On 8-29-2020 this great staff kept the pizza coming to some people who really needed a good meal. Lots of relief workers in town and some who lost everything in a hurricane, this place was clean, food was great and the staff was amazing. THANK YOU so much for giving me the first hot meal I had in a few days. Thank you to the whole city of Eunice for opening your doors to us.

Staff was friendly. Food was good. Games were fun with the kid.

Amazing Game Room , And Good Pizza !

We went tonight around 7 or 8, the staff was super friendly and helpful although it was packed. The buffet was ok considering how many people were being served, and everyone was trying their best to help one another, so kudos to the staff tonight!

Always 4-5 of the same pizzas on the buffet at the same time.2-3 workwr# take breaks at same time ,leaving 1-2 people to run whole store.Some of the younger workers are very rude...My mom is a preferred customer and she wasnt happy the last 2-3 times...Need better training or workers...

Usually this place is pretty good with a variety of pizza. It was not today when we went. All the pizza either seemed the same or had too much crust for the pizza. Also the game room was not the best. A lot of the games werent working.

Take out orders are always wrong or missing something ( were charged for items we didnt get). I gave them too many chances. Should have know better than to keep going back. Will not return

Salad bar was not restocked i went for a salad

Pizza selection was small. Coke machine was out of several different flavors.

The buffet was fresh and good. Rained out for Halloween and Mr. Gattis made an excellent substitute. Would recommend.

Havent ate there in nearly 30 years and was surprised that the pizza was still great.

Perfect place for a Birthday Party

We had a great time. Food was hot and fresh. They have a coca-cola freestyle. I do love my options. The crowd was mixed. Families and couples. There’s a kids play area so there is a bit of activity there but the noise level was kept to a minimum. Fast and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and environment.

It was very good. I havent been to Gattis in a few years and I forgot that there is always a birthday party or 2 going on so there are a lot of kids running around with no parent supervision so the next time Ill go will be during the week or later at night. But it was still good

Buffet is top of the line! All different types of pizzas! Salads/ Soups you name it! Even specialize your own! Omg I get full everytime I go! And if u r with the kids after they are finished eating its an arcade for them as well! A must stop for pizza lovers!

The buffet is really good for the price and my family lives the fun zone after eating.

They uped their game and Im loving the new look, great job!

The pizza us good when its hot! Just make sure to get it as soon as it is put out. The salad bar is good also.

Pizzas are good you can ask them to make your favorite pizza & they will have it on the buffet in about 10 min. / The buffet has spegetti & a salad bar . Game room for the kiddies !! Enjoy !

The buffet had only 4 pizzas & they were all cold, requested 2 kinds that never got served, the birthday parties & to -go orders we being taken care of but not the dining in

Somewhat pricey and havent added or done anything new in years. Long as its ben shut down from this virus mess you would think it would give them plenty of time to stock up for when they open back but no, hardly any lids for the cups or anything ready and try to ask a worker something they just shrug you off and tell you to ask someone else. Used to come regularly but finally had enough. Just gets worse as time goes by.

Thats our regular family buffet get together... Not always the best but often it would get crowded at busy hours like supper time and pizzas are all right... Nice staffs!

Heidi is an amazing employee. She constantly works hard for the customers. She is deserving of many tips. The food is great also.

Food bins empty. Badly burned special order pizza. Had to ask if it was ready. Staff could not answer simple questions. Money NOT well spent!

The food and atmosphere of this Mr. Gattis was great. Large arcade/play room for the kids. Buffet stayed full throughout our visit. Only thing wrong was that it seemed understaffed. There werent enough people cleaning up with all the people there. Floors werent kept clean and bathrooms were dirty. Also when requesting a pizza for buffet no one announces that pizza is ready on buffet. By the time you get up to check to see if its ready its almost gone. Seems like bbq chicken pizza goes quick.

If you want food poisoning eat at Mr. GATTIS in Eunice. Uncooked Pizza on the counter when we arrived. Management stated that it could be out for 15 minutes. It was well over 15 minutes that we had been there. They were on the counter when we walked in. Gross...

The food was awesome as usual. BUT, nobody cared that children were running all over. Several ran into myself or a family member. Waited at the counter in the play room, NEVER GOT WAITED ON. EVER! Several people came after my family and I, the two employees never even looked in our direction. I may never go back

Buffet was good, i would give it 5 stars but i did not get any of the pizza i ordered. My wife got some though. Lol

Fresh pizza but they only had 4 pepperoni and 3 cheese. NO variety. Yes, we special ordered ours after 10 min it was ready. However, 2 of us came only for cinnamon sticks. Not only was there no fresh ones, they had no icing. A grocery store next door and no icing. Ruined our night. Sounds petty but not everyone likes pizza. So I give 2 stars. If they really cared to keep customers happy, they wouldnt have made us wait for the whole 20+ minutes after requesting it to serve it unfinished.

Great experience for my childs bday party, good pizza and the beer is only $3

Staff is very friendly and the pizza is good for what you would expect. Dont go into this place thinking you will be consuming the finest of pizzas around but you will get what you paid for and then some. Come remix machines were s plus and arcade after for the kids that use the credit card system similar to Dave and Busters. All machines were functional when we went.
