Extremely clean, high class and new movie theater. The amenities can be compared to a high class hotel. The staffs are so nice and helpful. Its now one of my top list movie theater. Highly recommend. The seats are comfortable, spacious and full reclining. A perfect movie theater experience. The check in is also fast.

I had an awesome relaxing time, I was the only person in the theater so, I made myself at home. I kick my shoes off, made a pillow with my jacket, reclined and enjoyed my popcorn and a great movie. I Highly recommended it. It was nice to be back inside of a theater.

Overall, it’s a pretty nice place. Enjoy the movie with some popcorn and drinks, but skip the rest of the food. You usually get what you pay for, but here you are going to pay $10 for a burger worth $1. I’m not a picky eater as long as the price goes accordingly, but damn, is the price way off from what it should be. I’m pretty sure most of the food, if not all, is frozen and they just stick it in a microwave. It’s a movie theater, not a restaurant, so maybe I should have expected it.

This theater is amazing. My wife & I bring the kids all the time, we especially take advantage of the $5 flicks. Food is good, pricey; but, the top-notch customer service and management make up for that.The leather recliners and superior audio in the theaters are bar-none. This place is a fantastic choice for any movie-goers needs.

Great place to spend some movie night. It’s a little bit overpriced on the food side but the quality of full reclining seats are spectacular! Friendly team, very clean and top-notch environment are all positive points of this place. I highly recommend going to this movie theater.

I love this movie theater. Its pretty incognito, I like to call it my little get away. My last visit really made a lasting impression on me. I ordered mozzarella sticks, I noticed that they had not come out and it had been past 40 minutes. I went out to the counter and I told the cashier that I had not received them, made no fuss, just informed them. The manager was standing there and asked me to come see her afterwards. I did and she apologized. She said it was slow so it was no reason for them to drop the ball. She refunded me for the mozzarella sticks, gave me 2 free movie tickets, 2 large drinks, and a free appetizer for my next visit. This was beyond what I expected. I was honestly just happy with getting them. This was excellent customer service and going above and beyond for the customer!

I loved the recliners and the seating but the quality of the sound is very poor. Please use the speakers or upgrade and plus it was too cold on a winter. Please take care of the thermostat and the sound quality. I will update my review when change is experienced.

Good seats, decent theater quality but the sound was not loud enough. Despite reserved seats that we intentionally purchased away from others about half way through some teenagers, who were obnoxious and loud, decided to move into the seats next to taking away from the movie for us. Not the worst but certainly not ideal. All in all for a Friday evening it was relatively open and except for a crying baby and typical teenage annoying girl (hard to avoid either at a movie theater) it was pretty decent.

The theaters are comfortable and clean. We love that we can recline and enjoy the film. The food is the typical movie theater selection along with some with fast food options. They also have a bar. We enjoy going.

I love nachos, but this is the only movie location that I like the loaded nachos.

We stumbled on this place just wanting to see BLACKkKLANSMAN. We were impressed upon arrival. This theater is anchored in a newly developed area still under construction in some places but easy to navigate. The theater is big and spacious in the lobby. Plenty of seating and room to socialize. The movie screen rooms are clean and the seats are very comfortable. There is a full service bar with seating. I highly recommend seeing your next movie here.

One of my favorite movie theaters. The reclining leather seats are comfortable to say the least. The concession stand is typical of any other movie theater with the exception of them having Cheetos cheese popcorn (really good) in addition to standard popcorn. The food menu looks very appetizing and they have alcoholic beverages as well. The movie theater is kept pretty clean and the staff is very attentive. I haven’t figured it out yet but the theater is never very busy which personally is to my liking. Always a good movie experience! Enjoy

I love Cinépolis. I’ve been coming here since they opened a couple of years back and have never had a bad experience. The facility is always very clean and both the counter and in-seat delivery services are quick and efficient. Prices are what you’d expect for a theater, but the quality is definitely there. The staff is usually really friendly, especially the service manager Danielle (I hope I got the correct name). Keep up the great work, guys! :)

Food was great. Seats were great. Staff was awesome. But I did think there should have been more hand sanitizer available like outside of each theater sonce you have open the doors by hand. Other than that everything was great. Sonic was good!

I will make it short and sweet. Seats very comfortable.Flatbread had so little toppings it was humorous. Spring rolls tasted like rubber.Prices way too high.Stick with the popcorn, it was good.I would rather pay a little more and go to their competitors!

Pretty frustrated with the theater. Spent $70 on tickets and they threw a fit about some candy they saw in my mom’s purse. It turned into a huge thing because my mom thought they were being petty, (they were being petty). It ruined our whole day. We honestly just can’t believe how quickly it escalated and how rude they were. She gave them the candy, but they just wouldn’t let it go and kept trying to argue with her. I’m honestly still in shock. We get it. No outside food. You don’t have to raise your voice and yell at an old woman about it. My mom was just in tears because they treated her like trash.

I went to watch Hobbs and Shaw with my family. Parking lot was empty so it was easy to find a close up parking spot. I got my tickets printed out from the kiosk and also ordered food. I went up to the register to ask for the food and they told me to “go scan my tickets at the booth and the food would register to my seats and be brought to me”. 25 min passed by and I decided to check what was going on and purchase water. The young lady up front said it would be another 5 min and they will bring it to me. I said okay thanks. Another 20-25 min passed by and I had enough. I Walked to the front and asked where was the food the young lady said it would be done shortly. I asked to speak to the manager who said “they could not find me” I told her what do you mean why could you guys not catch it before hand when I came down 25 min ago. The manager could not give me a straight answer or explain anything. She was unhelpful. I asked “how long will it take to get my food?”. She said “15-20 min” I told her to give me a refund because I was not going to wait anymore. This theater has poor management and needs to have a better system.

Went there yesterday as an afterthought from dinner at 10 min till 7p and despite having movie times at 7p, 8p, and 8:30p for the new movie Broken Hearts Gallery the doors marked enter (and others) were locked! Called on the phone and no one answered - nor did they answer just now when I called. .

This is our first time experience at this local cine and it was ok! Yet its nothing like the one we went to in the Woodlands so why such a big difference in these 2? Arent they the same franchise? This local cine has a long way to come to catch up to our Woodland experience.

Great Movie Theater. My first time here and we will comeback. Easy parking, a lot of space. Cheap, 2 adults for $17. Big popcorn and 2 cokes $23. Looks very new everything and very clean. Seats are so comfortable, roomy, i felt like i was in my sofa. Screen and Audio EXCELLENT !! Love it. This place is gonna be my favorite one from now on. You can buy your tickets there but also on line.

Good movie prices. Food is a little high but its very good! I got the mozzarella sticks and my boyfriend got bbq wings. Will definitely be back!

Nice ambiance. Clean theather. Theres not much space between seats and I dont recommend the carmel popcorn (the caramel tasted burnt) or the regular nachos (weird aftertaste). The truffle fries were good.

Very nice, 12 screen neighborhood theater. No dine in option, no box office. Tickets are purchased at kiosks. Concessions are pricey, $20.85 for 2 32oz fountain drinks, and a small popcorn. Popcorn was very fresh, and the butter is layered throughout the container. 3 other flavors are offered as well..see pic. Seats power recline and are generous in size and comfortable..seats are reserved, and the seat numbers are easy to see. Dining/bar area is smaller than expected, but nice.

The staff seems a little disorganized (i.e., if you order food at the kiosk, the food counter doesnt know about it). But despite these quirks, it is a great place to take in a movie. Seats are comfortable and recline. I wish they would recline a little more, but Im not going to complain!

I hate to have this reflect on the cinema, but know this- if you drive a GMC truck- DO NOT DRIVE IT TO THIS PLACE or ANY PLACE NEARBY. went in for a 4:30 movie~ came out and our vehicle was stolen. Police told us this has been happening a lot in this specific area lately. What a way to ruin an evening and a holiday season. There are no cameras here. Supposed to be a nice area...

Just saw Toy Story here. Very enjoyable. They do the $5 tickets on Tuesdays to. Whole theater was very clean. Screen was perfect. Will definitely be back. Plus this is the only place Ive seen actual popcorn choices - caramel, Cheetos, and regular. Very neat.

Great atmosphere fantastic seats. Amazing visual and audio quality. Adult drinks are TOO EXPENSIVE! PLUS THEY WATER THE ADULT DRINKS DOWN! Just come to this place for the movies, go get buzzed somewhere else.

We went at 1:30 pm and the theater wasnt busy. Everything went smoothly from parking to tickets and buying snacks from the concessions. Seats were comfy. Theater was cold. Next time well bring jackets. :)

I love this movie theater. Warning, concessions are pricey but they already delivered to your seats. You select your seats when you purchase your tickets. So nice to have the option to reserve your seating online. Everything is clean and sets are roomy. You have a built in tray as well as room and, the ability to recline your seat. Bathrooms are clean. Staff are friendly. This place has quickly become my go to theater.

Great place to see a movie, seating is spacious and very comfortable. Ticket prices are reasonable but the concessions are ridiculous. Bottle of water for $6.50, chicken sandwich for $11.50, box of candy $8.50. Well probably go back in the fall when we can sneak a snack into the theater in our jackets!!!

Had great comfy seats. Decent popcorn and a drink...the only issue is the cost of concessions are crazy expensive!

We’ve been here 3 times and each time we got food thinking if we got something else it would be better. The burger patty tastes like it’s frozen, the wings are super soggy, truffle fries are just fries with sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top and black pepper (nothing truffle about them). The two seats we reserved were broken. Have been disappointed every time and will not be coming back.

Prices for movie tickets are too high. The food feels like its store bought. Stopped eating there after the first experience.

PLACE IS A RIPOFF. DO NOT GO. We asked the guy bringing food for a glass of water. He acted shocked and confused. Finally brought an itty bitty glass. Went to concession stand. Very awkward conversation ensued where they gave me an itty bitty free glass and the manager tried to sell me a $5 fountain drink. They were embarrassed and I was angry and humiliated. Gave them one more chance later. They gave me problems about my ticket being for a child (child went in earlier.) Plus, seat was broken and food overpriced. Alamo Drafthouse is far superior and serves actual food.

This is a really nice place to go watch a movie. I ordered fries last night and was very disappointed with the amount that was given to me. Heres the picture, you decide if $6.50 was too much for so little.

Nice place to see your film. It wasnt at all crowded in this gigantic place with many movie screens. Extremely comfortable with fantastic sound. We didnt purchase food or drink so I cant comment. Nice to have a high end movie house in our area, again.

Five dollar Tuesdays cant be beat. The nacho plate is tasty, and huge, its enough for two or three.

Came here for a late showing of a movie. During the ads, I came to get some candy, and they had closed down the registers. I wanted to thank Jasmin and Alexis for helping me out and opening a register just to keep me happy with my candy! Clean movie theater and comfortable seats as well.

If youre just looking for a movie in comfy seats with a tub of popcorn and a Coke, this place is just fine. If youre wanting the dinner and a movie experience like we did, pass on the Euless Cinepolis.The pros: close parking; clean theater; friendly staff; reclining chairs are roomy.The cons: you have to order food/drinks in the lobby; no wait staff in the theatre; the food we ordered was terrible and expensive: Cheeseburger was a frozen patty that tasted watery; ordered regular nachos with jalapenos because the picture on the order board showed a plate of nachos smothered in cheese with sliced jalapenos. What we got (for $8) was a small plastic tray with cheese sauce in the corner and a bag of chips to dump in the tray. The cheeseburger, nachos, and 2 cocktails were $75!!

Great atmosphere, very clean establishment. Super friendly staff, we were waiting for a flight out of Dallas and they were more than happy to hold our luggage for us while we watched a movie! Very helpful. Highly recommend.

I love this place, we go there all the time! The seats are amazing, and the food is great. I don’t usually worry about the food when I go to a movie, but this showtime happened to be around dinner time and we figured why not kill two birds with one stone! I highly recommend this theatre.

Food was good. Seats have been hit or miss. Been 3 separate occasions, some of the seats appear to have been installed improperly and the bottom cushion leans to the right pretty heavily. If you get a properly functioning seat it is a nice experience.

They keep the temperature a little on the high side, but it was still ok. They just changed the large cup that was 44 oz to a smaller like medium size, but kept it at the same super high price!!! At least with that big cup we could share with a date but now it seems like we run out early while eating the popcorn. At least lower the price so we can afford to buy 2 drinks

Its kind of shocking how bad their customer service is. Kinda rude, dont pay attention (literally gave me an unsealed ice cream when I bought one), and we have to really try in order to get their attention. Doesnt apply to all employees, however; the ticked lady was very nice and so was one of the boys taking our orders.Weve tried coming here twice, with 2 years of gap in between. Wasnt good at first, and we thought it was because it had just opened... Apparently not. Very sad.

Great recliner seats, good sound in the movie without being too loud, good tasting food although it was a bit pricey. Next time I come Ill probably eat first and just get something to drink while Im here.

Nice establishment but doesnt seems like managment exists. Bathrooms were disgustingly, drinks spilt in hallways & nothing being done about it, staff running around aimlessly w/attitudes and popcorn sizes were not worth price.

Amazing.Well engineered,the seast are positioned very nicely so also the shortest person and kids can still see the whole screen even when reclined.Screens are bright,some theatres have dark screens that ruin the movie experience.Very nice touches around.My go to movie theatre from now on

Theater itself is nice but bit too much walking in front of you during movie, distracting. They should have policy to stop serving big meals once movie starts. Food up and down. Many times they dont cook it properly or all the way. Have gotten half cooked chicken wings, cold fries and hamburger lukewarm. Certainly not good when youre hungry and for the prices, they need to pay closer attention to what comes out of kitchen like they did when first opened. Gave 4 stars mostly for the venue.

Nice theater stadium style seating it being a new place it smells new the seating is very comfortable it has reclining seats tray for your food cup holder. You order your food when you buy your tickets and they do not come to check on you so if you want another food item you must go to the lobby to the refreshment stand. My wife and did enjoy our visit but this was not a cheap date.

I went on an interview, LINDA the events MGR. was very professional courteous gave me a short tour of the business and their movie menu is quite exciting, highly recommend this place

I went to this theater in December ‘19 for the first time. The seats were comfy but I ordered wings and they were nearly frozen when I got them. I ended up having to eat the nachos off of my mother’s plate because I didn’t want to leave the theater to return my food. After the movie ended I went to the desk and explained the situation. The manager apologized, refunded my money, and gave me two free movie tickets for the inconvenience. I decided to try one more time in January ‘20 because the location is close to my house. This time around I ordered nachos. I was getting ready to walk into my movie when I was stopped by the manager for having a re-usable water bottle. She told my outside drinks were not allowed (which is understandable) so I had to go put my water bottle back in my car. I went to the register and asked for two water cups which were so small that one of them got stuck in the seat cup holder. I refused to spend $7 on a water bottle!!! Fast forward to an hour into my movie and I still hadn’t received my food. I debated getting up and leaving but didn’t want to miss the movie and they have no call buttons in the theater. Eventually, the manager walked into the theater (as if she were looking for someone) and I waved her down to tell her I still hadn’t received my food. She immediately left and came back with my nachos in less than 2 minutes. By the time they got to me they were cold and soggy. As I was walking out the theater the manager apologized and gave me a refund. I doubt I will return to this theater. The food is not good and the service (aside from the manager) is terrible.

Tickets arent too expensive. The seats are comfortable, and even recline. The food is rather expensive for what you get, though.

The seats were so comfortable. Food was ok... didnt know we had to order in concession line but glad they had seat delivery. The screen was so great one big square not a rectangle.

I will say that this movie theater makes the absolute best Cheetos popcorn. Actually, that is the ONLY reason I’m giving it three stars. However, don’t get too excited because they will NOT let you buy it in any size except small AND it’s $10 per small size you buy. It costs just as much (if not more) to buy the food there as it does to see the movie. My guess is to pay for the automatic reclining seats in the movie theater. The chairs recline. Wow. In my opinion, there is nothing that sets this movie theater apart from the others except that it’s over priced and it has chairs that recline.

I give 4, only because I’ve never eaten the food there so I don’t know how that aspect is. But theaters are big and comfy, kiosk are easy to use, could use a little more parking spaces in front but there’s plenty more you just have to walk a little during busy hours. Their systems were down once, they could take cards and let us see the movie for free. Nice!

Its a new theater with a lot of indy options. Loved the staff and the atmosphere, very laid back. The theater has probably one of the best reclining seats I have ever sat in.
