IT WAS GREAT. The party host was super nice. The games were VERY enjoyable and entertaining. The toy shop was so amazing that I didnt even know what to choose from. And most of all Ive had the BEST experience of my life.-from a random kid that had a wonderful time at Emahris bday party.

I wasnt expecting the quality and the great taste of the food. It wasnt anything like a lot of similar types of buffets.The place is huge. Lots of room. A different theme in every room. You can eat and watch everything from cartoons to Holywood classics.Neat and clean restrooms located conviently.Only negative is cost per game and the high ticket price on prizes.

My daughter and I were there for 2.5 hours and the first thing she wanted to do was the lazer maze, which was out of service. The next thing was the rd ride which was broken. The manager said he would get his technician on it and the dude took the entire time we were there to fix it. We were literally standing in line to cash in tickets, after checking on the ride multiple times and conveniently it started working. Felt intentional. Not happy! Kid was hella bummed

Games selection is a bit thin, but great for kids. Interesting selection of activities for the young ones. Just not for me

We were pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at IT’Z, we were a bit hesitant as we read a few reviews pre-visit that seem to be in complete contrast to our experience. The food was not great but good enough as far as I am concerned. Keep in mind this is a buffet restaurant focused towards birthday parties, parties and events tailored around kids and young adults, thats not to say that adults dont have just as much fun because I know I did. In my experience the facility was reasonably clean, as previously mentioned the food was good, they have a nice bowling alley and the arcade was top notch compared to some others in the area. Their Buffet is quite extensive including salad, pizza, no less than three different pastas, baked potato with all of the toppings, chicken nuggets, tater tots, corn dogs, soups, and dessert. To be completely fair & candid yes there are some areas that could use some improvement on their part. for instance some of the food more specifically the desserts were a bit old and stale, probably because they had been sitting there for too long, The nozzles for their dressings are a bit disgusting and look like they hadnt been cleaned properly, and last but not least when I went to top my baked potato with sour cream I could tell by the smell that the sour cream possibly had turned (Rancid)Why four stars and not five: while the food was good their attention to detail is lacking losing them a star.*Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie CertifiedFood. We went a couple of weeks ago for the first time since we were in town there and it was so worth it. We all had a wonderful time. I was surprised to find you can get a stamp and go back throughout the day. Which was great since we were at an all night tournament just down the street. Skylar was great and extremely helpful since it was out first time there.

The food was amazing! Had a chance to meet the general manger Donnell Jones. He was such a nice guy and walking around making sure everyone had what they needed. Plenty choices of food to chose from pizza, salad and dessert etc. The place wasn’t over crowded and was very well keep cleaned. Will definitely come back again

Fun and busy place, not overcrowded. Good food, nice dining spaces and menu. Lots of activities that arent available at other indoor amusement centers! Great deals and prices, friendly staff. Skyler helped us figure out what to do and how to enjoy our family fun most efficiently.

My son have wanted to go to Amazing Jakes for his birthday, but they were closed. I searched trying to find something similar. And found this. It was double the distance. But worth it. They had a better Buffet And all the things he wanted to do unlimited. I highly recommend this To anyone looking for a variety of things on a budget.

I only wanted to ask a question to the lady that gave 1 star because of the patrons whos party she attended got into a fight with each other. How is that the establishments responsibility? Sounds as if you need to pick a group of more classy people to have a birthday party with.

Went today with a friend and my son and had a blast ... even though things are restricted during these COVID times the staff was super friendly and helpful, Donnell the manager even checked on us and made sure we were having a blast .. we will be back

They are open now during this COVID time. My girlfriend and I had a great time today bowling and playing games. The staff was very helpful and fun.

Went just to make a quick pit stop to eat with friends and family ended up with an amazing time. The general manager Donnell Jones (hope I spelled it right) made sure we were all having a good time. So much fun for a field trip. Prices online are slightly different to when you arrive (more for some reason)But I was there to join my daughter and classmates.

Pre COVID this use to be an establishment that was worth the money and the drive. Since reopening I do not recommend. The prices went up and you get way less , the buffet is closed , no attractions Half the games do not work and the manager on duty at this location was snippy and rude. We stayed for less than 20 mins and left. Not worth it.

Havent been inside here but thought to state this for those who are curious of the place. Its family entertainment games, bowling, food buffet. This is a fabulous place to take family or someone for a fun date.

Even with the state restrictions due to covid, itz still finds a way to ensure that everyone is safe, clean, and has a fun time. Whether it be from arcade games or bowling. Nice time.

My family have an annual passes because this place has plenty of vedio games as well as funny attractions like rock climbing and bumper cars. Also you can enjoy 1 hour of blowing game with the pass. Lastly unlimited pizza, pasta, and salad buffet is great deal.

Buffet was exactly what youd expect for $8. Buuuut the $15 card that lets you play unlimited arcade games, bumper cars, laser tag, mini bowling, and rock climbing, was totally worth it. There were a ton of employees on the floor, but somehow no supervision of the laser tag line. Anarchy. At least 10-15 people walked right up to the front of the line and cut everyone that had been there 15 mins, resulting in another 15 min. wait. Made several complaints to several 16 year olds, as there wasnt an adult, let alone a manager, anywhere to be found. Also, the laser obstacle course (not to be confused with laser tag arena) smelled like urine. I was fortunate enough to experience an especially strong odor closer to the floor, as I rolled through with my mission-impossible-like moves. I wouldnt suggest cleaning it, but instead replacing that carpet altogether. Kids that worked there were actually pretty attentive and had a good sense of customer service.

The place overall is a cool concept. The buffet probably needs the most improvement overall. Some food was cold that should have been hot, salad bar was missing spoons, no ice in soda fountain machines and some the soda machines were giving warm..flat soda. The games and bowling area was the highlightod the experience which is why 3 stars was given. Eat before you go unless they can have these areas fixed. Staff was overall courteous and helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I attended a birthday party at this location last night. I immediately noticed it seemed to be disorderly with a lack of supervision by the employees. Since it was a celebration I decided to stay with my kids. Huge mistake, a fight broke out involving both kids and adults. The staff were unable to or didnt care to control the chaos. Our night was cut way short because it was obviously an unsafe place. To make matters worse the horrible management doesnt want to issue refunds.

Did a lot of waiting at the buffet. When pizza finally comes out. Its a free for all. The food and play combination is scheme like. The card is unlimited. But only in the old section of the arcade. Not bad overall.

I took my young son here and we had a blast! It was our first time, and Im impressed!The bowling attendant was great. He walked all the way to the other end of the bowling alley to grab the little kid bowling stand thingy before I could even ask for one. He certainly didnt have to do it and went (literally) out of his way to do it.The games were fun too, not ridiculously over priced like some places. We got 2 $20 cards included with the package and it lasted us around an hour and a half.The little guy beat me in bowling,but ya know, I was taking it easy on him (and he got to use bumpers!). Hes already told everyone that will listen that he beat his dad in bowling, so I have a feeling hes not going to let me forget it hahaha.We had a great time! I cant wait to come back and bring the whole family!I noticed they had several birthday party rooms . The birthday packages seemed pretty reasonable, so well be back next month to book a fun b-day party for the little guy.

The pizza was pretty good. Nice buffet selection. The only thing that needs work is their pricing system. Its not explained very well. Everyone pays an entry price that includes the buffet. You cant get in there just to play games or bowl. Then on top of that depending on what entry fee you pay it comes with a certain number of points which you use to do stuff inside of the place. These are basically your tokens. They charge a fee for each of the cards you get on top of the entry fee. Its like $1 per card. If I had known that we would have just got one card. My 2 and 4 year old didnt need cards. Its also not clear how much it costs to reload the cards. Most of the arcade games are between 4 and 6 credits.All in all my family of 4 spent about $70. We got a buffet and went bowling for an hour with shoe rental so when I look at it that way it was an okay deal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A lot of the games didnt even work . We were told a 30 minute wait for bowling, put our names down and its already almost 2 hours and we are leaving without even getting the chance to bowl. Never coming back to this poorly run establishment.

Came for a fun night remembering how much I loved it as a kid. The staff has been rude and unattentive, the attractions are understaffed and thus shut down because staff would rather be on their phones. On the buffet there were plates in the clean plates with sauce on them still and deserts that were stale and had finger holes poked in them. There was nothing like it was and my family and I felt robbed. We will not be back and I suggest if you read this review not to come either. Not worth the almost 70$ spent .

Had a ball! It was not so good last two months ago. Good was not being served according to the group size. I talked to a manager and asked me to give them another chance. I decided to visit today Feb 1st 2020 and due to my surprise things had changed. Good fresh, food plenty for the guest and game attended on the floor. Thank youCrawfor!d

We went on a Tuesday night and had a great time! Unlimited bowling for $5 dollars plus shoe rental. Great environment and general manager is a great guy.

The nastiest food no flavor no color even only thing tasted good was the baked potatoes... the most unfriendly and uncoordinated staff I have ever seen .... It has actually been a couple years since I had been here so was hoping for better out come have to say as bad as it was back then it was still better than this last ... so disappointed in this and spent 400$ also has the most ghetto customers we would have been better off at Cicis pizza .. or even McDonalds...they are an epic failure..

The buffet is good we always do the buffet and games on thursday because of the deal. But me and my little family always go after 8 because its less crowded and my kids can run wild lol

Brought my kids because it was my daughters bday and my treat to her. Both of them had a blast. Unlimited gaming and other cool things to do laser tag, bumper cars, rock climbing plus food was covered. Will be coming again in the future.

It is a fun place! The kids had a great time BUT the are very dishonest about pricing. They say you have unlimited VIDEO games, not basketball or skeeball, then you get out there and there are VIDEO games not included so you then have to go spend money fun card. Annoying but whatever, my main complaint was the staff! They all looked miserable, were very rude especially to the kids! I probably would have rated this 4 stars if the staff were even half way decent.

They put alot of money into the look and attractions. Too bad they didnt put any into the food. Old food on the buffet, pizza cook standing in the kitchen, at the window, eating. Fresh pizza comes out, its ok, only seems about 1 hour old.

This was an amazing place to take my family.The cookies were amazing and so soft in the middle and chewy. We had fun playing the games.It was worth every penny spent.

Such a disappointment. If I could leave 0 stars I would.We entered & were told to choose a package, we chose the unlimited for $36, wasn’t told which games were unlimited, so the amount of games that were unlimited was not worth the $36. we got there at 6:30 there was no pizza, I know that the buffet closes at 8 but when your at an entertainment place that has a lot of foot traffic up till that time you still expect pizza, that was not worth $36.We finally got to the bowling area the one place we were starting to have some fun when our game freezes halfway, that was not worth $36.I never leave a bad review but when you spend $80 for unlimited &you don’t get the entertainment that you pay for it is such a disappointment.Please acknowledge your staff to explain each package before purchasing so that we can know what we are purchasing so that we can leave satisfied.

I will like to first start off saying that this was a very clean, fun, and a good place to enjoy yourself with teenagers. The bowling was awesome we came all the way from Milwaukee Wisconsin for the holidays to come to itz keep up the good work and we will be back.

As a young adult, I still had fun. The bowling is worth it when you do the unlimited play. The games are alright. Its basically focused to little children though.

My son loves this place. We have been going for years! Bough our season passes for this year which is so worth it!! Variety of food and games. We enjoy it as adults as well

Yesterday i payed IT’Z a visit with family & friends. We purchased Groupons and let’s just say there was a Misunderstanding about the unlimited games being only the games on the left side of the building but whatever we made it work. So I went to purchase a game card so the kids could play on the games that offer provide tickets. We had an issue at the machine and I spoke with the General Manager Donnell Jones and he listened to my complaint and provided us with exceptional Customer Service . We need more Mangers like him!

First of all I’m disappointed I can’t give ZERO stars. We went today (01/18/2020) and it was a nightmare. First we got the “Winter Game” deal, which states “unlimited Video games” which no one at the front desk specified that only 10-20% of the games were part of the deal. Well that wasn’t the worst... the worst part was the “Buffet” which was completely empty for 37 minutes, they excused that today is Saturday and they had about 23 parties, which makes NO SENSE as We just like the parties paid for the buffet that wasn’t available... They were bringing 1 pizza at the time for 30+ people waiting for it, it was terrible that we all had to try our hardest to even get one single piece, as we were not sure how long the next pizza would take and the line of people was just growing and growing. I went and made a complaint but they just didn’t care as obviously it happens every week... I am so disappointed of the $24 per person I paid to receive a max $5 service. My party of 8 had a horrible time

This was our second visit this week! We enjoyed the games, bowling and the buffet. The manager on duty gave our party a free ride in the bumper cars...what an unexpected treat! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Ben checked us in on both of our visits and even offered to take a picture of our family! Fun time at iTZ!

This was probably the most boring kids place I have ever been to. The staff were all friendly and the food was ok but the place itself was boring.

Its empty because of the covid but you have a option of. Rock climbing, bumper cars, lazer tag or bowling. All other activities off limits at the moment. They made sure everything stayed clean. I will be going back

It was our first time. Definitely was a disappointment when they say unlimited it really means it but limited to certain ones and you spend more time waiting to use them than actually playing. Me and my son were 15.99 each and it wasn’t worth it.The lines for the bumper cars, Rock climbing &laser tag is pointless because the employees let in anybody even if they don’t have it on card. The girl at bumper cars literally did it 4/5 times Like if that was the case let me get the regular price and my money back I spent.Plus they let people cut in line and don’t say nothing like you literally wait so long for a 5 min ride or less. if we all have to wait we all have to wait. In general I don’t think The workers give a damn always saw all the commercials about it and was excited so big bummer. Definitely won’t be going back..

I bring my students here every year and it never disappoints. The amount of access and games you get far exceed the value. It is a win-win.

I had my 9 year old birthday party here and everything was going great the hostess were amazing and the food was good. But once we were trying to figure out our bowling time it seemed like no one new how it worked or could answer any questions I had. Once I got it all figured out our game kept stoping while the timer kept going. We had to get someone to keep fixing it. Then i asked to be moved and got attitude. We got moved to different lanes and the area was not clean there was drinks and beer left an we had to clean it up. So it was frustrating and we could not enjoy ourselves or the game.

The general manager was really nice!! The building was clean and they have great deals on Tuesday!! Highly recommend!!

The experience was very enjoyable. When things went wrong staff corrected it immediately with happy faces. The prize room have pretty decent things makes me want to go back this weekend to try and win it lol. The pizza is pretty good. Bowling is pretty fun and they also have a section for bowling section kids. Needless to say Ill be going back soon!
