Recently purchased a permit to cut down a Christmas tree. Very nice establishment

A clear day on 199 is fantastic. Cold and cloudy and it is still a wonderful scenic pleasure. Lots of large trees, some right on top of the road, not as intimidating as the drive on 299, but still if you like big trees you will be happy.The drive on 199 does not provide as scenic a view of drop offs and raging rivers far below you as does 299, but it is still enjoyable. When a turnout appears be sure to take the time and pull over and enjoy the vista.
