtime!! You can tell they are just over the money not to please the costumers.. you paid by the hour and end up jumping less

It was my first time jumping at Sky Zone and it was so much fun!!!! Really fun place and they have the best ice cream! The staff is very friendly and informative.

Too many rules, not enough time for each area, too expensive for nothing of fun, I will never go there again. It is also cold. Staff was not fair with the turns the children got.Some kids got more turns than the other children.
