I took my son & grand daughter to Get Air Eugene for the first time & we are glad we did because it is safe place for kids & adults to lay and have fun. The owner Theresa is a very warm person & kind. The business has recently donated their space for Nima’s wish foundation Memorial site unveiling to park in the lot.

My kids love this place. Weve only been to toddler time, which is great, because you dont have to worry about small children being trampled by bigger kids (or adults) and they get the run of the place. Sometimes they play Disney music, which my kids love. This is a great place to go when its raining and the kids need to burn off some energy. Its clean and theres a ton to do. Ive had some issues with the website, but usually there is a deal on tickets if you purchase them online.

Very fun for parents and kids. Different staff enforced different rules in regard to heights of the kids and where they can go which was a little confusing (also not sure why the flat jumping area is where little kids cant go and not the obvious heavy work out areas, or the dodge ball room). Hefty price for birthday rooms, but the kids did enjoy it thoroughly and Im sure Ill be begged to go back for many years.

I took my two year old grand daughter into their facility on Saturday, January 11th. It was the first time she had visited this type of facility so we opted for a one hour session. After warming up she had an amazing time. She was allowed to access all areas of the facility and expended an immense amount of energy. The staff was helpful, interested and professional. My grand daughter had such a great time I brought her back on Sunday the 12th. This time we opted for the two hour session. Her excitement was palpable, As we had been building up the visit all morning!! We got her boots off and got her socks on and she went straight out to the large trampoline area! That’s when a staff member from the front desk came over and informed us that she would have to stay in the “child’s corner”! I explained to my grand daughter that she was required to stay in the child’s corner and led her over there. She had no interest in the “child’s corner” as she had enjoyed free reign of the entire facility the previous afternoon! A two year old does not understand this! She ran back to the large area and out onto the trampolines. I tried to pull her back to the “child’s corner” but there was no way to explain this to her. She grew extremely upset and I had to carry her to the front desk and explain her frustration while she whimpered “jump”, “jump”, “jump”! The front desk offered no apologies for this sudden and disruptive policy change and agreed to refund my money for the session but not for the socks! I left the facility with a two year old in a full fledged melt down! She could not understand why she was being punished in this manner and there was no consoling her! It was awful!!!! She cried and screamed “jump” for over an hour! Luckily I googled and found Defy on Division Avenue! I called ahead to check on their regulations and found they are much more welcoming to small children! Get Air turned my special time with my grand daughter into a nightmare!!!!! Thank you Defy for helping to salvage the day!

We went in there at 11:30 am this morning (Friday) and they had a group of kids that were leaving when we arrived. A 4 year old girl showed up and my three year old now had another kid around his age to play with. We were debating on staying or coming back when kids were there but we are glad we stayed. We had the whole place almost completely to ourselves! It was our family of four- my husband, myself, one year old daughter and three year old son; and a mother and her 4 year old daughter. It cost $7.99 for my son to jump for an hour and they require grip socks which are $3 a pair. Our one year old was free admission but $3 for her socks. She didn’t want anything to do with the trampolines so I’m not sure why we got them! Lol. We started off with just watching our son play but my husband started challenging me to the ninja obstacle courses and things so we decided to pay the extra money for us to join in! We paid around $35 for the whole family to get socks and get air! It was nice they offer Veteran discount which saved us some money. It was well worth it! We work so much and don’t let loose as much as we should . . . And we don’t exercise enough either! Our old bodies aren’t used to climbing ropes, jumping up to slam dunk basketballs, jumping around for an hour, climbing nets or jumping into big pits filled with soft blocks! We jumped around and had a great time playing with our toddler and acting like kids all over again! It was a great workout! We also get to take home some souvenirs (cool socks) and can save $12 if we bring our socks with us next time!

We once came and there was an employee who was supposed to be “refereeing” the trampolines but instead was sitting on his phone. This last week my younger sisters had a poor experience here. A girl slashed her leg open in the foam pit and you could see the bone. Not only were the employees not trained or moved to help her, they informed us they didn’t have a first aid kit... only band aids. They refused to give a clean t shirt to help over the wound for pressure and instead brought out used cleaning rags. It’s sad that an injured customer isn’t worth the expense of a t shirt. The employees all stood around while an off duty nurse assisted this girl. This place is a hazard to children and either needs to completely change the way the run or just shut it down.

The staff can be a bit unfocused. I strongly suggest that parents supervise their own kids and not just check out on their cell phones. I know they did have an infectious outbreak last summer. Fun place to take the kids, clean facility and friendly staff. There are cushy chairs and couches in view of the play areas for parents to sit back and watch if you dont want to jump (like me). It can get really crowded here, especially in the evenings. A few parents have told me that sometimes littler kids cant make it through a whole hour of jumping nonstop, so they leave early and feel like they overpaid. Look at the hourly rates and options to get the best deal. Really fun place to have a birthday party, since they have party rooms you can reserve. Overall, Get Air is worth the drive all the way out to West Eugene.

As an adult with an iffy knee, this place was pretty great. They have decent obstacles for older kids. They also have basketball and dodgeball sections. My 4 year old daughter loves going here. We try to go at least once a week for toddler time on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 10-12 because she gets free run of the place and I can jump with her. It’s easily worth the price of admission because it wears her out right before nap time.

Since its the only 1 in town, it isnt bad. Im from Socal and there were 5-6 of these places within 15-20 miles apart. I like how its very wide open. A lot of room to jump and get away from crowds. Being the only 1 in town it gets busy quick and often. Would recommend better ventilation especially when it gets busy. Smells like sweat and is very musty inside. Not attractive. Would be nice if it had a adult area and served alcohol. The cosmic thing after 9 pm is kinda lame. They turn the lights off, turn on some black, strobe, and color changing lights and have music on that you can barely hear. Most of the staff is rude and act tough with their whistles and are busy flirting with other jumpers.

This is not an autism friendly place. My son who is a non verbal autistic 6 year old has been several times as it is one of the only places he just loves to be. The last few times we have gone the staff has been rude and attempts to bully him. Yesterday he attended a birthday party which i was hesitant to allow him to go to yielded the same results. Sadly the children were the ones to defend him against this staff member, and were all threatened to be kicked out for doing so. As most poeple know it is April which is autism awareness month and it is displayed everywhere inside the location and the staff is all wearing autism awareness clothing but yet they lack any kind of autism awareness. Would not recommened to any family who has a little one who has a developmental disabililtiy.

Although this is a very pleasant place, as of October 2 my child can no longer participate. A new rule goes into effect Oct 2 that makes it that children under 46 inches can no longer participate except during todler time which is only 2 days a week during school hours. Being my child attends school therefore has no chance to do her favorite thing with her father. If this rule is removed I would be happy to up my rating to 4 stars due to reasonable pricing, clean facilities, and rather friendly staff.
