Lindy Stockton has infused her warmth and love for art and community into a cozy and welcoming art haven. For anyone with even a drop of a creative urge, this place is like a playground of image, color, texture, and seemingly infinite media. I went to the Collage Café for an evening of art journaling, not quite sure what to expect, and soon found myself on a 2-hour stress-free, nonjudgmental creative vacation. In addition to making everyone feel welcome and providing art tips and guidance for the asking, Lindy provides all of the art supplies and even has journals available for sale if you (like me) dont happen to have one on hand. She also had snacks for a little refueling when you needed it (she does not provide adult bevvies, but you can byo). I had a wonderful evening, like therapy for the soul, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you, Lindy!!

I had such a great time learning from Lindy at her Layers and Threads Journal class. So organized, patient and willing to give us her well seasoned and experienced tips and tricks to make your project the best it can be! The Collage Cafe is warm and welcoming and I can’t wait to go back :)

A wonderful, intimate and unique place! Lindy, the store owner is such a warm, kind and knowledgeable person. We had a girls night out event here and she took excellent care of us. We will definitely come back and have more events here. She has one of a kind merchandise. Visit this place!

Was driving past and decided to take a peek inside. Best decision I made all day! The visit was a treat for the mind, eyes and spirit. Kate was the stores host the day I stopped by. She was as gracious and thoughtful as she was knowledgeable and helpful. The space itself is a gem of a delight, splattered with funky-fun art and colorful symbols of inspiration. The cost of the collage supplies, candles, mugs, and other items are more than reasonable. Great place to purchase a gifts for the creative soul. I left feeling inspired, centered and very grateful to have found the Collage Cafe and to have met Kate. Fun items, great place, wonderful people.

I recently had a Gal Pal night at The Collage Cafe where I got together with some of my girlfriends and over wine and finger foods we painted canvas tote bags... it was truly some of my most well spent money! Lindy took care of everything, made sure wine glasses were full, people were snacking, she floated around helping when needed. An awesome array of paints, stamps, stencils, brushes were provided. I had an amazing time with my friends at it was so heartwarming to hear everyone exclaiming how much fun they were having and that the get together was such a good idea throughout the whole evening. A really fun alternative to just dinner and drinks or what have you. The Collage Cafe offers a variety of gal pal nights, I chose the tote bag because plastic bags are the devil and I want to encourage all my friends to cut them out of their lives but Im sure her other offerings are just as great. Plus all you have to do is show up and have fun, she takes care of the rest!In addition to classes, there is a most magical retail space and Ive found many great treasures there... candles, stationary and cute things for my home as well as neat and unique hostess gifts for when I visit friends and family.The Collage Cafe is a welcome addition to our Main Street shopping district, Lindy and Baxter are a delight to visit and you should most definitely stop in if you havent already!
