This is an active and successful community college. It offers a wide variety of classes and serves Humboldt and DelNorte counties. Many classes are online.

Just dont go here period. Its a waste of time and money, not only do the professors make it any more obvious that they dont care about you but its also obvious most look down on you. Being a Freshman after 1 semester and dreaming of being able to go to college, it was pretty disappointing. Its not so different from High School..

I have no complaints, except no more bookstore. I dont know if I should love it or hate it.

Told me I have to pay out of pocket for the sumestsr because they made a mastake even after the collage received my FASFA

They sent a collections to a crediting agency, and had it reported to my credit without ever calling me, or sending me a letter. Unethical, nonprofessional, and not to mention, illegal. I would sooner throw my money down a drain, as it would get me about as much, and wouldve taken much less of my time.

Pretty ridiculous how we have to pay for WiFi usage, yet they think its appropriate to limit what sites we can use. NEWSFLASH: SOME OF OUR CLASSES ACTUALLY REQUIRE US TO USE HULU AND NETFLIX FOR DOCUMENTARIES AND RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient location in central Humboldt County, but out of town.

Director of truck driving waste your time and money. A lot of work just to be put in a random drawing to not get picked. Wasting 4,000 for college when you could go the the Bay Area and pass and only pay 1100 for the same outcome! Don’t waste your time at college of the redwoods!

College of the redwood charger for everything and they not tell the student before adding classes. You supposed to drop before school start otherwise they charger you even if you didn’t go to class. Be careful they are thief.

I had a great experience going here. Overall I had good teachers and the price was really low compared to going to HSU. You can easily transfer to HSU from here so that was easy as well.

I love this community college. Beautiful campus.
